All Occasion Photography

Terrible experience, and I do not recommend the use of this company for your wedding. Our wedding day started off with the photographer (Samantha) calling the groom the incorrect name, which she later blamed was a system error; however, I find it extremely unprofessional that you don’t know anything about your clients (like their name) before attending their wedding. She came dressed inappropriately for a formal wedding in slide sandals, drawing the attention of many guests. In regards to services, she mentioned many times prior to our wedding about bringing a second photographer, which we then paid for their meal. However, an unforeseen circumstance arose, which is understandable, so the second photographer could not attend. She later told me this wasn’t included in my service, so why did she ever bring this up prior to our wedding and have us get a meal for them? Samantha then came unprepared and unorganized, so she clearly needs a second helper. We essentially had to stand/organize/coordinate ourselves without zero direction. Some pictures look absolutely terrible because of the spacing, which she did not address, and she did not come prepared with ANY shot ideas. She would only take one single shot (not a burst) so we have many pictures with peoples eyes closed, etc. so I only have one family picture that is usable. My bridesmaid had to sit down with her and try to get her organized. The shot ideas I did give her, were all ruined. On her QA she asked for shots you most want, don’t expect to get any of them. I wanted shots with every table at my wedding (only 10 tables), and she didn’t manage to do this either. Guests were totally cut out (not large tables, no more than 8 people at each), blurry, and the flash was present due to mirrors being in the room. She should have familiarized herself with the area before shooting a wedding here. The edits she gave back were terrible. She used a black marker to cover up some items, and my husbands face is totally unrecognizable. Little things you would expect of your photographer like directing people how to stand, taking phones out of pockets, shot ideas, don’t expect this with her. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere for quality and organization to make your day stress free.

Samantha was absolutely the best. We had a very small ceremony and reception and she worked with us to give me everything I wanted. She has emails in place in the weeks leading up to your wedding that have questions for you to answer about what pictures you want so you don't have to plan it all out yourself the day before/day of. She also brings an emergency kit with her that has literally everything you could possibly need last minute for an emergency. It was a perfect day filled with family and friends and she captured every second of the love and happiness :)

We hired Samantha to be our engagement and wedding photographer. We fell in love with her work and we're very excited for our engagement session, which turned out even better than me imagined. She is very easy to talk to and we were able to explain what we were looking for. She was very helpful and nice throughout the planning process as well. She also photographed our wedding beautifully, and she snagged us during the reception for a few sunset photos as well. We are very happy overall. Thanks again Samantha!

Samantha was our photographer and we could not be happier! She captured many special moments throughout the day that I didn't even see happen and worked with our other vendors flawlessly. She was also helpful during our planning process with her knowledge regarding wedding timing . Turn around time on the pictures was faster than she promised and we will definitely be going back to her once we start a family. Thank you again Samantha!

I can't say enough how happy I am with are photos! Our engagement photos came out amazing even in the rain that hit us! Our wedding photos came out even better if that's possible and on top of that the girls we worked with were fabulous. Super friendly an very accommodating and even helped me out when my dress has a malfunction! I'll be going back to them for any and all future event photography needs.

Samantha is so wonderful! We originally booked her for our engagement photos and we clicked so well we also decided to book her for our wedding. We will be doing Christmas card pictures with her also. She’s very reasonable priced( in my opinion) and she’s very easy to work with! 10/10 I will seriously hire her every time I need a photographer!

Amazing! Samantha has a great knowledge of photo spots and lighting , especially in Onondaga Lake Park! Great at communicating (we had to reschedule due to rain this October), and such a pleasure to work with. And prompt with the edited photos!

Sam and Kimberly are absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, Sam kept the communication line open and her online program management system is great for all of the type-A brides out there! I am in love with all of our photos; she truly captured our pure joy of the day. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Samantha was great, very responsive, and punctual! She was very active with us from when we officially booked her to days after our event. The pictures came out great! This was her first Traditional Indian Ceremony, and for her first time seeing these events she was able to capture all the important moments.

We hired All Occasion Photography to do a 30 minute photoshoot for our engagement at the Butterfly Garden in Liverpool. She had really beautiful photos for a price that we could afford so we were beyond excited. The entire process she was EXTREMELY professional, had incredible communication, and got our photos to us edited in about a week! Much quicker than expected. I am so grateful that we found all occasion photography, after searching online for quite awhile we were blown away by their work. Where do I even begin?! Samantha is a genuinely sweet young woman, with an eye for the most special candid moments. She treats you like you've been friends with her forever, yet has such a professionalism about her. When my husband and I saw her portfolio and read about her, we knew that we wanted her to photograph and document our recent wedding. She was so great in communicating with us through emails, since we were coming from out of town, and she made our time with her on our special day something we will remember always! Samantha was amazing to work with. Her emails leading up to our day were warm and informative, giving us things to think about for the photos that we never would have pondered otherwise. Samantha was our wedding photographer and even though our family made things chaotic, Samantha stayed calm, took control and family formals were still done in under 30 minutes as planned. Everything is at your fingertips, and Samantha is fast with replies, whether it be before booking or after and even after our wedding! We chose All Occasion Photography because of the flexible photo packages available (we wanted the bare minimum) and her natural aesthetic. Samantha was very helpful before the event, providing us with a lot of information we would never have thought of (eg. having us ask the officiant to step to the side before our kiss). Her and her assistant were very professional and friendly the day of and we are excited to see our pictures in ~6 weeks!

Samantha and Kristyn were very attentive and detail oriented. Our formals were a little out of control, mainly because of our families not cooperating!! They were very calm and patient with us!
