All Occasion Tent Rental

All Occassion Tent Rental was amazing! Part of our event was outside and their service made it run very smoothly. They made sure the set up was done right and everyone was as comfortable as possible. Their knowledge from previous events and hard work made for a great evening. Their employees who set up the tent and the representatives I spoke with were nothing but kind and attentive to the needs of our event. The tent itself was clean and designed beautifully in the set up. I have no regrets with choosing their service and will definitely use them again. You will not go wrong!

Overall, we had a good experience with All Occasion Rentals! Julie and her team in the office were fantastic leading up to our event, answering every question and making every tweak and adjustment up until the last minute without complaint! They even worked with us when we had a well under the number of guests we were expecting for our wedding. The only problems we had were with setup and teardown, as the team lead was incredibly rude and condescending to us from minute one, critiquing the way we had cars parked in the driveway and our setup, despite having had someone come out ahead of time to ensure that our space was conducive to tent delivery. Multiple employees smoked during the setup, and when we addressed this during teardown (as the we had previously discovered the cigarette butts strewn across the driveway), the same team lead condescendingly informed us that there was a strict no smoking policy, despite having obviously seen his employees smoking. He huffed and puffed when we asked him to wipe down the inside of the tent that was dirty from having been torn down wet earlier in the week, but did eventually wipe down the tent areas and chairs that were dirty. All Occasion was easily one of the more affordable companies in the area and with the exception of our bad experiences during setup and teardown, I would consider using them again!

I want to thank them very much, they had a very very bad day, but still helped make my day perfect!!!!

All Occasion was cheap and reliable. They came on time, set up perfectly, picked up chairs and tent when they said they would, and all for a one of the cheapest prices in town!
