On the wedding day itself, their staff was outstanding. They went table to table making sure guests were ready for dinner, setting the tone for a wonderful meal. They ensured everyone was served with plenty of food and were attentive without being intrusive—even taking the time to ask my husband and me before clearing our plates instead of rushing. It truly made us feel cared for. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and everything we loved from our tasting months earlier was brought to life flawlessly. Linens were set up exactly as requested, the tables were beautifully arranged (including our special accommodations for certain guests), vendors were on time, and the entire food service was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food and service exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful to the entire team for helping make our day perfect!

For dinner, we did family style with Cabernet-braised short ribs, creamy Tuscan chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and a squash medley… and wow, everything was so good. SO many options and can really customize what you want to have at your wedding. The tasting was so organized and was nice to have a one stop shop for all our food, linens and dinnerware. When our venue unexpectedly closed they were so helpful and kind and helped up find alternatives for all the changes that came out way. The day of they were so organized and truly a well oiled machine. Everyone loved the food and everything could not have gone better the day of! Highly recommend!

cted. Being the bride, I wish we would have been able to eat more! Although the food was incredible, we did not have the best service. When we went for our tasting, a worker was very rude when we had shared some details about our big day. We had mentioned that we weren’t doing linens and that we weren’t doing a platted dinner the it was very uncomfortable when she voiced her opinions and we didn’t know how to respond. Approaching our wedding (which was 11/1), we had not heard anything so on 10/1, we reached out to All Occasions/Bubbs BBQ. At that time, we were informed a staff would be reaching out to us shortly to confirm the details. We then received an email on 10/10 that informed us we needed to meet with them by the 17th. My husband and I wanted to meet in person, but the only times offered were during the week from 8-3pm, and we both work during the day. Thankfully, we were able to adjust our work schedules to accommodate. We did want this meeting to occurring in person, but due to the lack of time we were provided to set this up, we settled on a zoom call. Our coordinator joined via phone (and not video), which defeats the purpose of requesting a video call. During this call, we did make a change as we found out the venue would have staff for the food and we asked for the food to be dropped off. When this change was made it was very clear by the tone of coordinators voice that she was irritated and changed the vibe of the rest of the meeting. The meeting with the coordinator did not make us confident that we were going to have good service day of. Although the service leading up to our big day wasn’t ideal, the food was AMAZING. Not a single person had a complaint, and our 3 allergy meals were enjoyed. Overall, if you are looking for amazing food, I would suggest All Occasions/Bubbs BBQ.

All Occasions Catering is a preferred caterer for all of the other Two Birds event venue spaces, so I was really confused why he refused to continue to work with me at this venue. Instead of listening to the customer, he assumed this venue is owned by the Urban Ecology building, however, it is not. All Occasions Catering was going to be our top pick based off of great reviews from our event manager and online, but not anymore. I was disappointed that they were ready to brush me aside so easily!

prior to the wedding to sample some of their most popular items and were immediately impressed with the food. Luckily for us, it was even better the night of our wedding! The sweet potatoes and brisket were our favorites, however, everything we ate was delicious. The staff provided my partner and I a charcuterie board with dinner from cocktail hour because we missed it - that was very thoughtful! All our guests raved about the food after dinner. The banquet staff were professional and made appropriate accommodations for our guests with allergies. They were very response throughout the planning process to help us customize the menu. We highly recommend!

ts! From the first time that I emailed them to the end of our reception they have paid attention to detail and been very communicative! They were the only caterer we reached out to that was transparent with their pricing and gave us a full itemized quote within a day or two of contacting them. It made it very easy to see that there are no hidden costs or extra fees with them - they are true to their quote and what is listed on there. They responded super fast to any email question we had. Dinner service was impeccable at our venue. They were right on time and even running ahead a bit with being ready to start serving entrees. There were many options for table settings to choose from, enough to fit anyone’s vision for their wedding decor. We loved that we could tuck our thank you cards into each napkin. We went classic with white tablecloths and black napkins which looked gorgeous. Always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Would absolutely use them again for another catering event and recommend them to others on their big day. We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer or better food!

ut the meal. We chose the steak, salmon and a ravioli as choices for our guests to pick from. I personally picked the salmon and my husband chose the steak. But at the reception- To our disappointment, the food was no where near as delicious as the day we sampled it. I was so embarrassed when my guests told me that their steak was over done and tough- shoe leather was a comparison. Those that chose the salmon said it was cold. I can’t comment on the ravioli. A positive was that the gravy with the steak got good reviews. Im sure the food would have been fine if our venue was 10 or less minute's away but our venue was downtown 30 minutes away. I think the steaks were cooking all the way to the venue. I don’t think they have figured out the timing and transportation of the food yet. When they do, Im sure they will be a fine caterer.

picked. What I’m disappointed about it how they went about ordering the amount of food needed for the event. Any restaurant or food business should be able to take a guest count for an event and then make sure there is enough food there for that guest count. The sales agent was super picky on having us pick the exact amount of food we wanted ordered for my guest count of 110 and it was so hard to say because again I don’t work in the food industry. The other kicker is you pay for all of this food and you get NONE of the left overs. So they wanted you to pay for an over abundance of food to then not get it in the end. It was a tough decision to make. We ended up having enough food for everyone, but then come to find out when people were getting the food, the main server was telling people not to take as much as we might run out. I was furious to hear this because I spent lengthy time going over this with the sales agent. The point of the stations was for people to try half portions of both, which 90% of people did. Then hearing from guests, they only got to try one of the stations because the main server was stopping people from getting a little of both. I was also embarrassed because then he made it seem like I didn’t order enough food when AGAIN I spent a large amount of time talking this over with the sales agent. So overall if you want delicious food and money isn’t a problem for you, then order an abundance of food for your guests here!!! If money is what you are watching and you aren’t in the food industry to know the exact amount of food to order for the amount of guests you have and NOT getting the left overs, then maybe keep looking for a different food vendor for your wedding.

erved very slow and sporadically. We made it clear there was to be no plastic used and the entire wedding party was served plastic forks. My husband had to make 2 trips to the kitchen to move things along and so did our coordinator. The staff was young and did not look very professional and one even had a hickey on his neck. We (the bride and groom) we’re served cake before our dinner plates were removed and did not have forks to eat the cake with. It was embarrassing to say the least. Thankfully that was the worst that happened on our wedding day.
