Finding a DJ. For a wedding can be hard task. They are essentially the heart of the party. All out DJs goes above and beyond. The first phone interview we had was much more than i expected. Derek set the standard for the company. From the start it was 100% about what we wanted, when we wanted it, and how we wanted it done. And everything followed in that order. The app to set all your music is very convenient and simple to use. It makes planing the day out much easier they trying to write it down. Also the website that describes all that they have to offer is well layed out to figure out the pricing based on your budget. As we got closer to the wedding he took to the time to come visit the Venue to figure out what equipment is going to be needed. At the same time we took a walk through the day so everyone was on the same page. And the end of the trip we sat down and went over every detail word by word. He made sure every t & i was crossed and dotted. I gave them a reception playlist with just about every genre in music. They dialed it all in till just about every guest was on the dance floor. My wife and i CANNOT thank them enough. They helped make this one of the best days of our lives.

Derek was awesome to work with! He communicated with us throughout the entire process and walked us through entrances and timing. Everyone had a blast, he definitely kept the dance floor going! I recommend using Derek and All Out Djs for your event!

Derek from All Out DJs was incredible for our wedding. He gave us tons of opportunities for input regarding music, and he made sure we were on the same page regarding what kind of party we wanted and how the day should run. The reception ran so smoothly because of his organization and professionalism (he facilitated the transitions to each stage of the party and made lots of announcements for us), and he made the dancing part of the evening so fun for us and our guests!

Derek was great to work with! His communication was timely and thorough. He scheduled an introductory meeting with us to go over every detail which was very helpful. The app he provided to add music to was easy to use. It was more affordable with him to add on a photobooth and LED foam sticks. Our reception was so much fun thanks to his help.

Derek truly wants you to have the best time during your event. He is detail oriented, organized, and great with communication. He even met with me at the venue a few days before to go over lighting. My guests raves about the dance music at our wedding, which is always the goal! We were able to set up a wedding playlist a head of time. He lets you set up a do not play list and sticks to it! Would recommend for any event, especially a wedding!

Derek was wonderful. From planning to the day of the wedding. He was always helpful. The music selection was great. The manager of the venue was even impressed with how professional and good he was from set up to breakdown.

We contacted Derek about a year prior to our wedding. We were looking for a DJ who paid attention to the little things and whose taste in music was similar to ours at a reasonable cost. All Out DJs fit that bill perfectly. When we first met Derek over zoom to discuss our vision for our wedding, we knew we had found the right DJ. Unlike some DJs we've seen at other weddings, he didn't need to be the center of attention and knew exactly what we were looking for. After we booked Derek and signed the contract, we got access to the Vibo app to plan our ceremony and select the music for the evening. The app was easy to use and Derek got a copy of our answers and songs. That process couldn't have been easier. About a month prior to the wedding, Derek met us at the venue to look over the space and plan processionals, ceremony details, and any other thing we could think of. He was incredibly patient and receptive to our ideas and we felt very secure that everything would go on without a hitch. Finally, come wedding day, Derek went above and beyond. In retrospect, we had not given him many lighting ideas, but he was able to meet our vision for some accent lighting in a space that didn't need much to flourish. He worked with the venue's coordinators and our own day-of coordinators to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even brought light-up foam sticks for our guests to use on the dance floor as a throw in. Our wedding day was perfect, and the party at the reception was the best part. We have Derek and All Out DJs to thank and we couldn't be happier with their service.

He was a great Dj. Helped capture all the great moments of the wedding by working with the photographer making sure everything was ready for our important photo opps and present for our dances with the video Grapher. He had tricks to keep people on the dance floor, he listened to all our ideas and gave some of his own, he took all the music we liked and made a great mix. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dereck was so easy to work with. Very helpful, responsive and aware of what needs to be done. Also uses an app that makes the process fun and easy.

Derek and his crew were the absolute best we could have ever asked for. He knew how to read the room and play what everyone on the dance floor wanted to hear. Our wedding day was perfect and a lot of it is owed to All Out DJs. Aside from playing music, he was extremely helpful with speeches, the ceremony, the cake cutting, and anything else we needed. Simply put he went beyond anything we ever expected.

Derek was absolutely phenomenal to work with! He was extremely thorough with his questions and planning and then followed through with making sure everything happened on schedule and exactly as we wanted it. Having him there took so much pressure and stress off of us and made it possible for us to truly enjoy our wedding day.

Derek and his team far exceeded our expectations from Day 1. Everything was streamlined and easily accessible making the process so easy for us. All song selections were loaded into an app with a full timeline and order of events. Derek was very responsive and had an answer and great personal advice for all of our questions. All Out DJ’s is all out awesome!! Derek DJ’d our wedding on September 24, 2022. He was great to work with from the time we met him all the way through our wedding day! He was always willing to answer questions, provide suggestions & recommendations, and was quick to respond to emails, texts & calls. Derek was so organized throughout the entire planning process too. I can sometimes be a bit indecisive, but Derek asked all the right questions and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. He also had a music app that allowed us to choose songs for each part of the night which was very easy to use. His equipment was top notch as well! The sound and lighting were incredible!! Derek is beyond exceptional. He was so wonderul to work with throughout the planning process. He was thorough and organized and always gave me plenty of his time to discuss the planning aspects of the wedding. His software for adding music and organizing the day-of sound was so easy to use. During the day of, he was a huge help with setup and coordination. His sound, lights and music were flawless. He saw my vision and really made it come to life. Derek was awesome to work with! He was very on top of everything from meetings, song lists, suggestions, getting everyone in order and just be organized all day! He has an app to help set up every details of the night with your song choices and than he goes over it all with you multiple times to make sure he has everything correct! Our very first impression of Derek was not the Derek we got on the day of our wedding. Derek has a very laid back demeanor and is very professional. That professionalism never fades but he had our wedding rockin’ just the way we wanted it. The communication was excellent through the entire planning stages and right up through the event itself. Everything went off without a hitch and I have to say Derek is probably the reason. He was essentially a planner, an MC and a DJ in one. All of the lighting and equipment he provided looked fantastic and we couldn’t have been happier with our entire experience with Derek and All Out DJs!

My husband and I chose All Out DJ's for our wedding and are very glad we did. From the start Derek was great and made us feel we made the right decision on a DJ. We had a couple zoom calls to go over the app All Out DJs uses and to make sure we were on the right plan. Derek was always available if we had any questions. Derek and Chad did a great job keeping people on the dance floor and playing a variety of music to suit each age group. Everyone had a great time. Derek also had a monogram made and it was perfect.
