He worked amazingly well with our photographer, Nick Pompei. The end result was nothing short of amazing and his HD screenshots are an added bonus! ur needs, and made sure to capture everything you wanted. Did I mention he was awesome to work with?! The quality of his camera is fantastic - he even does "Cinetography", meaning he provides AMAZING pictures / screen shots from the video, which were some moments that the photographers didn't capture. We did a LOT of research on videographers and no one else provided those pictures. He also was able to do voice-overs on the "best of" video, which was REALLY important to me because I wanted to be able to capture our vows and some of the music from our ceremony in our video while being able to show other moments from the day. Not every videographer can do that, and the ones that couldn't I didn't like their quality of work, and some of the others that could do it, looked like Hollywood movie trailers - aka they looked amazing, but were WAY out of our price range. That being said, Dave was in the mid-range for price that we were hoping for, and provided SO much value for the price - cinetography, "best of" video, and we also will get the full footage, too. He made sure to chat with me before hand to see what the important parts of our ceremony and reception were so he wouldn't miss a moment. We even got "screen shots" from the video very quickly. Throughout the entire wedding planning process he was there to support me and give advice on things that I may have forgetten! (Thank you 😀) During the wedding day he interacted with all of the guests, and they LOVED him! 👰His love for capturing moments that people can cherish for a lifetime is obvious and shows in his work! We purchased the package with the digital photos and the turnaround was incredibly fast for them! And they were beautiful. 😍 We can't wait for the video to arrive! And he just started a new company that we're going to use for our family Christmas session!! 🎅🎄 Book with him and you will not be disappointed!!

knows what he is doing!!! While planning and budgeting for our wedding, hiring a videographer was up in the air. After watching one of Dave's video trailers on facebook, we had made our decision. We WERE going to hire a videographer and there was no doubt that it was going to be Dave. He captured so many amazing moments from our big day. Moments that our photographer even missed.... but not him, he captured it all! If you are at all hesitant about hiring a videographer, just trust me. Do it. Choose Dave. You will not regret it and you will have a video to help you remember your special day for the rest of your life.

If you're lucky, you might get a second videographer on your wedding day for no extra cost. And Dave keeps up-to-date on the latest technology, so the quality of your video and still frames are sure to please. Yes, he will provide you still frame images from your video that will likely rival your photographer’s pictures. Last but not least, Dave offers a reasonably priced package compared to other vendors. There are some qualities with his service that are questionable, however. I respectfully disagree with reviews that state that his responsiveness is top-notch. In fact, I think he is spotty at best with communication. There were times that we contacted him and did not hear back for days or weeks at a time. There were even instances where he didn’t respond at all. We tried contacting him by email, Facebook messenger, and phone calls. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that he was busy or maybe forgot, but after enough times, it became bothersome. I would say that when a couple is planning a wedding, communication is the most important quality to have in a vendor, and feeling like you’re being ignored can be a cause for anxiety. Another thing to know is that Dave uses Facebook to promote his business, and while that in itself is not an issue, understand that he may post your wedding video on there without consulting with you first. I had to hear from a friend via text message that my video looked good in order to know it was posted, while simultaneously realizing that someone else had seen our video before we did! We understand that videographers have the rights to the material, so in the end, the couple has little power in this regard. But it would have been a nice gesture to ask us about posting it before allowing the rest of the world to see it. At the very least, we would have like to have had a ‘first-look’ (no pun intended) of the video before it was posted on the internet. Understand what you’re getting with Just Joey Productions. I don’t intend to highlight this vendor as more negative than positive. There are both positives and negatives. I just want to be fair in my review, since other reviews do not seem to be critical of this vendor. In the end, it’s worth hiring Dave for the quality of the video, still frames, and what we think was an overall good value.

id something that was so sweet, I will always be grateful for it. My new mother-in-law is a widow in her 90's. She was sitting all alone, with the family further back. Dave, in a very sweet gesture, went and sat next to Martha and talked with her for awhile. That meant the world to me. I felt so uncomfortable knowing Martha was alone up there. He eased some of that discomfort in between shooting. Thank you, Dave! Dave also captured some very romantic shots for us and posted them on his website for free. This is a nice bonus, since as the Bride I didn't take any photos. My new husband and I both teared up a little when we saw the photos online.

I know a lot of people cut out the videographer as they feel it is an unnecessary expense but I would highly recommend reconsidering especially at the price Dave offers. I will now be able to share this video with sick relatives who weren't able to attend and hopefully catch a few things that I missed myself.
