er time. They definitely transformed it from a good to a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional. We did not learn who our DJ was until the day of. If I would’ve known it was literally a random hire, I would’ve just used my own playlists. He showed up looking like a complete slob. The music was too soft all night. I even made requests, and he had no idea what I was talking about. As the bride. Didn’t play the songs I asked, haha. They didn’t test the officiants mic, so 15 minutes before the ceremony they had to stop our string quartet to test it. After all of our guests arrived. It was truly embarrassing.  I’m fairly positive the coordinators showed up late, too. They didn’t introduce themselves to anyone, and my family + wedding party had no clue where she was a majority of the set-up time. I basically had everything lined up ready to go, and the day of, they moved so incredibly slow. 45 min before the ceremony, I was setting up things inside. Mind you, the venue was the Simpson House, so decor was minimal. None of our tables were set up before the ceremony, so guests had to walk through a mess outside to get to the ceremony space. Whatever, people don’t remember things like that, but I did.  The assistant coordinator was great and working so hard to get things done, so I’ll give her that. But she was very young. Icing on the cake was at the end of the night, they asked us how everything went, how the music was, etc. Girl, not the time.  I don’t usually write reviews that could negatively impact a small business, but 6 months later, this vendor is the only one we hired we have regrets about. I appreciate the help, but I still feel like my wedding party + me and my husband did most of the work. Take less weddings next year if this is going to be a recurring issue. 

it, to sewing up my mom’s dress when it ripped, she did not miss a single beat the entire day. We would ask her to do something and her answer was always that she had already done it. She was so sweet and fun too! Every little thing we maybe didn’t think of, she DID!  We also used them for our DJ and we had Alex. Could not say enough good things about the music the entire night. The dance floor was bumping until the last song of the night. He also played every single request from us and our guests which we loved. Our ceremony music was flawless. Alex checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to ensure we were having a good time and the music was everything we wanted.  The ONLY thing I will add is that there is not much communication up until month of the wedding, and that is completely normal. We were initially worried about it but realized there didn’t need to be communication prior to that. We met with both the coordinator and DJ a few weeks prior and they had all the information they needed to make our day perfect.
