We went with All Star Rentals for napkins and chargers for our wedding. They were very helpful with our initial visit to find the right color of napkins and correct chargers. They were very responsive and super helpful with information. Pick up coordination was a little confusing, but we figured everything out though and everything worked out. They are very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of rentals you get and the customer service is wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be sure to send photos of our wedding day once we get them back
It was super fun working with All Star for our table runners, napkins, and charger plates. My fiance and I got to go to their store to pick out colors and fabric options. They had a mini table set up to show us what the final product would look like and we could adjust it. As a visual learner, that was super helpful seeing in on the table and all put together.
We used All Star rentals for our wedding this summer and could not have had a better experience. We rented 160 gold chivari chairs, 3 greenery bars, two couches and a coffee table. We visited their show room a few months before the wedding and the onsite team was great to work with to help bring life to our vision. The rental equipment was in great shape and the delivery/pick up was seamless. They are very affordable compared to other local companies and were very responsive. We will definitely be working with All Star for events in the future!
We used All Star Rentals for our backyard wedding this summer. Amber was really easy to work with and patient as we asked lots of questions and emailed back and forth. The crew was quick to set up and take down the large tent, tables, and chairs. Everything was reasonably priced and helped make our wedding exactly what we wanted!

All Star Rentals were fantastic. We used them to plan a wedding at a house in Fox Point, WI, so we needed a tent, tables, chairs, and a dance floor for the area.
I reached out to them through an online form to get information on the tent rental. Amber reached out after that and worked with me and my wife over the phone and video, as we live out in Seattle, WA. She was excellent to work with. She designed up the tent space, got us an accurate view of the tables, and worked with us to figure out the whole setup. Once they did a site survey, we realized we would need a different tent setup, but Amber was able to get that handled very quickly.
Delivery of the pieces for the wedding was super easy. It took the crew a long time, but we had two tents and a decent amount of chairs and tables. They were able to handle it easily. Pickup was also a breeze and they even came by to grab some tables we didn't have in the tent area upon initial pickup.
The tent was really good quality. Chairs were solid, but we went with the cheaper white wooden ones, but they still looked good. Tables look like they've seen some use, but we didn't hear any complaints about them not being sturdy. Price was a big one for us and this ended up being a good option for what we needed.
Overall, a truly great experience. I highly recommend ASR for any rental needs for your wedding!
We recently used Allstar Rentals for our outdoor farm wedding! We ordered everything we needed without feeling pressured to go over the top, we got just what we needed.
Heather was a huge help and very accommodating considering last decision COVID options, including adding more tables and table clothes...AND last minute tent area change because where we originally planned have our wedding site was too muddy to get to. Heather was very patient waiting for a new area as we were on the phone with the land owners. With quick communication it all worked out!
The delivery and take down crew were quick and efficient. I'd highly recommend if you need anything supplies for a wedding or small to large party!
All Star (and Amber specifically) were so thoughtful, patient and caring towards my husband and I throughout our wedding planning process. We had to change our plans a number of times due to COVID and Amber was always understanding, positive and gracious to us through the chaos. Not to mention the farm tables, chairs and dance floor we rented looked absolutely beautiful at our family’s cabin. We Highly recommend All Star to anyone looking for great rentals from great people.
I have worked with All Star Rentals in a professional capacity for several years both as an employee for an off-premise caterer and as an event planner for a hotel in downtown Milwaukee. They have always been professional, timely, accommodating, and all-around amazing to work with, and I usually recommend them to all my clients. So when I was planning my own wedding, I knew I would definitely be working with them. We had a backyard ceremony and reception at a personal residence in Wauwatosa and rented a tent, tables, chairs, and linens from All Star. From setup to teardown, I was incredibly impressed with everything! The two men who came to set up the tent were on time and extremely nice. They worked very quickly and were very professional! Everything we rented was in great condition, and our guests commented throughout the evening on how nice the chairs and linens looked. Teardown was just as easy, and the guys even moved our patio furniture back to its original location on our deck. I can't recommend working with All Star enough - they make the planning process completely stress-free!
We needed some last minute chairs for an intimate ceremony. They responded quickly, were a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced!
Good prices, but very disorganized staff. Pricing and items consistently fluctuated on our invoices and we had to keep reminding them to correct it, probably three different times. They were reluctant to provide a floor diagram which was confusing since they would need to set up the tables in that order. There were so many back and forth questions which was very stressful-seemingly more than you would think was necessary or that could have been asked all together. The day of the wedding , they forgot three tables that we needed for desserts, gifts, etc. Luckily our venue had extras we used. I've heard Canopies is better to work with.
Don’t let the name fool you. All Star Rentals is all but. To start, they sent a crew of high school students who informed us they had never assembled a stage before with little instruction on how to do so. This caused what typically takes two hours at most to complete, a four hour long process.
We rent stages all around the country for our events. All Star provided the worst quality stage components we have ever received. The stage “stairs” were just stage pieces raised at a lower height. Because they were unstable as hell, we weren’t able to allow anyone accepting an award to even come onto the stage. The stage pieces themselves were a disgrace and looked like they had 20 years of use on them. Save yourself $90 and buy your own PA system before renting from All Star. They sent the biggest pile of trash for us to use - your grandma standing two feet away wouldn’t be able to hear you on their PA.
Pre-event we clearly specified we would need a backdrop holder with enough weights for it to be secured properly to the stage and withstand heavy wind. When we informed All Star what they sent was not enough and our backdrop was falling over, they charged us for a secondary delivery fee to bring out more weights.
To make matters worse, when calling All Star post event to express our dissatisfaction, their All Star team member Amber hung up on us. When we called back immediately after, we were told she was “in a meeting” and were directed to speak to Heather. Referred to as the “manager manger,” Heather took absolutely no responsibility for her sub par employees or services and refused to refund us for the secondary delivery fee we should not have been responsible for - not to mention the terrible PA system or disgrace of a stage setup.
Avoid renting from this company at all costs. Give your business to a company who actually cares about their quality of work and will provide you with the customer service you deserve.
All Star Rentals provided the chairs for our ceremony and the chair covers for our reception. They came aand did the setup of the covers the night before, and chairs were setup the day of. They picked up everything the night of after the reception. They were very reasonably priced and everything was in great shape and looked fantastic. We would definitely recommend using All Star Rentals to anybody who needs chairs and chair covers. Our contact, Amber, was so attentive and did monthly check ins to make sure everything was going well.
After reaching out to a few other rental companies, All Star Rentals was the clear choice. They were quick to reply and willing to help and dream up ideas for our wedding tent and layout. We were very pleased!
Sue Doyle This place does not maintain their property and has terrible customer service. I ordered some chairs for a special occasion and when I picked them up, the driveway was so low compared to the road it did about $1000 worth of damage to my car. When I called to talk with the owner, he never returned my calls and when I went in to speak with him, as soon as the workers knew why I was there, they told me he was "out" or "in a meeting." When I said I'd wait, they said, "Oh, it will be at least two hours." This does not sound like a business that wants to resolve customer issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I would say, "Stay away!"
After a negative interaction with a competitor we sought out All Star Rentals for our Pfister wedding. At first our needs were simple gold chiavari chairs but as we got closer to the big day we realized we would need even more to make the day everything we wanted it to be. As an out of town bride Amanda at All Star was essential to the planning process. She was great working with us to ensure we had the right amount of chairs, linens and other miscellaneous items booked and she was flexible when our needs changed. She invited us to their shop when we were in town to ensure everything we had requested fit our vision. Day of I didn't have to lift a finger or even communicate with All Star they showed up delivered our rentals set them up and picked them up later that night without a second thought. My wedding planner did feel like they should have ironed the tablecloths for the sake of pictures and ended up steaming them for the head table but that's another story!
We rented wine barrels from All Star Rentals for our wedding. They were super easy to work with and very accommodating on pick up/drop off times! I highly recommend going through them for your rental needs!
when it comes to rentals All-Star is definitely the place to go! They have great selection of chairs, tables, tents, bars, almost anything you can think of! I worked with Heather on visualizing the tent arrangement and she did a wonderful job at helping us create such a beautiful atmosphere for our guests! The only complaints I have were some of the chairs were a little dirty (nothing a wet rag can't fix!) and imperfections and dance floor didn't totally make it till the end of the night. In their defense though the ground had some uneven patches, but at the end of the night we didn't really make a big deal out of it because the day still felt perfect.
We used all star rentals for our rehearsal dinner tent, tables, and chairs, as well as a few other things, and they were awesome! They were great to work with and everything turned out perfectly. I would definitely recommend them!
All Star rentals was an awesome vendor to work with, especially being from out of state. So Easy!! The team was very responsive, flexible, and made the whole experience very great. For items they did not have, (example aisle runners) they sent us several links of options.
They worked with our wedding location site planner for both any easy drop off and pick up of the rentals (we did not have to be part of that process at all, which we loved). Would recommend All Star to anyone that is looking for an easy, flexible, rental company.
It has been a great experience working with All Star Rental! My fiancé and I don't have much time and don't live in the area so Katy and Amber made things simple and stress free for us! Very satisfied with the prompt replies to emails and their customer service!
My (now) husband and I rented a pipe and drape wall from All Star Rentals. They were hundreds of dollars less than other vendors we looked at. Amber was our main contact, and she was a delight to work with--always responding to my emails quickly and answering any questions. All Star Rentals also set up the 40' pipe and drape wall behind our head table, and it looked great! They even hung a banner for us even though it wasn't their responsibility. The installation crew was timely, and they set up and took down the pipe and drape wall at the right times. My only "complaint" is that they don't have that many drape colors to choose from, but this really wasn't an issue. I'd definitely recommend All Star Rentals to other couples.
All Star was great to work with. They are a family run business and are all so friendly and respectful. Crew was there on time to set up and everything went very smoothly. Tables and chairs were a bit beaten up but once a table cloth was on and the lights were dimmed you barely noticed it. The tables that made up our "kings table" (similar to a head table) were all different heights which was annoying--probably my only complaint.
All Star was awesome in helping me with everything! Heather was very responsive and really helped me figure out my layout and plan. They were very flexible in adjusting my quotes till the day of as best as they could. I couldn't have been happier that we used them and am very grateful for all that they did!!!!

From the moment we first contacted All Star Rentals to our wedding itself, we had an absolutely fantastic experience. Amber was our contact, and she was exceptional. She was always friendly and helpful, very quick to respond to my emails or phone calls, and so easy to work with. She was amazing at following up, making sure all of the details were nailed down and accurate. The company crew delivered and set up our tent, tables, chairs, lights, etc all on time and as we had requested. They were also fantastic to work with. We could not have asked for a more perfect and smooth rental company experience for our wedding!
My profession is a Meeting & Event Manager, so when planning my wedding, I knew exactly what I was and wasn't looking for. As a consumer, and planner, I had standard expectations of customer service and quality products. After doing a price comparison, All Star Rentals had the best price and also had good reviews (on their website). I was looking to rent white wooden folding chairs for the ceremony, a few high cocktail tables and white plastic chairs for our rehearsal dinner. The process of booking the items went fairly smooth; however, when my husband and I went to pick up the chairs for the rehearsal dinner, we were stunned at what we were receiving.
The white plastic chairs were terribly dirty. Many of the chairs had mud plastered to the bottom legs; some had what looked like splattered food or vomit across the back seat; and others had CHUNKS of grass stuck to the legs. I did mention this to the girl, as I was cashing out and didn't seem to think anything of it. One of the employees actually saw these chairs and handed them off as if it was normal. I explained that these are fortunately only for our rehearsal dinner; however, the chairs for our ceremony better be spotless. Her response was less than reassuring and completely unacceptable.
The white folding wooden ceremony chairs were delivered on time and were clean to the naked eye, but come to find out the front desk staff had to reiterate to those delivering that the chairs MUST be clean when dropping off. Shouldn't they be clean regardless???
Upon returning the plastic folding chairs to All Star Rentals, I walked into the building to see staff eating lunch right at the front desk. Isn't there a break room to eat? One of which was the owners, clearly setting a great example for his staff. I explained why I was upset and how disappointed I was in regards to the dirty products and even showed pictures. Her response was that they are "outdoor" ceremony chairs. I'm sorry, what is that supposed to mean? Then carried on to say that she agreed that she saw some of the chairs leaving and some were particularly dirty. How is that acceptable to see your products dirty and send them away for an event? I really don't care what the products are used for! They should be pressure-washed then! I am PAYING your company to rent products. If that's how you wish to showcase your products, then I strongly suggest you make notation on your website to those specific chairs - "Please note, these are ceremony chairs and may come with mud, grass and food or vomit stains." The purpose of me RENTING chairs, is because I wanted it to look elegant and have everything match. Had I known I would receive such disgusting chairs, I would've just borrowed from family!
Since the owner was sitting next to us and overhearing our conversation, I was certain that as the OWNER and LEADER of a company, he would step in, apologize and own up to their mistake. Instead, he continued to eat his lunch and didn't bat an eye to my unsatisfactory experience. That is horrible leadership. It's evident that the owner is in the business for the paycheck and not the passion of serving and making your guests happy. I guess my lesson was learned as to why the products were cheaper than any other place. I would never recommend this company, as they don't deserve the business. I strive to ensure my clients and customers are happy and that should be your priority as well. You should be embarrassed and ashamed!
Heather and the All Star Rental team helped me and my new hubby rent all that we needed for our outdoor tent wedding. Heather was very helpful at showing us all of our options as well as showing us how to consolidate to save some money. They were timely and flexible with meeting us around our busy schedules. We really felt like our day was important to them and that we were not just another customer. Thank you!

All Star Rentals was terrific for us with our August 30th wedding. It rained all day and we held out hope for our outdoor wedding ceremony. We really did not want to have to use the back up tent we had rented! The set-up team was so great for hanging in there with us as we waited. Sure enough, at the last minute the rain stopped, the sun came out and a rainbow appeared! The team helped dry off the chairs and they draped the canopy with tulle as our collective faith allowed us our chance to be married under sunny blue skies! I did extensive research on Milwaukee area rental companies and found that many had extremely high fees for late evening pick up of equipment. The rental of my venue required us to be completely vacated by 10 pm. Other chair rental places wanted to charge me $150 or more to come back that evening to retrieve the tent, 130 chairs and 4 extra tables I rented. All of the local rental companies come close in terms of cost for rental items, it's the fees that couples need to look closely at on contract proposals. I found All Star to be most reasonable and they were very easy to work with.
We priced out a few different vendors and found All Star to be the most affordable. The only complaints we had were that they were never able to give us an exact delivery time, so the people hosting the wedding were sort of left guessing as to when they needed to be there to accept it. They also shorted us one chair and another was broken, but when we brought this to their attention they refunded us the cost of those two chairs.
They picked up the furniture VERY early the next morning and I think the people who owned the house hadn't even cleared the centerpieces yet (or even gotten out of bed for the day). If I had known that ahead of time, I wonder if there would've been a way to alter the pick-up time.
Set everything up perfectly.
I used All Star Rentals for my chair covers for my reception. They were much cheaper than the venue's pricing. They allowed me to pick up the covers two days before the wedding and offered to put them on for an additional charge. We ended up doing it ourselves and it was seamless. The covers were freshly pressed and took little effort to put ont he chairs.
All Star Rentals was awesome! We rented our ceremony chairs, head tables, curtains, and linens from them. Since we were getting married mid-May in WI we were concerned about it being too cold so we initially rented 4 outdoor heaters. As the wedding got closer the temperatures were forecasted in the high 80's and they allowed us to cancel the heaters without losing any of the deposit. They delivered and picked up the rented items per the agreed upon schedule. They had the best prices in the area and their service is awesome!
OMG! THE LINEN I RECEIVED WAS SO NICE AND ELEGANT FOR MY RECEPTION. THE STAFF THERE ARE SO NICE AND HELPFUL.
I worked with Heather for the rental of chairs for my wedding reception (to replace the chairs I did not like at my venue). She was organized, easy to work with, and very pleasant. They were reliable and the chairs were clean and in good shape. Best price I found for chair rental in the Milwaukee area! I recommend you call them for your rental needs!
