Went from an open grass field to a huge fairytale wedding with every detailed covered. Everyone always says that weddings are stressful, but I didn't stress a bit with ATB. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful night and we definitely could not have pulled it off without ATB. So happy we found them.

It is with sincere gratitude that I write this review for Kathi Evans and her entire ATB team. Our daughter Danielle was married on July 15,2016 at the amazing Ashford Estate in Allentown NJ. As I write this review, words like perfect, amazing, and professional seem so common to use for Kathi and her entire ATB team. All of our concerns and questions were quickly responded to by email, text or phone call. No stone was left unturned. How do you thank someone who was by your side from day one and helped create the most magnificent wedding day for your daughter? Kathi you created a wedding for our daughter that was more than I expected and ever could have imagined. Somehow the words "thank you" don't seem enough. I hope that I can share my positive experience with as many people as possible so that they too can have the most spectacular wedding. We had our wedding in July 2016 at the beautiful ashford estate in Allentown NJ. Kathy Evans from 'All the Best' was our amazing wedding planner. From day 1 she took on the Daliani-Chase wedding and made our dreams a true reality! Her expertise and full knowledge of what it takes to make our wedding day possible blew us away. As we all know wedding planning can get stressful but Kathy's calming persona and dedication to me and my family made it so much fun! Kathi and her team took care of us like we were family. We had some very specific requests of which we had already received several "no's" from our wedding venue. She really came through. Every one of those no's became yes' all due to the diligence and passion Kathi put forth. We wouldn't have had our dream wedding with everything we really wanted, had it not been for her. Miracles were worked. Kathi and her team were there for us throughout our three day event. We asked a lot of Kathi and her team and were always graciously accommodated. A friendship and working relationship like this one was a gift that we never would have expected to develop during a period that can be quite tense.

All the Best Weddings planned an absolutely unbelievable wedding for us! Kathi and her team were nothing short of amazing in delivering exactly what we had hoped for on our special day and we could not have been happier. We have had more people young and old, family, friends AND hotel wait staff, say this was the BEST wedding they ever went to and/or worked. We put much of this credit on Kathi Evans and her team. Every single recommendation and every person who worked for them right down to Kathi herself made our day so special. Trying to plan the wedding between Chicago and New Jersey was no easy feat and particularly with the demanding jobs and travel schedules we both had to navigate. All The Best’s meticulous attention to all the details, keeping us both on schedule and always being there to provide suggestions and guidance made the day so much more special not just for us, but everyone who attended. It was described to us by one of our guests after returning from our trip “there was just something so magical about the whole evening.” We couldn’t agree more. We both particularly appreciated how intently Kathi listened to our wishes and delivered on all of them. She captured our essence and how we would have thrown an intimate dinner party at our home and brought it to life for 150 of our nearest and dearest friends—so much so we now include her in this fold.

The ATB team was amazing! As a couple from out of state, we had no idea what we were getting into when 4 months ago, we decided to have a wedding on my parents' land in New Jersey. Frustrated a month into the process, we decided to hire a planner and Kathi was the most reasonable and responsive. A month later, with Kathi's talent for finding the people you need to contract, most of my main vendors had been decided. And 2 months of panic afterwards, we had our wedding! The whole process went off without a hitch (just a few hiccups, to which Kathi reacted to quickly). I can't imagine having survived the wedding planning without her. We got weekly updates and several site visits so everyone could stay on the same page. In the end, I'd forgotten my veil and my father never made his speech, but I think everything was still perfect and handled with finesse. Kathi was the glue that held us together and oil that kept the planning engine going and I can't imagine having pulled off such a wonderful ceremony and celebration without her there.

You don’t realize how much help you need planning a wedding until you have no idea what to do or where to start! Having ATB was amazing. She answered all our questions, serious or silly, and guided us to the most amazing vendors. Everyone you speak when you mention Kathi rants and raves how amazing she is. I highly recommend taking her advice and help as much as possible.

Kathi Evans helped me and my fiancé book our dream honeymoon with sandals Negril and we couldn't be any happier. She went above and beyond to answer every question for us and went over pricing of every sandals resort and helped us find which resort and location would be best for us. Know my fiancé and I can relax and count down till our wedding day and honeymoon.

Kathi and her crew were amazing! We had weekly email updates throughout the entire process. She kept me on task (as I really didn't know the first thing about what I even wanted for my wedding) and offered great suggestions based on her vast experience. The days leading up to and the day of the wedding were amazingly easy and stress free. She was able to troubleshoot even at the wedding without me knowing there were problems. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding day! Kathi, Diane, and Jackie from ATB, and Dory from Great Adventure went above and beyond all of our hopes and expectations. Every detail was perfect. I don't think I could imagine a more beautiful day. They were always there to help and make sure everything went smoothly. They were also there for anything our guests needed and to make their day as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend ATB for your wedding planning needs and Great Adventure as a venue!

All The Best Weddings, Kathi, was more then I could have ever asked for in a wedding planner. She was flexible, always answered me quickly and she always figured out how to do every little pinterest inspired idea I wanted done. All of her assistants were also very helpful and professional on the wedding day. I recommend this company to ANYBODY who needs help with wedding planning. Kathi and her team were the absolute best! I planned my entire wedding from out of state, and Kathi helped me narrow down vendor choices and made the whole process much less overwhelming. Kathi and her team were truly a pleasure to work with. The whole planning process was so much more manageable with Kathi's help. From the first day I contacted her when I was looking for a wedding planner she was quick to respond and very flexible. As an out-of-state couple, this was such a bonus! The week leading up to the wedding all of our last minute questions or concerns were never an issue. Whether it was picking up sandwiches or payment information, Kathi made herself available by phone at any time. It was such a relief to have her to rely on. She really helped take off some last minute wedding stress and helped us through all of our concerns. The day of the wedding Kathi and her team were at the reception venue before we were. They were there setting up and making the venue even more beautiful than it already was! Kathi hand-folded all of the napkins gorgeously around each of our menus which must have taken forever! Also, her and her team set up all of my DIY projects on the tables so elegantly. I was terrified that my projects might look too cheap being handmade, but they knew exactly how to set everything up so that it all tied together perfectly! I do not think we could have done that on our own! Without Kathi's help I do not believe our wedding would have turned out as perfectly as it did. My husband and I would recommend Kathi to anyone! They were such a big part of our day even though no one but us saw any of them. They are really a special group of people and we are sincerely thankful for everything they did to help make our day even more special. Thank you Kathi!!

We were located 2 hours away from our wedding destination and were intimidated by all the planning and details. After interviewing a few planners, it was clear that ATB was the most professional and qualified for our needs. In fact, we wouldn't have been able to have the perfect wedding day without Kathi and the team at ATB. Kathi made flawless suggestions and referrals to everything from hair and makeup artists to our florist, officient and musicians. She followed up on everything on our behalf and ultimately, did it all without even having met us in person until the rehearsal. Kathi was wonderful to work with in planning my son's Rehearsal Dinner. She helped with vendors, ideas, and was totally open to using my own ideas and DIY projects. The week of the event, Kathi contacted all the vendors and made sure everything was delivered on time...a great relief to me. On the night of the dinner, while I was at the rehearsal, Kathi and her team set up the room as I envisioned it. We had met with several planners before Kathi and didn't feel a connection with any...upon meeting Kathi, I was impressed immediately. Instead of trying to sell me on her services, she asked a ton of questions about me and my husband and what we had in mind. She really made a point to know and understand us. From there, it was a breeze. Kathi and her team made the entire planning process effortless on my end--at times, she would call me and just "check in". She was great to vent to when my stress level got high. The day of went on without a glitch--everything was as I imagined it. Kathi was literally a genius when it came to helping us find the right vendors. She seemed to know exactly who was going to give us what we were looking for. Imported purple sweet potatoes with fried chicken and waffles for 200 guests, no problem. A Photographer to make a boudoir book as a wedding gift for my husband, check. The D.J. and Lighting company to transform a hotel ball room into the ultimate V.I.P. night club, piece of cake. Kathi really has a talent for completely understanding what her clients want and making it happen; no matter how unique. We couldn't have been happier working with her and her staff. Our wedding was truly a dream come true and we couldn't have done t with out her; BEST WEDDING EVER!!!!!

Not many people are as lucky as my husband and I are, as we were able to get married twice in one year. I never wanted a wedding, and as it happened, hurricane sandy came though and cancelled my wedding that was scheduled for November 3rd. My husband and I quickly pulled together a backyard wedding for November 3rd, and were able to re-schedule the big event for July. Since I didn't want to plan one wedding the idea of having to plan 2 weddings in one year was overwhelming. For our wedding in July, my husband and I decided to hire Kathi and her team. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. Kathi made wedding planning so easy. She was so responsive, had great suggestions and her day of support was fantastic. The only thing I would have done differently for our two weddings would have been to hire Kathi and her team for both of them.

We hired Kathi and the All the Best team with only 4 weeks to go until our wedding day. We had been planning from abroad and were feeling stressed about pulling it all together on the big day. We hired Kathi for 'day of' services but she immediately started reaching out to all our vendors, pulling together a timeline, clarifying details and spotting all the little details that needed to be addressed that we probably would have neglected to do and then stressed about on the day! Hiring the ATB team was one of the best decisions we made. I'm not sure our wedding would have been as successful as it was without Kathi and the team's help!!

Kathi and her team were outstanding. We initially hired Kathi to find a venue for our wedding as we were planning out of town. We were so impressed with Kathi that we hired her to also coordinate the day-of. Kathi and her team made our wedding flawless - they literally took care of all the details and my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. I never knew how important a wedding planner was until I watched Kathi Evans and her team at work on the day of my wedding. Being that it rained :(, I watched Kathi escort guests with umbrellas to and from the chapel. Kathi was there from day one to help me sort through all the major details down to the tiny ones as deciding what to put in my bathroom baskets. Everything turned out amazing and not one detail was missed and even if it was I did not notice it and thats exactly how it should be on your day. She even conducted my rehearsal which was a hassle with my grooms friends who were just way too excited and hard to control. I could not ask for a better person to be at my side the day of my wedding, except for my groom (now my husband). Her team would make a great gift to any Bride out there!!! All the stress goes out the window, people to this day couldn't believe how calm I was and it was because of ATB!

All The Best helped make our wedding day the best day we have ever had. But we didn't make it easy. Kathi Evans definitely had her hands full with our complicated wish list. We had met with a couple of other planners and when we first met Kathi, we only had a basic idea of what we wanted. We were looking for something off-beat and non-traditional but would still have a classic feel. Thank God we chose All The Best to plan our wedding. We relied greatly on Kathi and her experience. She worked closely with all our vendors and helped us in negotiating all the contracts. She turned a private beach house into a venue with valet parking. She found our caterer and helped us with the menu down to the last bite. She found our wonderful florist. She found our super excellent photographer who was probably the best decision we made after choosing All the Best. She found our hair, nail, and make-up people who pampered us with massages on the day of the wedding. She handled all the deliveries and logistics and we most sincerely could not have done it without her. On the day of the wedding she came with a staff of six who made sure our guests wanted for nothing. Thanks to Kathi most of our friends said that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to. When it was time for the ceremony the weather changed and rain threatened to ruin our beach side wedding. Kathi and her staff had to reset the entire venue to keep us dry but, at the last minute, the sky cleared and Kathi and her staff again reset the venue to give us the wedding we had hoped for. After that we really didn't need to ask for much else, everything was always done and Kathi was always two steps ahead of us. Kathi Evans did a fantastic job for us and we will truly be forever grateful. We have already recommended her to everyone we know, especially all those brides-to-be who think they can do it all themselves. If you really want to enjoy your wedding instead of arguing with relatives or vendors or putting out all the little fires that will surely arise, hire a professional. And if you want a really great professional, hire All the Best. When they say "All the Best" they mean it.

Kathi Evans at All The Best is truly amazing. We came to Kathi with only four months to plan a wedding, and what a wedding she created for us! Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable. Kathi's first priority was how to make our vision come to life in the most beautiful way possible, and she did this through every step of the process. She was with us from the invitations to the wedding day making sure that everything was perfect. Her attention to detail is super human and her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. So many of our guests told us that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended and marveled at how this was all possible in such a short time frame. ATB team was amazing from beginning to end...very supportive (I was nervous about spending the extra money for a planner) and very detailed. We had a very low budget wedding (in comparision to others), but even the smallest wedding needs a planner, the best money I ever spent! It felt great to have someone there to run the show. Our wedding was at Six Flags Safari, so a lot of details needed to be handled behind the scenes...ATB took care of it all.Thanks ATB team!

Unbelievable is an understatement. Kathi and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I contacted Kathi 8 months prior to our 5/29/11 wedding in Cape May and she welcomed the challenge with open arms. I e-mailed her at least 3x daily for those 8 months and she responded almost immediately every single time. She constantly calmed my nerves when things got hectic and was always a sounding board for any venting and advice needed! The week leading up to our wedding it all came together. Kathi made sure all my other vendors were on the same page and her day of itinerary was completed minute by minute--just what I wanted! The day of went super smoothly and I could not have asked for a better, more organized wedding! At one point, one of her team members was in the bathroom with me trying to rinse out cake frosting from my dress due to my husband and I getting cake on each other during the cake cutting. At that moment, I thought--wow--SO WORTH IT!!! Completely supportive and always ready to listen, Kathi and her team went beyond my expectations. I don't know how people have weddings WITHOUT a planner!

We hired Kathi as a day-of planner for our wedding and were very happy with her services. She was very attentive throughout the entire process, emailing to make sure we weren't forgetting any steps. Her and her assistant, Mariya, made our wedding day go so smoothly - I highly recommend her!

I am an extremely busy girl with a high-stress job that demands alot of my time. When I got engaged and realized I was working all of the time, living in CT, and planning a wedding in NJ, I figured out pretty quickly I was going to need some help, and with only 9 months till the wedding, I knew I needed some help quickly! Kathi Evans and her crew from ATB truly made my day happen in EXACTLY the way I wanted it to. When I first met with Kathi, I told her the vision I had for the day and she made it happen. She found all of my vendors for me (who were all AMAZING -- photographer, videographer, florist, invitations, cigar roller, photo booth, candy display) She only knows the BEST in the area and will only recommend you to go to the BEST.
