All Type Custom Calligraphy

I can't possible say enough amazing things about Sheryl. She was easy to work with, responsive and available at all hours of the day, speedy, and pleasant throughout the process. My invitations had been delayed in arriving and Sheryl understood my needs and got everything taken care of so easily and quickly once she had the envelopes. The calligraphy looked beautiful and her price beat out many others in the area. I would recommend All Type to anyone. Thank you so much, Sheryl!

Sheryl did beautiful calligraphy for my save the dates, wedding invitations and place cards. They all looked SO beautiful! Sheryl was very quick to respond to all of my emails and always went out of her way to meet with me at times that worked for my schedule. I highly recommend using All Type Calligraphy!

Such an absolutely horrible experience. Sheryl came recommended by Fairy Tale Affairs, where I purchased my invitations. so I thought she would be professional and reputable. I made an appointment with her to drop off my invitations. She was a no-show to our appointment. She works out of her house and I had to leave my invitations with her husband who said Sheryl had to run out to get ink (you couldn't wait until I left? we had an appointment) I should have known then that she would be an issue. It took her 3 weeks to print 80 envelopes, which I was fine with, but when they were done it was such a hassle to get them back. I made 2 appointments she canceled last minute. I travel 30-40 to get to her and she didn't even give me the courtesy of an hours notice and didn't have the decency to call me, but rather emailed me. She started to say things like she cant do during the week at night pick ups or weekends (even though brides I know went to her weeknights for pickup). Neither my fiance or I could get to Plainview during a week day. So I had to ask my mom to go since Sheryl said every other time is bad. We TRIPLE checked with Sheryl that she would be home, and shocker- she wasn't. We called, left voicemails, emails. My mom waited outside her house for a half hour, but Sheryl never showed for our 1pm appointment. When Sheryl finally got back to us, her excuse changed from my mom had a medical emergency to I had to help my daughter with something. She sadly couldn't even keep her story straight. I insisted she ship the envelopes to me or drop them off because I tried 4 different times to make an appointment. She did apologize and send her daughter to drop off the envelopes (otherwise I would have never seen them again). The actual printing calligraphy was fine, although she made several mistakes on mine, but it is NOT AT ALL worth the hassle. She is the epitome of disorganization and unprofessionalism. She caused such unnecessary stress.

Cheryl is wonderful. She is so speedy and so inexpensive, All of my invitation envelopes were beautiful. She also made beautiful place cards for the reception. Her prices are unbeatable, and I highly recommend this company.
