red them, they gave my fiancé and I advice on wedding venues and many other questions we had when we started planning our wedding. I was the kind of bride who wanted to do everything on her own and had very specific ideas on what I wanted, but I knew that I wouldn't be able to relax and really enjoy my wedding without a planner and Shannon & Vikki were the perfect match for me (although I'm sure they're also wonderful for the kind of bride who needs everything done for them, they have awesome ideas) because they took my ideas and showed me how to make them happen and supported me the whole way. This guidance and constant support made us feel so much more at ease during the planning process... especially since neither of us have any family living near us to help.
After we hired Shannon & Vikki we had an initial walk through at our venue (The Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades, California) and they really helped us bring our vision to life. As the year went on they were always very quick to reply to my emails, even just my "stressed out bride" rants and worries, always calming me down right away.
The day of the wedding, Shannon & Vikki were amazing, they made sure everything ran smoothly and kept everyone at ease. They did an incredible job making sure the vendors were where they needed to be and made our wedding day a huge success. There was even an issue with one of our vendors after the wedding that they made sure to make right, even though they didn't have to.

Wow, where to begin! First of all, a friend of mine referred me enthusiastically to these girls (Vikki and Shannon are the duo of awesomeness that makes up All You Need is Love Ev...

We ended up booking them because more so than any other planner, they had the most heart, were the best communicators and seemed uniquely organized to make our process easier and the day-of stress free. Plus, they were so reasonable with their rates and flexible with their packaging. We ended up also hiring their amazing stylist, Jaime Payne, who helped to clarify our vision with incredible attention to detail, so it was simple to go to various vendors and communicate exactly what we were looking for and ended up doing a lot of our day-of stationary/signage, all of which was awesome! Vikki and Shannon helped us every step of the way, from suggesting vendors, assisting with budgeting, answering a myriad of questions (and answering promptly!!), and coordinating with vendors directly so I didn't have to be in the middle of a million details. And then the day of my wedding was such a dream. I literally trusted them to pull off every little detail so I could actually enjoy the day instead of stress, and they BEYOND took care of me, our wedding party and every single aspect of the event. They were so unbelievably calm, collected and on top of it, and it was very reassuring. Everything ran on schedule (or if it didn't, they adjusted to accommodate along the way), and then they pulled off one of the most OUT OF THIS WORLD surprises that my new husband had planned. We had a "Sparkler Exit" at the end of the night (outdoor wedding that had to end at 10pm, so we did a grand exit). At the exact millisecond that we had made it to the end of the rows of our friends/family with sparklers, Shannon told me to look to my left and BOOM...FIREWORKS!!! It was insane how well-coordinated it was, and just a perfect example of how they take wedding planning to a whole new level! I love these girls!!!

ut the entire planning process. They always got back to my emails within 24 hours, and were very organized and professional. I felt completely comfortable with them. The week of the wedding, they called me to say they would take over from there, and they honestly saved that week for me. I would have never been able to enjoy those days leading up the wedding without them. They handled every last detail and coordinated all of our vendors. I highly recommend Shannon and Vikki.

just seemed in tune with what we wanted for our wedding. Neither of us wanted a bigger wedding, but my parents insisted on more than just a courthouse ceremony and dinner after. With that in mind, Shannon and Vikki helped us put together a wedding for 130 people, that felt more like 30 people! There was no fuss or complication that I hear go along with weddings of more than 100 people. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish and people had such a good time. It was perfect.
Vikki and Shannon were not just wonderful the day of, but were there for us every step of the way. Every question we had, they answered. Every road block, they had ideas and solutions. The vendors we used were 100% from their recommendation, and all the vendors were beyond what we were looking for. I think that says a lot, quality people surround themselves with quality and professional people. Mike and I cannot say enough about All You Need Is Love and will recommend them to everyone. Such a breath of fresh air to have people that love what they do, do a great job and have a great attitude doing it.
On the day of the wedding, we had one problem, our big drinking guests drank us out of Vodka and white wine 2 hours into the reception. This is an amazing feet given the amount of alcohol was available. Before it ran out, the ladies saw the potential problem and immediately went and bought enough for the rest of the ceremony. Crisis averted. This is what a good planner does! See the potential problem and get it done. These ladies really get it done
Finally, I must also recommend Valerie Pang, who is a DIY florist that works with All You Need Is Love. From the beginning, I knew Valerie and I were going to work great together. I loved her look and style for my backyard wedding. The last thing I wanted were super fancy flower arrangements that did not fit the style of my wedding. Valerie got that right away and made the flowers/lights everything look amazing and polished. I gave Valerie a lot of freedom and not a ton of guidance, and she did exactly what I pictured in my mind.
Overall, I just want to say thank you to everyone at All You Need is Love. They are just incredible.

They were always easy to get in touch with, offered valuable information throughout the planning process without EVER being pushy or concerned with what option would be easier for them. They wrangled our wedding party of 20 people (20 PEOPLE!!) on the day-of for a myriad of things without being bossy, dealt with some very poor behavior from a family member gracefully (and kept it to themselves - I found out how rudely they had been treated from someone else - so professional). Basically, it would have been a sh*t show without them, and the few little things that did go wrong (brides - things are going to go wrong, no matter how much you plan), they kept away from me so that I was fully able to enjoy the day as the wonderful, magical, memorable day it should be (and was!). I adore these girls, and you will to. I promise.

This team-based approach is rare - we met with other coordinators who bring an assistant that you've never met before, but with Shannon and Vikki, you are dealing with them both from the planning start to the final dance of the evening.

hannon are the girls for you! From the moment we met Vikki and Shannon we felt an overwhelming sense of calmness as we talked through the vision for our wedding. They listened attentively and gave creative ideas when we weren’t quite sure which direction we wanted. Every email and phone call were answered within 24 hours, making us feel like we were the only couple they were working with. We never felt like they were too busy to answer our questions or offer support during the stress of wedding planning.
They took care of everything at our reception, from setup to timing to cleaning up at the end of night. Vikki and Shannon made sure we always had a drink, ate, and most importantly would remind us of when a big moment during the reception was coming up so that we weren’t scrambling to get to where we needed to be. Our parents were so impressed with their professionalism and loved that they were also given friendly reminders about the big moments. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding without any worry of what might go wrong. In our eyes everything was perfect because Vikki, Shannon and their team always stayed one step ahead, probably even 3 steps ahead, of all our vendors.

t once I talked to Vikki & Shannon I knew right away they were the ones for us. Since we had the wedding reception at my parents’ house I knew it would be a big undertaking for any coordinator. At the initial meeting at the house, we walked to property and they gave us great advice and tips. Throughout the planning process, they were always quick to respond to my emails. They even found us a great deal on mason jars and cute straws! In deciding to have the wedding on my parent’s property, I didn’t want my family or friends to have to help out the day of, during or after the wedding and in hiring AYNIL Events nobody did. We hired more vendors than most do, but they handled it with ease and made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I really cannot thank Vikki and Shannon and their assistants enough for making our wedding spectacular. We received such positive feedback from our guests and I truly believe it is due in large part to all of their hard work. I highly recommend AYNIL and thank them for helping start out our new life beautifully!

, I wasn't planning to hire wedding coordinators but as the final month approached my (now) husband and I became too overwhelmed with our full-time jobs to handle all of the last-minute insanity that comes with pulling together such a massive life event. And I couldn't figure out how I was going to get my hair and make-up done AND set up everything at the venue. In stepped Vikki and Shannon, who simply saved us. Beyond being hyper-organized and clearly knowing what they're doing, Vikki and Shannon are super-personable - warm, sweet, and funny.
Even though we hired them as "day of" coordinators, Shannon and Vikki immediately began to corral the vendors and track down any delinquents (you would think the rental company would WANT to send an invoice for payment - we certainly wanted to ensure we had place settings!). We didn't have a florist selected and they recommended a fantastic and reasonably priced vendor, walked through our inspiration boards with her, and took it from there - and the arrangements? Absolutely gorgeous. When we began to fret about what to tip each vendor, they sent us a tipping guide at our request. They made themselves available for each and every meeting we had with our vendors and helped us ask all the right questions to ensure our day would go exactly as we wished. Throughout the process, they were always clear that they were all about bringing to life whatever WE wanted, and were great at making suggestions based on our sometimes half-baked ideas.
And on the big day? They were simply fabulous. We had a bit of a non-traditional wedding with lots of arts and crafts, and Vikki and Shannon set everything up beautifully before we even arrived. They kept everyone on schedule and I didn't need to worry about a thing. Vikki ensured I always had a drink in my hand if I wanted one, and Shannon helped us perfectly manage a bit of a hiccup when one of our elderly guests had a medical mishap.
I cannot recommend All You Need Is Love Events enough. If you're planning a wedding, these ladies are simply the best money you could spend.

The day of the wedding was practically stress-free and we were able to enjoy every moment. Our guests were taken care of, the place looked beautiful, things were carried out just as we asked, and we were even delivered our favorite cocktail when we arrived back from the post-ceremony photos!

From the moment that we met with the core team we knew that we wanted to work with them (and it wasn't just because of the cute name of the company). They made our wedding an amazing day for us to enjoy. If something went wrong, we have no idea because we had nothing but fun leaving all of the 'work' of the wedding up to their competent team. They were working with vendors that they had never met (some of which I have never met) and took over right where I left off. They made themselves available to us and our guests at all times and were willing to do anything that needed to be done. Even while they were working, they seemed to truly be enjoying themselves, which just shows how much they love what they do. On the day of the wedding, they made sure that we were relaxed and if something was hectic or not going according to plan, it was fixed and Justin and I didn’t know about it. Even before the wedding, they helped me with many of the details, always responding quickly to emails and giving me ideas for music selection, centerpieces and décor. They even set me up with an amazing designer for the programs which turned out absolutely perfect and she was so great to work with. They always made me feel as though I was their first priority and doing everything in their power to make my wedding perfect. I had been about six months into wedding planning when I started working with Shannon and Vikki and the only regret I have is that I didn’t start working with them sooner! They just made my life more calm and made the planning so much more fun both in Maui and months before. Before I started working with Vikki and Shannon, I never really understood the need for a wedding coordinator. With everything that they provide and in the professional, yet personal manner that they provide it, my mind was completely changed. Now, if I ever talk to someone who is planning a wedding, I always tell them that the best thing I did was hire wedding coordinators. t of a control freak, so I was a bit nervous handing over the reins and allowing someone else to keep track of the timing and details of our big day. Honestly, I thought, "I don't need a wedding planner. I'm so organized!" But, both my husband and I agree that hiring All You Need is Love was the best investment of the wedding (for sure, hands down). Before the wedding, when I was getting hair and make-up done off-site, they were keeping me updated about what was happening at the venue (caterer arrives - check, florist setting up - check). During the wedding, I was always right where I was supposed to be (as was the rest of our wedding party and family, etc.). Also, at some point, we started running out of wine (it was a fun wedding), and someone from their team actually went to a nearby store for more - and my husband and I never had a clue. They even made sure my alarm was set so that we didn't miss our 5am car service to the airport for our honeymoon. And, best of all, they did it all with huge smiles and big hearts. Because they were so amazing, I was able to actually enjoy the entire event rather than be stressed out, which is how your big day should be! All You Need is Love - we love you!

While I had never considered that I would be a bride with a coordinator, the weeks leading up to the wedding, which are extremely stressful even for one as low-key as I was, I felt so blessed to have them there and working with us. We both felt that we could completely surrender into their hands, and that they would take over sailing the ship we had created so that we could just enjoy the ride. And that is precisely what happened. We had the time of our lives, everyone did, and we thank Shannon and Vikki!
