allé travel planning

Hawaii was opening back up in the fall with a thorough travel safety plan, we reached back out to Polly and Irina! They helped us quickly plan a trip to Maui. We found the team to be insightful and helpful, plus we found to be easy to connect with given their approachability and communication skills. Definitely listened to our vision and helped to translate that into our actual travel plans! We appreciated their candor (especially related to planning a trip in 2020!) and their modern approach to travel, including video calls and travel planning apps to keep us informed. Look forward to using them again in the future, highly recommend!

Their incredible preparation and world-class planning allows you the peace of mind to simply enjoy your trip and know that everything is taken care of. The alle app made it so easy to access our entire trip plan, along with direct links to every single resource, address, and website we needed. An alle travel planner is available to you 24 hours a day, and they were incredibly responsive to our messages at all times while we were abroad. It was obvious that Emma, our travel planner, knew the area incredibly well and gave us the best recommendations. We've already begun to recommend alle to all of our friends, and will continue to do so whenever possible!

er budget. Every day was packed with a full plan all packaged in a very helpful app. The fee seems daunting at first but when you add up the time saved planning and the savings from not going to only chain hotels and resorts it is well worth it. We even came under the original quote for our hotel stay. In the first day the fee more than paid for itself after Emerates lost our luggage. Instead of holding up in the hotel trying to sort on our own, the Alle team took care of everything even had our driver take us to a local mall to pick up clothes for the day and had our luggage returned that evening. It was so stress free and a minor bump that we barely remember. We would 100% recommend them and will likely use them again.

-ins at hotels, to the activities and restaurants - even a cancelled flight! Irina and team were extremely friendly, communicative, and truly listened to our travel tastes when helping plan our itinerary. The app made everything so easy - we were able to stay in touch with the Alle team throughout our trip in case we had any questions. We were SO happy with all activities and restaurants. SO WORTH IT.

ing the planning process. She gave us a ton of great options for hotels, restaurants and activities that were all tailored to our interests. We didn't do any booking, planning or research - except for the fun parts - choosing from the different activity and hotel options Alle had put together for us with helpful descriptions and photos . Everything they recommended was great and many of their suggestions felt really unique. We were able to see way more of Italy and Portugal than when we would have on our own and all in lovely settings and within our budget. Irina was always available for questions during our trip and the alle app made everything stress free. This was a great way to do our honeymoon and we would definitely use them again for our next trip!

very adventure we'd want to get into and what things we felt we could pass on. They are so sweet as they even set up little surprises for us as Newlyweds at our hotels and dinners, so special. Unfortunately, during our trip I became super sick and reached out to Polly for guidance on a reliable 24 hours medical clinic, and she responded immediately and also helped coordinate with our hotel and local taxi service to take us there in the middle of the night. Being able to have your entire trip plan (insanely thorough) right on your phone was AMAZING and so helpful. Polly and Irina even helped us make a SUPER last minute flight change and literally made the process seamless. We could not be more grateful to Alle for helping make our Honeymoon to Bali so incredibly special and unforgettable. Will DEFINITELY be working with them to plan our next trip :) I would highly recommend this wonderful agency!

d wow did she deliver. We traveled throughout Italy for 2 weeks. The accommodations we stayed at were spectacular and run by wonderful people. She planned us many incredible adventures that truly allowed us to experience the Italian culture. Every detail is carefully thought out from first introductions through your entire travel time. The app provided when you are traveling is extremely user friendly and very helpful. We used it everyday! We can not wait to plan our next trip with Irina and the Allé team! Thank you Allé!!

ely unfamiliar (Bali), we decided to get some help from Alle. Alle researched a ton of options for what to do in our destination. This is especially useful if you know nothing about the place you’re going. They provided excellent recommendations for lodging - our hotels were incredible! It was so nice to have our final itinerary with background about each activity that we could look at every morning and use to guide us through our days. They are also incredibly responsive when you have an issue or want to change the itinerary on the ground. Bali was not the place we expected it to be and we had to make some adjustments to the trip on the fly. This is the thing we enjoyed most about having Alle on our side! There were a few issues that we experienced during the planning phase where the plan would contain some confusing mistakes. These were always fixed very quickly. The descriptions of the hotels/activities were also usually just taken from websites or other travel sites, but not based on past reviews from their couples so occasionally the descriptions really overstated what we experienced. Overall, we liked working with Irina and Polly, and they delivered a detailed itinerary and were incredibly responsive to helping us out on the ground.

odations and recommendations were incredible. They truly thought of everything.

for future trips! It might not be the cheapest cost of traveling, but it is by far worth every penny!!

ittle about), and are so glad that we did! They were so knowledgeable about everything from start to finish, and such a joy to work with. Wedding planning can take a lot out of you, so having experts like Irina and Polly to step in and help alleviate the stress of planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip was a huge relief and allowed us to focus on the excitement of the trip instead of the sometimes stressful planning aspect. From the first call to talk about location ideas, all the way through to our return to the States, they were so accommodating and available at the drop of a hat to help with anything we needed. After speaking with them for a few minutes, you can tell that they've been at this for a while and have thought of every little detail and try to work that into your trip to make it unforgettable and stress-free. We had such an incredible trip and we definitely have them to thank for that. We're looking forward to planning our next trip with them! Thanks again, Polly & Irina!

yes when I thought it was the right answer). My wife deserved a dream honeymoon and I looked to Alle to help with that. They exceeded our expectations 10 fold. They were so detailed and with a travel app, were available to solve any issues that may have propped up. They planned the trip around our travel style and made the experience feel magical. I can’t express enough gratitude for their work. We will definitely use Alle for all our future travel plans. Thank you guys!

ble and excited for us from our first call. As people who travel often, we were worried about not using the concierge feature throughout the trip. But, I’m not over exaggerating when I say we spoke with Emilie almost daily. She was a great resource to go to when a tour guide or bar tender recommended a restaurant or a place to visit to say “hey Emilie, thoughts on this?”. She was so attentive and more than anything thrilled to help and hear how things were going. Our trip was 3 weeks and we hit some pit falls with weather which caused travel to be canaceled and the need to rebook. Without Emilie this would have taken up so much time on our trip and really would have been a bummer. With Emilie and the team it was nothing more than a quick conversation and they did the rest. Seriously, this alone paid for the trip. I also have to mention how much they listened and planned around your personalities. I’m not sure that WE could have planned a better trip for ourselves. They know their stuff, they are well versed in the areas and they care so so much. I HIGHLY recommend working with Allé, you will not regret it. I know we will be working with them again in our future :)

!), so detail oriented, and so thoughtful in crafting the most customized, "us" trip we could dream of. After presenting multiple incredible trip options for us to choose from, they worked within our budget to create a trip that was luxurious, relaxing and adventurous. They were so patient as we went back and forth on early details, and were also checking in on us regularly and on top of quick changes throughout our whole trip. The selections of hotels, restaurants and excursions were top notch. I am very type A, and have a hard time not being in control, and I felt completely comfortable letting them take the reigns, which is exactly what I needed for our honeymoon. We got to experience the incredible culture of Sri Lanka, and then end in pure beaches and crystal blue waters with the Maldives. If you are looking to hire not only great experts in travel and organizing, but also wonderful human beings, we highly recommend alle.

y part of the trip was exactly how we wanted it! From travel and accommodations to food and entertainment...only we didn’t have to do anything! It took all the stress out of planning a trip, especially after planning an entire wedding from the ground up. The app worked great to get a hold of them day and night with any questions or changes we had. Plus their fees were very reasonable especially for the attention to detail. We will definitely be using allé for our next big trip!

isiting. They then tailor your honeymoon to your priorities (food, experiences, relaxing, adventure, etc.) and come up with more than enough activities, accommodations and dinner reservations for you to pick & choose through. Not only are they amazing at planning a dream trip, they go above & beyond in customer service, being available 24/7 while you're out & answer e-mails while you're planning in a timely manner. They also treated us to several goodies before, during and after our honeymoon. Truly the most thoughtful travel planners that helped my husband and I have the best trip of our lives!

urned out. We had never worked with a travel planner before and weren’t sure what to expect. From beginning to end the process was so seamless and tailored to our every need. Allé recommended locations to us that otherwise would never have been on our radar. Their app is amazing - it’s incredibly easy to use and I love how every location opens directly in google maps, making it SO easy to navigate a foreign country. The team was also available 24/7 throughout our trip, quickly responding to any questions that popped up. We will absolutely be using their services again!!

r honeymoon in Bali - Polly did all the planning and my husband and I selected which plans we wanted implemented. This was by far the best trip as there was enough structure for my liking and enough room for adventure for my husband’s. We will definitely use Alle Travel in the future.

e our entire trip stress free! We had never traveled to Costa Rica and had only done preliminary searches for what we were interested in but through the process of entry quizzes, the Skype consultation, and the MANY emails back and forth we ended up on the trip of a lifetime hat was the perfect mix of what we both wanted. We got local experiences, a cooking class, outdoor adventures, and beach bum time all within our budget! Even when we lost our spare tire to a flat Allé team was right there with the emergency phone number for our area and the 24 hour number for our rental company in case we got into trouble. All we had to do was ask and wait for the app to update and it was at the top of that days plan! We couldn't have been happier and can't wait to use Allé for our next adventure!

e of the many perks of using Allé. I’m not guaranteeing first class for anyone but there was a glitch when my husband and I bought our honeymoon plane tickets and Allé stayed on the phone with the airline company for HOURS to make sure we didn’t get jipped. Then there was the honeymoon... the hotels selected by Allé were astoundingly gorgeous and all way within our budget. The tours, transportation, and little touches each day truly made our honeymoon effortless and tremendously enjoyable. I would recommend Allé to anyone looking for a caring, organized, and creative trip planner. We can’t wait to hire them again for our next big trip. Thanks guys!!!

trip and that is because she took the stress out of planning it! It was great having the 24/7 concierge throughout the trip to guide us through any roadblocks (although there were few) and we would recommend them 100%. We are looking forward to working with them again!

ece was not having to worry about the planning or what was coming up next. Cons: The price is high so it only makes sense for trips where you plan to do a lot of things. If you just want to lay on a beach every day, it may not be as worth it. Bottom Line: Would enthusiastically recommend them for Honeymoons or any trip with lots of adventures/excursions or if you are nervous about being unfamiliar with the terrain. Longer version: We cannot say enough nice things about Alle. We worked with Irina and Polly to plan our honeymoon which was planned for just after our wedding. We didn't really know where to go but they gave us a detailed survey and did a video chat with us so that they got to know us and what we wanted. They made 4 proposal locations for us to choose from and all of them sounded fantastic. We ultimately chose to go to Bali! Where they really excel relative to other agencies we talked to is in making the process feel truly personalized and not a cookie cutter trip. We spent a lot of time going back and forth and discussing what we liked and disliked and they made a ton of edits for us. The only con there was that near the end we felt a little uneasy that not everything had been planned and we had not seen a finalized itinerary until a couple of weeks before the flight. This was a bit overwhelming with the wedding about to happen. In the end, though, the plan was great and we had a great time. Even after all this, probably the most impressive part was how accessible they were during the trip itself. The app gave us easy access to them either via chat or phone. When we lost some prescription medicine early in the trip, they did an incredible amount of work contacting pharmacies all around the island to find us a replacement without overly interrupting our experience. They were also very flexible. When we last minute decided we wanted to sleep in or change our itinerary they moved things around no problem. We had a great time and top of that felt totally safe and totally in control of our experience thanks to them. We would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who can afford it for big trips like Honeymoons or any trip where you are more unfamiliar with the territory and want to do a lot of excursions.

r destination. Throughout the process, they were there with quick responses on anything we needed. While we were on our Honeymoon, Alle consistently checked in and made sure everything was going smoothly. I would recommend Alle to any of my friends on a traveling excursion!

vania.

re and what we liked and that helped to plan the most perfect honeymoon! The fact that you can ask them for anything while you are traveling is so helpful too! If we wanted reservations, got lost, etc we could contact Polly and she would respond almost immediately - we didn't have to worry about a thing while we were on the honeymoon, we knew Polly would take care of anything we needed! It was truly amazing!

those we would have picked ourselves. The quality of service was exceptional in selecting the destination, planning to the trip, and communicating with us the entire time we were there. Their food and lodging recommendations were all excellent. We can't say enough good things about our experience with the alle planning team :).

re would be stressful, even with the best of plans. What I found - throughout our trip, and especially when reflecting at the end of it - was that because so many big decisions had been made in advance, and so much of our trip had been balanced and curated by allé, we were able to really be "in" each moment. I was amazed that a trip like this could actually feel like a vacation! I couldn't be more grateful to have learned about this service from a friend who took her own amazing trip with allé. Irina, Polly, and Emilie really listened to what we were looking for, and they helped us choose the cities, towns, tours, restaurants, etc. that would fit our personalities. The result was a great mix of planned tours/activities, and free time to explore and get the feel of each town. Everyone at allé was also very responsive to our questions and feedback while we traveled. That flexibility and easy communication proved an exceptional resource! In working with allé, we not only had the trip of a lifetime, but we were also able to learn and grow as travelers. It was an invaluable experience we would absolutely recommend!

rything they promised! We felt like they really listened to us and crafted a trip that was very personal to us while also helping figuring out the logistics of train, plane, and auto travel. I had never used a travel agent before this and wasn't 100% sure it would be worth it...but it really was. Our honeymoon was amazing and we are so thankful to Alle Travel for that gift.

e to plan the trip ourselves, it wouldn't have been nearly as stress-free and we likely would not have stayed in such interesting and beautiful places. If you’re travelling abroad and wish to visit multiple places, we highly recommend working with alle. Having transportation and lodging pre-arranged and dining and experience options pre-identified makes the trip so much more relaxing.

nd experiencing many different vendors, we can easily say that alle travel was the best investment we made! Everything about alle travel is absolutely wonderful! We were impressed throughout the entire process. Irina and Polly are professional, thoughtful, and incredibly committed to making sure their clients have a wonderful experience. We have taken several trips setup by planners to locations around the globe. This was the singular best planning we've encountered. The fact that our schedule and trip was accessible and updated through an app rather than a paper itinerary was a revelation. It will be harder to travel anywhere without that. In addition to the app, the entire planning process is completely customizable to your interests and way of traveling. Alle travel goes beyond typical travel planners because they know the countries they plan trips to and they know the best restaurants, experiences, and lodging. We do not plan to take another trip without them!

about our trip and things we wanted to do. They were very cautious of our budget and stayed way under it which meant we had more fun money for the trip. The app they use is so user friendly and we used it the whole trip. It gives you a breakdown of every day and all of the necessary travel documents and hotel reservations, as well as recommended things to do and places to eat! There is also a chat component to the app which we used several times when we had a train change or something unexpected happen, Polly and Irina wrote back quickly and helped us immediately! It was such a relief to know that we had someone to count on when we were in another country. We have recommended them MANY times to family and friends!!

. This was so much more than just a form we filled out, we had a video call with them to really identify what our wants and needs were. They were realistic and supportive in helping us plan the trip of our dreams while maintaining our budget. Everything was a breeze with them throughout the planning process, upon arrival, and if we needed to contact them while we were in Costa Rica. Their mobile app was easy to access and navigate, reaching our itinerary with a push of the button. They also set us up with the app maps.me, to help us navigate to each destination (pinned for us) throughout our trip, all without any need to have direct access to the internet! I only wish we could plan another trip with them again sooner!

enever you start planning your holiday you bump into numerous questions: where to sleep to be in the centre but still in a quiet and lovely spot, where to eat to avoid the overpriced tourist-menus and where to drink to taste farmer's best local wines. Irina planned everything from the arrival to the airport to the train tickets and exact directions on how to get to our hotel. She included everything we LOVE doing on holidays: hiking, truffle hunting, wine-tastings, brunches and even a typical Italian family dinner. We will never ever forget this trip, for sure, and that's mostly because of the amount of calmness we could experience thanks to the pre-planned programs. Would and WILL definitely choose allé travel again, when traveling. :)

modations for us in Athens and Santorini. They planned each day for us, the perfect balance of exploration, activities, and downtime. We loved the Alle App - we had all the information we needed at our fingertips - an itinerary for each day, car rentals, maps, restaurants, shopping, information about beaches, archeological sites and more. If we had any questions while we were in Greece, we texted Polly and Irina and heard back from them promptly. They really took all the worry and hassles out of planning a trip and were a delight to work with. We would definitely use them again to plan a vacation.

ng planned out perfectly! She also ordered us dinner that was delivered to us right as we were getting home from 24 hours of traveling. Little things like that really show that they care! Such a perfect experience. Thank you!

ou, especially amidst the tornado that is wedding planning. We barely needed to lift a finger, and they will take care of switching dinner reservations from their current location while we were hiking through Greece. They 100% deserve a five-star rating. I would recommend them to anyone planning a family holiday and especially such a big and special event as a honeymoon. Phenomenal.

y also work within your budget. The whole experience was well thought out and so worth having a planner. There is no way we would have been able to create this trip on our own! The app they have is amazing (I want one for life every day now because it kept me so organized). The app has each day of trip with extensive details like when when to leave, how long the walk/drive is, links to maps, links to tickets/receipts, etc. There is also some flexibility which was really nice for us. They had a few options for lunch or optional sights to see, for example, so you don't have to have literally every minute planned (unless you want to!). They were super responsive if any issues came up, and it was very comforting knowing we had someone to turn to if we had questions. I highly recommend working with allé!

honeymoon! We told them what we were looking for (fun and adventure....no lounging around too much!) plus our strict budget and they put everything together for us. All we had to do was show up! We were also super impressed by their speedy replies both before the trip AND while we were on the trip. We ran into some snafus while in Mexico and both Polly and Irina answered right away to help make our trip better and get us past the issues. Their app is very helpful and dining suggestions are wonderful. Our honeymoon was amazing because of them! They are absolutely fantastic to work with and you will not be disappointed!

sure where we wanted to go. We also did not have the time or patience to plan a honeymoon on top of planning a wedding. We found Alle Travel and started the process with Irina. Irina is awesome, so smart, well-traveled, and just gets it! We met with her and chatted about our expectations and budget. She then put together a preview of different travel destinations for us to choose from. The preview was so detailed that it was really hard for us to choose our honeymoon destination, they were all great options. We decided on Thailand. From this point, we were connected with Polly. Polly was so great to work with. She was living in Bali at the time which just shows that she is also well-traveled and knows her stuff. Polly got to know us and put together the most amazing travel plan. The process was so easy. She provided options for us when it came to flights, accommodations, excursions, etc. All we had to do was choose and she booked everything for us! We ended up traveling all over Thailand starting with Ko Samui then to Chiang Mai, and ended in Bangkok. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and excursions. Alle Travel provided an App that we used while traveling which had our itinerary and a messaging service so we could contact Polly at any point in time. The App was so helpful and was extremely user friendly. Needless to say, our honeymoon in Thailand was the best travel experience we’ve ever had and we’ve traveled as a couple internationally a lot. I could go on and on about how great our honeymoon was and that is all thanks to Irina, Polly, and Alle Travel!!!!! They are the best! I highly recommend!

trip customized for us and what our interests were and didn't make us feel like they were sending us on a "cookie cutter" vacation. The experiences were unique and all recommendations turned out to be awesome. The planning process was organized and we never felt pressured to make fast decisions or decisions we weren't comfortable with. We will never plan a major vaca without them again!

he exact trip we envisioned, while also providing us with several trip enhancements that we would not have thought of or known about ourselves. We started the planning process by giving Allé a list of activities we were interested in doing (as well as our budget), and Allé delivered. They did everything for us from booking our flights, finding hotels, as well as seeking out the best deals on unforgettable activities we didn’t even know existed. They made our anniversary trip spectacular with a personalized luau on the beach, whale watching, a day trip to Oahu, and many other activities while still allowing for plenty of time for us to lay out in the ocean sun and relax. Every day of our schedule was described in depth on a phone app that Allé pre-programmed, which included activity times, locations, and thorough, customized descriptions of all the events that were selected for our trip. We are already looking forward to our next big adventure with Allé travel!

Irina's help, we decided on South Africa and Mozambique. Irina picked the perfect resorts for our safari (SA) and beach (Mozambique). Before we left, we received a comprehensive booklet Irina and her team put together that detailed out every aspect of our travel, as well as topline information about the countries and their history. She really thought of every detail - she even had dinner delivered to our house on the night we got back! We will definitely use her for future trips.

ding alle on The Knot and looking into the company a little more, we decided to meet up with them and check out their offering. For our initial meeting with alle, Irina, founder, prepared several destination recommendations based on a short interest survey we filled out -- she did this without any financial commitment from us. We loved the options she presented, and the detail with which she did. So we decided to hire alle to help piece together our travel plans to Tulum/Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Their fees were very reasonable, especially for the amount of work it saved us as we were planning our wedding. No regrets. Definitely recommended.

ble to get my entire family and all of my best friends in on the surprise. alle coordinated every travel detail: flight, hotel, car rental, and venue while all keeping it a secret from me. My sneaky husband pulled off the most romantic gesture ever known to man and I know he would have never been able to do this if it was not for alle. alle had planned off the beaten path excursions that satisfied the diverse interests of the entire group, from surfing to deep sea fishing and jungle tree house yoga there was never a shortage of something to do and fun to be had by all. I can say with complete confidence that anyone looking to go on a trip and experience a road less traveled they should contact alle! You will not have to worry about a thing- you will just get to get up and go!

p. It was a very smooth process, we basically just explained to her kind of sort of what we had in mind and then she took it from there. I was really shocked by the level of detail that she went into with planning our trip and I also liked how much variety there was to it. We got to spend two nights in a desert (so so cool), take guided market tours through some really colorful souqs and then wrapped it all up with sometime on the beach. Really amazing experience and something I really can't imagine being able to plan on my own!
