e of the many perks of using Allé. I’m not guaranteeing first class for anyone but there was a glitch when my husband and I bought our honeymoon plane tickets and Allé stayed on the phone with the airline company for HOURS to make sure we didn’t get jipped. Then there was the honeymoon... the hotels selected by Allé were astoundingly gorgeous and all way within our budget. The tours, transportation, and little touches each day truly made our honeymoon effortless and tremendously enjoyable. I would recommend Allé to anyone looking for a caring, organized, and creative trip planner. We can’t wait to hire them again for our next big trip. Thanks guys!!!

ece was not having to worry about the planning or what was coming up next. Cons: The price is high so it only makes sense for trips where you plan to do a lot of things. If you just want to lay on a beach every day, it may not be as worth it. Bottom Line: Would enthusiastically recommend them for Honeymoons or any trip with lots of adventures/excursions or if you are nervous about being unfamiliar with the terrain. Longer version: We cannot say enough nice things about Alle. We worked with Irina and Polly to plan our honeymoon which was planned for just after our wedding. We didn't really know where to go but they gave us a detailed survey and did a video chat with us so that they got to know us and what we wanted. They made 4 proposal locations for us to choose from and all of them sounded fantastic. We ultimately chose to go to Bali! Where they really excel relative to other agencies we talked to is in making the process feel truly personalized and not a cookie cutter trip. We spent a lot of time going back and forth and discussing what we liked and disliked and they made a ton of edits for us. The only con there was that near the end we felt a little uneasy that not everything had been planned and we had not seen a finalized itinerary until a couple of weeks before the flight. This was a bit overwhelming with the wedding about to happen. In the end, though, the plan was great and we had a great time. Even after all this, probably the most impressive part was how accessible they were during the trip itself. The app gave us easy access to them either via chat or phone. When we lost some prescription medicine early in the trip, they did an incredible amount of work contacting pharmacies all around the island to find us a replacement without overly interrupting our experience. They were also very flexible. When we last minute decided we wanted to sleep in or change our itinerary they moved things around no problem. We had a great time and top of that felt totally safe and totally in control of our experience thanks to them. We would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who can afford it for big trips like Honeymoons or any trip where you are more unfamiliar with the territory and want to do a lot of excursions.

If we wanted reservations, got lost, etc we could contact Polly and she would respond almost immediately - we didn't have to worry about a thing while we were on the honeymoon, we knew Polly would take care of anything we needed! What I found - throughout our trip, and especially when reflecting at the end of it - was that because so many big decisions had been made in advance, and so much of our trip had been balanced and curated by allé, we were able to really be "in" each moment. I was amazed that a trip like this could actually feel like a vacation! I couldn't be more grateful to have learned about this service from a friend who took her own amazing trip with allé. Irina, Polly, and Emilie really listened to what we were looking for, and they helped us choose the cities, towns, tours, restaurants, etc. that would fit our personalities. The result was a great mix of planned tours/activities, and free time to explore and get the feel of each town. Everyone at allé was also very responsive to our questions and feedback while we traveled. That flexibility and easy communication proved an exceptional resource! In working with allé, we not only had the trip of a lifetime, but we were also able to learn and grow as travelers. It was an invaluable experience we would absolutely recommend!

Having transportation and lodging pre-arranged and dining and experience options pre-identified makes the trip so much more relaxing.

We were impressed throughout the entire process. Irina and Polly are professional, thoughtful, and incredibly committed to making sure their clients have a wonderful experience. We have taken several trips setup by planners to locations around the globe. This was the singular best planning we've encountered. The fact that our schedule and trip was accessible and updated through an app rather than a paper itinerary was a revelation. It will be harder to travel anywhere without that. In addition to the app, the entire planning process is completely customizable to your interests and way of traveling. Alle travel goes beyond typical travel planners because they know the countries they plan trips to and they know the best restaurants, experiences, and lodging. We do not plan to take another trip without them!

about our trip and things we wanted to do. They were very cautious of our budget and stayed way under it which meant we had more fun money for the trip. The app they use is so user friendly and we used it the whole trip. It gives you a breakdown of every day and all of the necessary travel documents and hotel reservations, as well as recommended things to do and places to eat! There is also a chat component to the app which we used several times when we had a train change or something unexpected happen, Polly and Irina wrote back quickly and helped us immediately! It was such a relief to know that we had someone to count on when we were in another country. We have recommended them MANY times to family and friends!!

They were realistic and supportive in helping us plan the trip of our dreams while maintaining our budget. Everything was a breeze with them throughout the planning process, upon arrival, and if we needed to contact them while we were in Costa Rica. Their mobile app was easy to access and navigate, reaching our itinerary with a push of the button. They also set us up with the app maps.me, to help us navigate to each destination (pinned for us) throughout our trip, all without any need to have direct access to the internet! I only wish we could plan another trip with them again sooner!

enever you start planning your holiday you bump into numerous questions: where to sleep to be in the centre but still in a quiet and lovely spot, where to eat to avoid the overpriced tourist-menus and where to drink to taste farmer's best local wines. Irina planned everything from the arrival to the airport to the train tickets and exact directions on how to get to our hotel. She included everything we LOVE doing on holidays: hiking, truffle hunting, wine-tastings, brunches and even a typical Italian family dinner. We will never ever forget this trip, for sure, and that's mostly because of the amount of calmness we could experience thanks to the pre-planned programs. Would and WILL definitely choose allé travel again, when traveling. :)

They really took all the worry and hassles out of planning a trip and were a delight to work with. We would definitely use them again to plan a vacation.

The app they have is amazing (I want one for life every day now because it kept me so organized). The app has each day of trip with extensive details like when when to leave, how long the walk/drive is, links to maps, links to tickets/receipts, etc. There is also some flexibility which was really nice for us. They had a few options for lunch or optional sights to see, for example, so you don't have to have literally every minute planned (unless you want to!). They were super responsive if any issues came up, and it was very comforting knowing we had someone to turn to if we had questions. I highly recommend working with allé!

Their app is very helpful and dining suggestions are wonderful. Our honeymoon was amazing because of them! They are absolutely fantastic to work with and you will not be disappointed!

Irina is awesome, so smart, well-traveled, and just gets it! We met with her and chatted about our expectations and budget. She then put together a preview of different travel destinations for us to choose from. The preview was so detailed that it was really hard for us to choose our honeymoon destination, they were all great options. We decided on Thailand. From this point, we were connected with Polly. Polly was so great to work with. She was living in Bali at the time which just shows that she is also well-traveled and knows her stuff. Polly got to know us and put together the most amazing travel plan. The process was so easy. She provided options for us when it came to flights, accommodations, excursions, etc. All we had to do was choose and she booked everything for us! We ended up traveling all over Thailand starting with Ko Samui then to Chiang Mai, and ended in Bangkok. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and excursions. Alle Travel provided an App that we used while traveling which had our itinerary and a messaging service so we could contact Polly at any point in time. The App was so helpful and was extremely user friendly. Needless to say, our honeymoon in Thailand was the best travel experience we’ve ever had and we’ve traveled as a couple internationally a lot. I could go on and on about how great our honeymoon was and that is all thanks to Irina, Polly, and Alle Travel!!!!! They are the best! I highly recommend!

They did everything for us from booking our flights, finding hotels, as well as seeking out the best deals on unforgettable activities we didn’t even know existed. They made our anniversary trip spectacular with a personalized luau on the beach, whale watching, a day trip to Oahu, and many other activities while still allowing for plenty of time for us to lay out in the ocean sun and relax. Every day of our schedule was described in depth on a phone app that Allé pre-programmed, which included activity times, locations, and thorough, customized descriptions of all the events that were selected for our trip. We are already looking forward to our next big adventure with Allé travel!

Irina's help, we decided on South Africa and Mozambique. Irina picked the perfect resorts for our safari (SA) and beach (Mozambique). Before we left, we received a comprehensive booklet Irina and her team put together that detailed out every aspect of our travel, as well as topline information about the countries and their history. She really thought of every detail - she even had dinner delivered to our house on the night we got back! We will definitely use her for future trips.

For our initial meeting with alle, Irina, founder, prepared several destination recommendations based on a short interest survey we filled out -- she did this without any financial commitment from us. We loved the options she presented, and the detail with which she did. So we decided to hire alle to help piece together our travel plans to Tulum/Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Their fees were very reasonable, especially for the amount of work it saved us as we were planning our wedding. No regrets. Definitely recommended.

p. It was a very smooth process, we basically just explained to her kind of sort of what we had in mind and then she took it from there. I was really shocked by the level of detail that she went into with planning our trip and I also liked how much variety there was to it. We got to spend two nights in a desert (so so cool), take guided market tours through some really colorful souqs and then wrapped it all up with sometime on the beach. Really amazing experience and something I really can't imagine being able to plan on my own!

From what I understand, Irina is very different from other agents because she doesn't take commissions, instead those commissions were passed on to us as savings. It was easy to communicate Irina, it was amazing quickly she got to know us and exactly what we were looking for. The organization and the ease of the whole process was incredible. The trip was amazing in so many ways and we will definitely be using alle in the future!
