Even when we lost our spare tire to a flat Allé team was right there with the emergency phone number for our area and the 24 hour number for our rental company in case we got into trouble. All we had to do was ask and wait for the app to update and it was at the top of that days plan! We couldn't have been happier and can't wait to use Allé for our next adventure!

ass for anyone but there was a glitch when my husband and I bought our honeymoon plane tickets and Allé stayed on the phone with the airline company for HOURS to make sure we didn’t get jipped. Then there was the honeymoon... the hotels selected by Allé were astoundingly gorgeous and all way within our budget. The tours, transportation, and little touches each day truly made our honeymoon effortless and tremendously enjoyable. I would recommend Allé to anyone looking for a caring, organized, and creative trip planner. We can’t wait to hire them again for our next big trip. Thanks guys!!!

It was great having the 24/7 concierge throughout the trip to guide us through any roadblocks (although there were few) and we would recommend them 100%. We are looking forward to working with them again!

g up next. Cons: The price is high so it only makes sense for trips where you plan to do a lot of things. If you just want to lay on a beach every day, it may not be as worth it. Bottom Line: Would enthusiastically recommend them for Honeymoons or any trip with lots of adventures/excursions or if you are nervous about being unfamiliar with the terrain. Longer version: We cannot say enough nice things about Alle. We worked with Irina and Polly to plan our honeymoon which was planned for just after our wedding. We didn't really know where to go but they gave us a detailed survey and did a video chat with us so that they got to know us and what we wanted. They made 4 proposal locations for us to choose from and all of them sounded fantastic. We ultimately chose to go to Bali! Where they really excel relative to other agencies we talked to is in making the process feel truly personalized and not a cookie cutter trip. We spent a lot of time going back and forth and discussing what we liked and disliked and they made a ton of edits for us. The only con there was that near the end we felt a little uneasy that not everything had been planned and we had not seen a finalized itinerary until a couple of weeks before the flight. This was a bit overwhelming with the wedding about to happen. In the end, though, the plan was great and we had a great time. Even after all this, probably the most impressive part was how accessible they were during the trip itself. The app gave us easy access to them either via chat or phone. When we lost some prescription medicine early in the trip, they did an incredible amount of work contacting pharmacies all around the island to find us a replacement without overly interrupting our experience. They were also very flexible. When we last minute decided we wanted to sleep in or change our itinerary they moved things around no problem. We had a great time and top of that felt totally safe and totally in control of our experience thanks to them. We would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who can afford it for big trips like Honeymoons or any trip where you are more unfamiliar with the territory and want to do a lot of excursions.

Irina and Polly are professional, thoughtful, and incredibly committed to making sure their clients have a wonderful experience. We have taken several trips setup by planners to locations around the globe. This was the singular best planning we've encountered. The fact that our schedule and trip was accessible and updated through an app rather than a paper itinerary was a revelation. It will be harder to travel anywhere without that. In addition to the app, the entire planning process is completely customizable to your interests and way of traveling. Alle travel goes beyond typical travel planners because they know the countries they plan trips to and they know the best restaurants, experiences, and lodging. We do not plan to take another trip without them!

Irina planned everything from the arrival to the airport to the train tickets and exact directions on how to get to our hotel. She included everything we LOVE doing on holidays: hiking, truffle hunting, wine-tastings, brunches and even a typical Italian family dinner. We will never ever forget this trip, for sure, and that's mostly because of the amount of calmness we could experience thanks to the pre-planned programs. Would and WILL definitely choose allé travel again, when traveling. :)

We loved the Alle App - we had all the information we needed at our fingertips - an itinerary for each day, car rentals, maps, restaurants, shopping, information about beaches, archeological sites and more. If we had any questions while we were in Greece, we texted Polly and Irina and heard back from them promptly. They really took all the worry and hassles out of planning a trip and were a delight to work with. We would definitely use them again to plan a vacation.

The app they have is amazing (I want one for life every day now because it kept me so organized). The app has each day of trip with extensive details like when when to leave, how long the walk/drive is, links to maps, links to tickets/receipts, etc. There is also some flexibility which was really nice for us. They had a few options for lunch or optional sights to see, for example, so you don't have to have literally every minute planned (unless you want to!). They were super responsive if any issues came up, and it was very comforting knowing we had someone to turn to if we had questions. I highly recommend working with allé!

We met with her and chatted about our expectations and budget. She then put together a preview of different travel destinations for us to choose from. The preview was so detailed that it was really hard for us to choose our honeymoon destination, they were all great options. We decided on Thailand. From this point, we were connected with Polly. Polly was so great to work with. She was living in Bali at the time which just shows that she is also well-traveled and knows her stuff. Polly got to know us and put together the most amazing travel plan. The process was so easy. She provided options for us when it came to flights, accommodations, excursions, etc. All we had to do was choose and she booked everything for us! We ended up traveling all over Thailand starting with Ko Samui then to Chiang Mai, and ended in Bangkok. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and excursions. Alle Travel provided an App that we used while traveling which had our itinerary and a messaging service so we could contact Polly at any point in time. The App was so helpful and was extremely user friendly. Needless to say, our honeymoon in Thailand was the best travel experience we’ve ever had and we’ve traveled as a couple internationally a lot. I could go on and on about how great our honeymoon was and that is all thanks to Irina, Polly, and Alle Travel!!!!! They are the best! I highly recommend!
