Owned and operated by Alexandra Joplin, ALLEEJ is passionate about capturing beautiful & timeless imagery, full of tangible emotion, and preserving your most fleeting and precious moments for all of time. JOY is something I chase after, and love to capture in the moments that are some of your most joy-filled in life. I am sentimental and love the deep and meaningful in life. When couples incorporate meaning into the details and put intention behind the choices of their wedding day, it is everything to me to get to capture! I am also a lover of beautiful tables, and live for amazing food and wine around the table with family and friends, so if this is you too, you are my people ;).
Having been in the wedding industry for over 10 years, I deeply realize that YOU and YOUR STORY is truly what keeps me desiring more in this career. It's the greatest honor and privilege to serve couples in their wedding journey, and having the opportunity to preserve some of your most cherished memories and moments as you start your forever together is everything to me! Telling your story is something I will never take for granted or take lightly.

I am super passionate not only about delivering your photos digitally, but tangibly as well. Every wedding collection I do includes a wedding box of 100 of your favorite images printed on fine-art 4x6 bordered prints. This special experience allows you to not only experience your wedding photos through an online gallery, but through print as well which I can guarantee you is a magical experience all on it's own!

a totally different venue, during totally different times of the year. Each wedding held a different vibe with a different story. But the ONE CONSTANT in each wedding was the GORGEOUS PhOTOGRAPHY that poignantly and personally told the story of the bride and groom on their wedding day.
From start to finish, Allee prepares you by meeting, planning, and understanding just who the bride and groom are and what their personal story is. She then sets you up with a timeline for your wedding day that is better than any wedding coordinator....in fact Allee could be the wedding coordinator! She knows her stuff! She shows up ready to work and manages to give you even more bang for your buck! She captures all the little nuisances between a mother and daughter as she gets ready, the emotion of a father, the wedding party laughing, getting ready, praying, whatever is going on. One of my daughters had a first look and she captured the poignancy of that moment. The other daughter didn’t want a first look and Allee caught the raw emotion of the bride and groom seeing each other for the first time down the aisle.
She’s the hardest worker at the wedding! I don’t know how she does it, but she doesn’t miss anything. She records every detail...all the moments...before the wedding, the ceremony, family photos, the reception, the send off...and so so much more. And get this...she’s so easy to work with! In fact she is incredibly kind and good natured about working with you!
Here’s the thing, you can find a photographer that will be less costly. But don’t. It’s one day. You are already spending tons of money on all the other stuff that you won’t remember or notice on the day of the wedding. But Allee, with her intuitive talent and storytelling ability will professionally capture all the moments so that you can remember them for a lifetime and share them with generations to come. Her photos have a timeless quality. She uses the natural lighting whether inside or outside. She finds the candids that you
missed.
Allee is tech savvy. She will give you a finished product that you can share on social
media and order from. But she also understands and appreciates the value of something to hold
in your hands. Depending on exactly what you order, you will have the opportunity to have beautiful prints in a timeless box. She also provided us with a gorgeous book that beautifully tells the story of the wedding with the best photos already selected and a canvas of our brides that we displayed at the wedding. All my friends and family that see our wedding pictures comment the same....and that is...it’s the best they’ve ever seen.
So seriously, have less flowers, buy fewer candles, have a smaller cake...Allee J is the best money you will spend for your dream wedding. She made ours look even better than it was! Every. Time.

l we knew Alexandra could be there behind the lens capturing Victoria & Xavier’s big day. We had every confidence that all the time spent planning a beautiful venue and florals and special details would be flawlessly executed and captured, and then...Covid.
We are BEYOND GRATEFUL to have had Alexandra walk with us through multiple changes during this unexpected journey. I feel like we threw every curveball we could at her and EVERY time we were met with kindness and professionalism, empathy and encouragement for a broken-hearted couple just wanting to get married. When the guest list had to be cut to immediate family, businesses began shutting down and travel restrictions were being considered, the decision was made to move the ceremony date up two weeks and change the location to our home. We called Alexandra to let her know we understood if she could not be there for the ceremony and she assured us she was coming! BEYOND GRATEFUL!!
As always, Alexandra showed up with the most joyous attitude and encouraging words. I am convinced the beautiful photographs she captures come from her beautiful heart and her love for others. She can see the subtle details and emotions that could so easily be missed, but that tell the real story of the day so meaningfully and are captured to be relived and treasured for a lifetime. My husband hates taking pictures but after our engagements he kept talking about how much fun he had, it made us both even more exited for her to shoot our wedding. On top of all of this, she is a 2020 brides DREAM vendor! We had to cancel our big April wedding and opt for a in home ceremony and a fall reception. AlleeJ helped us figure it all out and made everything seem normal again, even if it was just for a day. I would 100% recommend AlleeJ to any and every person planning a wedding. You won’t find anyone who photographs better or who is such a joy to be around, she is the absolute BEST!

Because your vibe reflects your image!!! Alleej at her core is a vibrant ray of bubbly sunshine. Professionally, I know she stands out because of her unique approach working with those of us on the other side of the lens. Before each of my sessions, she asked what music I love and brought a speaker while working with me. It made me feel at peace, confident and just like two girls having fun! Truly, she blessed me with her art of photography and she does with all clients I’m just sure of it. If I didn’t have her as my photographer on the biggest day of my life, it would have absolutely NOT been the same. Her helpful packages will give you pricing options. I highly recommend getting a package because it’s basically a one stop shop for your bridals, engagement, wedding day pictures. Once all of your photos are ready, you have an easy to use link and all of your pictures are categorized into each event. On your wedding day she will organize pictures by the phases of the day (getting ready, first look, ceremony etc.). Her vision, warm spirit and radiant joy reflects with her clients and photography alike! I will be using this wonderful lady as my photographer FOREVER! I highly recommend using the same photographer to build a relationship and gain trust so your pictures will be as authentic as YOU are! 10/10 would recommend Alleej as your wedding photographer!
