addresses on envelopes (that I caught, 2 people said they never got their invite), and forgot 75 rsvp cards and envelopes when I came to pick it up, so we had to go back and pick up the rest. Woman was unapologetic and was not accommodating to our complaints during the extremely stressful time it takes in getting the invitations out. My Mother in law went there to get a wedding prayer done with our colors even though I warned her..they mispelled the proof, told her it would be ready on a Thursday and it wasn't ready, asked if she could wait, then told her they wouldn't have it ready that day. The only thing they did right was give it to her for free. Don't they have spellcheck? Complete lack of trust and competency. Went to Easy for my programs and they did amazing and didn't overcharge like these guys.

I am SO THANKFUL I did not take that route as the quality of what I received was incredible and also cost effective! Celeste helped incorporate so many fun details in to our invitations, signs, napkins, and seating chart......we were thrilled with the outcome! Because I was planning a wedding from another state, I knew there would be extra work to do. However, Celeste helped alleviate so much of the extra burden, I just can't thank her enough!

ot with Celeste. She will customize your invites and programs just how you like them. Now, we did work with another individual prior to Celeste. Celeste began working with us as we had one foot out the door with a designer that lacked the vision we had. Not being from the area, we did drive in on two occasions for one initial consultation and a consultation with Celeste. After many emails and small edits, we had selected our invitation. Zephyr uses similar clip art, which was hard to overcome at first, but at the end, we loved our invitations. After sending out our invitations with the pre-printed addresses, we received nearly 10% of our invitations back. We needed to send invitations out early and the only relief offered to us was that the company would reprint the envelops. This did upset me a great deal. And I do sympathize with the company and their struggles with the USPS not being equipped for delivering such scripted envelops. However, after returning from the post office to resend 5% of our invitations, I called the business, and the consultant stated that their reprinted ability and noted the difficulties with the postal service. Celeste tried to work with us, but that did not stop the other 5% of invitations from returning. And when you have had 10% of your invitations come back to you with scribbles from USPS, it is embarrassing to have spent the money on the invitations to make them as elegant as they were. The returns also scared us as we had over 40% of our guests to still RSVP a week after the RSVP date. All that went through my mind was “What if the post office cannot read them? And they all get sent back?!” While that was not the case, that was the additional stress imposed by this process that the company did not have further means to control after they were printed. So it felt like “tough luck buttercup!” We then tried a local paper company in an attempt to relieve the stress of traveling across the state to do business as well as save a few dollars. Well, we ended up with a designer who, like our first Zephyr contact, only changed out names and fonts and kept the same designs when we said we “like a design.” So we tried to work with Zephyr to compensate for the design down payment we had made in town as well as all the returned invitations. That was not received, however. We did also have to pay a new designing fee for programs. The programs turned out well, but there was an initial stall on the design process and what direction to go as all communication was done across email. The end result was that 3 guests never received invitations from the postal office. Nearly 10 guests got their invitation resent to them in a USPS envelop after it was returned to us. The delivered products were good. We suggest that if someone plans to do programs, include them in your first quote. Our final thought, work with Celeste. She will not reuse a design on you and will not try to guilt trip you into more expensive choices.
