don't why the original owner did not inform you about the change, your first dance song was fixed it's just for some reason the DJ should have played it because I did update the song personally and fixed it on my end. As far as the photobooth when I got the word from my attendant we were attempting to fix it but you did not give us the chance to do so I do understand that this night is very special to you and you wanted everything to be right so I do accept the responsibility of that I wish you could have personally told me everything that happened that night so that way I can get your side of what happened as well as my DJ and photobooth attendant side of what happened. as far as the guestbook album I was unaware that you would have an issue with that because this is the standard guestbook we've always used even before I've taken over the company and that is the first time I've heard negative feedback about it. Also we did give you the photobooth for a little over the 3 hour booking time so the photobooth according to your contract from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, I'm sorry that you've had stress going on that night from the mistakes that were made, I also believe that was also not fair contacting the original owner after she has long left the company about the errors and mistakes made that night instead of contacting me. either way I'm sorry you've had a bad experience but I would love to make it up somehow for you

eaders can thoroughly understand the situation, and the actual truth of the evening. First of all, when this couple booked, the told us they wanted to have custom music for their playlist. At Allegro Entertainment, everything we do is personalized, so creating a custom playlist is something we're more than happy to do. Once we started the planning process, we were informed that this couple only wanted video game music for cocktail and dinner hour. Obviously, this is not a request that we get often, and as we started digging for the music, we realized that the majority of the music they wanted was not licensed and released for purchase. In other words, there's no way to get a downloaded version of it. We did the best we could to find everything, but the couple then complained that they weren't the exact version of the video game songs. So we spent hours trying to track down the EXACT versions on the internet, so we could record them and save them to a digital folder. Once we found everything, we finalized the planning process, they signed off on the Wedding Agenda, then we sent them a link to their personal Wedding Music Website so they could approve their music. Once they approved their music, we saved everything to their personalized playlist, and uploaded the music to our DJ software. ALL OF THEIR DETAILS & MUSIC WERE APPROVED. As the owner of the company, I personally worked on their wedding because I could sense that there was some already tension, and this couple was not going to be pleased with anything we did. I didn't want to put any of my staff in a situation like this by themselves. DJ Mike and I had a zoom call with them a few days before their wedding and made sure every single song and detail was exactly the way they wanted it. They confirmed that everything was correct. On the photobooth side of things, we sent them the information they needed to help us create a custom design for their Selfie Station. After I created a design that matched their wedding invitations, the groom emailed me a design that he created. Again, we support our clients and are happy to work with them on all levels to make their wedding day personalized. I took his artwork and put it in the correct format to work on our photobooth software. On the day of the wedding, we arrived on time, and with every piece of equipment they contracted. Throughout the night, we kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure that every single song was played correctly, and that every single announcement was made. When the wedding party arrived, a few of the party members were throwing up in the parking lot. Despite the kerfuffle, we assisted with making sure the entrances were seamless. I have been working in the wedding industry for over 13 years. I am personally requested by hundreds of couples, and Allegro Entertainment is an award winning company because of all the care and attention we put into everything we do. This review is a prime example of a bride who could not be satisfied, and was pissed off from day one when she found out that the video game music idea they had was not something that would be easily pulled off. Regardless of the headache, we DID pull it off, and we did it tactfully and with smiles on our faces. Her guests has a wonderful time, and I have the photobooth pictures to prove it. No one from our company was rude, and DJ Mike is literally one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my entire life!
