over the phone before our big day. He came 2 hours before the ceremony start time and even helped us with our rehearsal. He played every song we requested and made sure the night was all about us. The dance floor was always full because he was very responsive to the crowd and even took requests. My husband and I are so grateful for Allen!

all the wedding changes (including a venue change). We never met before the event but I had total trust in him based on how nice and responsive he was via email. He was a great DJ despite having to comply with the venue's COVID-related rules and did a great job of reading the room and adjusting accordingly. He even cut our first dance song short after we asked him to do so since we both did not really want to dance for that long. I would definitely recommend hiring Allen for your wedding.

not express how happy we are with our decision! We met Allen while he was setting up for another wedding, but he was very good about making sure he had enough time to devote to both the job that he was hired for and to answer our questions and ask a few of his own to get a feel for both my wife and myself. He was excellent in communicating with us both via email and on the day, was immediately able to recognize the tone and feel of our wedding, and actually used the pre-selected video game and movie soundtrack songs for our pre-ceremony and cocktail hour to design a custom dinner playlist that matched, which came as a wonderful surprise the day-of! Allen is incredibly professional, but also very personable. He was excellent in ensuring that the dance floor was full by changing up the music, and was also on top of it when it came to alerting our guests of the different vendors, where they were located at the venue, and how much longer until they closed up shop. And did I mention that he's also quite affordable for the level of quality he brings to the table? We cannot recommend Allen enough, and we hope that anyone reading this review seriously considers hiring him for their next event!

He is very attentive and knowledgeable and I never doubted that I could trust him. You can really tell that he loves what he does and that he actually cares about his clients and wants their day to be perfect. I have zero complaints, he was amazing and I highly recommend him!

His website is so easy to use- you can make your own place list- and maybe even more importantly do not play list. When the dancing time came he played everything we requested and knew just how to read our guests. He created the perfect mixture of Mexican and American music and it was obvious as both our families had a wonderful time! Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so special!

en more memorable. He was incredibly easy to work with, and made the entire music-planning process stress free. We communicated often in the months leading up to the wedding, and he was great at giving us suggestions, and letting us know specific due dates for playlists, and song requests. Not only did he nail the ceremony music, but all of the music at the reception was perfect! He kept the party going, and there were still people on the dance floor when the last song played. He was a fantastic MC. He was not cheesy or overbearing, but let us (the bride and groom) be in the spotlight, and have our moment. Many of our guests complimented us on our DJ selection, and how much they were enjoying the entertainment. Allen's professionalism and attention to detail is fantastic, and we are so grateful that he helped us create so many wonderful memories with all of our loved ones. Thank you, Allen!

we met up with him, so we decided to go ahead with him. He contacted me really last minute for things and made this really strange comment about how it looked like my husband and I hadn't practiced our first dance a lot (we didn't really dance because my train was down). He also messed up the colors for uplighting, but he fixed those later. I don't know why my coordinator was so bad at communicating with him. Then, he was supposed to announce that guests could ride the horse and carriage during cocktail hour, but he didn't do that at all. Other than that, he did what any other DJ did, which was to play songs and get everyone to dance. He's serious about what he does and he does try his best to not play inappropriate songs (my request). Maybe my wedding was just an fluke for him. I think if you use him, at least you know he will show up as a decent vendor (instead of in casual clothes or something) and he'll take it seriously. Just make sure you don't leave him to be booked at the last minute. That's not fun for anyone and causes lots of messiness.

things that kind of let me down regarding the DJ services. 1st, he played a different version of my chosen song for when I walked down the isle. It wasn't a huge deal, just wasn't the perfect version that I had selected. Also, my groom and I had taken a lot of time to combine our two musical tastes and include fun music for our guests so we had a quite a few songs on our 'Must Play' list and we noticed that Allen was playing other music not on our list (that we didn't really like) before he had played all of our Must Play songs, so that was just a bit confusing. I would have preferred he finish our music before adding his own. Lastly, when he announced the bridal party, cake cutting and last song, he was so quiet that many people were unaware of the big fun things that were going on. I don't know if he just was underestimating the distance from the dancefloor to the reception area (our wedding was all outdoors in a park and it was somewhat spread out) or if he is just very quiet when he DJs in general.
