e wed in the presence of his and I's immediate family. We planned a short engagement and as you know it is hard to find a wedding photographer a few months before actually getting married. Usually wedding photographers are booked out for a year or more. I also have never visited Tennessee, I did a lot of Google searches in finding photographers /videographers that may be available. Alley productions/WeElopedNashville responded fairly quickly and we were able to make a deposit, set date/time. The package we selected came with edited photos and a video of our ceremony. Communication was good, communicative throughout beginning and ensuring things were set up prior. In the end, while we were going back and forth on photoshopped, edited photos, where the photos were uploaded was eh not the greatest service at the end. I was unhappy with the first set of photos, our complexions were extremely pale, I wanted our photos to look more natural and not extremely photoshopped. There was a couple of photos that were poorly photoshopped and was added to our finished wedding album. There was a lot of back and forth of how I wanted our photos to be fixed. The video recorded of our ceremony.. is a whole another story. It looks like it was edited by someone using an video editing software for the first time. There are MANY transitions throughout the video, it was poorly edited and why are there so many different transitions from each sense? I reached out asking about the edited photos and video where it was uploaded. The photographer told me it was in the same link he had uploaded them. He stopped responding and I had to look for it myself. I understand that he was probably getting frustrated with the back and forth. Could you blame a bride who just wants perfect wedding photos from her special day? Overall experience, was mediocre. I was in need of a photographer last minute and this was the end result. Beginning to middle everything was spot on, communication was really good, thorough. However, the end of this was underwhelming and honestly I'm really dissatisfied with the video edit.
