He took the time to make the conversation personal—he even wished me a Happy Nurse’s Day, which meant so much to me as a nurse! That thoughtful touch set the tone for everything that followed. Zac was our videographer and he was incredible—so kind, patient, and accommodating, especially with my hectic schedule the week of the wedding. My husband and I received our wedding video right on time, after excitedly anticipating it for months after viewing the beautiful trailer we were sent shortly after our wedding. We were completely blown away by our video, with a few requests to have some added footage after it was already finalized. Tom was extremely professional and did everything we asked quickly and with kindness and understanding. On our wedding day, he and Zack were very professional and worked with us despite several challenges that arose during the day. Zac - will be your biggest hype man day of! We booked Alliance Video only a couple months prior to our October 2023 wedding and let me tell you they nailed our wedding video!!! Tom was such a pleasure to work with and did a fabulous job as our September 2023 wedding videographer! Great quality work and it was so great working directly with the owner. Tom edited and gave us our ceremony video after THREE days so my 100 year-old grandmother who couldn't make it to the wedding was able to watch it. In my grandmother's words, the video was "absolutely beautiful". I don't think any other company would have done this and we cannot thank him enough.

Wow, I literally cannot say enough great things about Alliance Video! They were recommended by our photographer, and we are SO glad we found them. After reaching out to a few other companies & speaking with Tom on the phone, it was a no-brainer for us. Their professionalism, flexibility & genuine care for what we wanted was so refreshing. Jim was our videographer the day of, and he was so great! He captured all of the important parts of our day, as well as all the fun things we missed in the midst of us having to run around doing our bride & groom duties! We absolutely loved having him be a part of our day. We received our sneak peek on our 1 month anniversary & our full video quickly. Everything was captured so beautifully & definitely made me cry more watching our video than I did the day of!! We did have a late request, and they had absolutely no problem fulfilling that request for us! Wedding planning can be crazy & stressful, so it really means a lot having a vendor being so great to work with and have them truly care how you want to remember your big day. Alliance has blown us away from start to finish with their service & we could not be more happy we chose them!

Tom was our videographer for our wedding in December at The Smithville Inn. He was recommended to us by our photographer, Jonathan Peter Photography. They have worked together many times before which made it really easy when planning out our day and getting the shots we wanted and they wanted. Tom was very informative and helpful during the planning process of our wedding. He was great the day of and captured every moment while not being right in our face which was great. Alliance is truly the most incredible videographer team. They capture every single detail of your special day and our favorite part was we didn't even notice they were there throughout our ceremony and reception. We loved our video. Zac called the week of the wedding, asking us particulars about what we wanted captured / what was not so important for us. We expressed that we wanted the film to focus a lot on our friends and family and the party of the day, no so much on the romance / getting ready. The video was exactly what we wanted. We were so surprised because Zac was a ghost the day of our wedding (in a good way)! We were always surprised when we did see him, and being a "ghost" he captured so many genuine candid moments. Tom and Zac were amazing to work with for our wedding! We needed to re-schedule our 2020 wedding due to the pandemic and they were 100% accommodating with moving to a new date. They really listened to what I wanted in a wedding video, and they coordinated with our venue (so I did not have to!!) to make sure they had all the details (where the ceremony would be, where we would walk in to the reception, etc.) to capture perfect video footage. Tom was absolutely AMAZING! We booked him during the pandemic. He promptly responded back to us and scheduled a phone call. He asked us many questions to get to know us through a friendly conversation. He shared his video packages with us and asked us to fill out a questionnaire online once we booked him. Tom spoke with us prior to the day to ensure he captured everything we wanted, asked us questions, went over the flow of the day and we could tell he truly wanted to get to know us before the day. It was so much fun reliving our Wedding, in the moment there is so much going on so to be able to sit and watch it back is seriously the best. And Tom made that happen - he had great angles for our first & parent dances, picked up some of the funny commentary between my husband and I during the ceremony, captured the speeches beautifully and everything in between :)

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tom and Alliance Video. Okay, so a month before the wedding, I began to feel regretful for not hiring a videographer for our wedding and I panicked. I reached out to our photographers who suggested this company, specifically Tom Johnson. Let me tell you, Tom Johnson is an absolute angel! When I first reached out, he was over our budget, but convinced me to give him a call to work it out. I thought he was going to negotiate a higher price, but instead he said yes to our budget and created a special package just for us (cue happy tears). We were supposed to get a 5-10 minute highlight video from the ceremony to the cake cutting at the reception. Well, we received an absolutely AMAZING 12 minute video from the first look to some fun dancing. It included music from our first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. And it bounced back and forth to the MOH and BM speeches. To say it was perfect doesn't even begin to express how impressed we were with the final product. HIGHLY recommend Tom Johnson. And if you are a bride/groom who has contemplated a videographer... GET THE VIDEO!!!!

Working with Tom for our wedding went as smooth as we could possibly ask for. Given the pandemic, Tom was overly flexible to make sure we had exactly what we wanted for our day. He was responsive, clear, and priced well given such a high end service he provides. We had the best experience working with Alliance Video Productions for our 5/29/21 wedding. Tom was very responsive throughout the planning process and helped establish a day-of timeline that worked well with our other vendors. He was also very flexible in arranging his coverage hours to best match our ceremony and reception timelines, and even included a complimentary second shooter for our ceremony. Tom was very friendly and professional at our reception and worked well with our other vendors. We received our preview video about 10 days after our wedding, and it was just gorgeous. It captured the spirit of the day perfectly, and was easy to circulate as a Youtube link. It brought several friends and family members to tears, even those who attended the wedding! We received our full video about 3 months after our wedding, and it was everything we were hoping for. It helped us relive our special day and captured so many fun moments that we didn't realize were happening behind the scenes. We liked working with Alliance so much that my sister has already booked them for her Sept. 2022 wedding! Highly recommend!

Tom Johnson was another vendor that made being a covid bride not so bad. He was amazing with rescheduling us and offering a live steam for people that couldn’t make it to the wedding. Although we didn’t opt in for a live stream I was completely impressed with how above and beyond he went and got so many angles. I was actually told by multiple guests “not many people would be laying on the ground to get a perfect angle like he did”. I can’t wait to see the completed video but I know he was there capturing every single moment and did not miss a beat! You won’t regret booking with him!

My daughter dealt with Tom during the process and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and accommodating. The videographer we had was Jay on the day of the rescheduled wedding.
