Hi, I'm Allie! My passion for baking started in elementary school. I loved watching baking shows and knew that I wanted to become a baker. I spent my time creating all sorts of cupcakes. After high school, I knew I wanted to expand my knowledge of baking. I enrolled in the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Baking and Pastry program. At that time, my dream of starting my own bakery was born. My love of baking has turned into the desire to create just the right dessert for your occasion! From sprinkles, fondant and buttercream designs, let Allie Cakes bring the sweet life to your special day!
