She really listens to the vision you have for your day. I felt and looked beautiful. She really speaks life into you as you sit in her chair to get your makeup done. t clearly noted that my daughter had a party of five, yet was invoiced $200 for a gratuity. In addition to a bridesmaid not receiving her makeup service that was paid for, my daughter was also billed $25 for eyelashes that her bridesmaid did not receive. Multiple attempts were made by both my daughter and myself to discuss this and ask for a reimbursement for services not rendered, however, were met with complete refusal… Krystal’s repeated stance was “there are no refunds.” As the owner, her rigid response sorely lacked any sense of good customer service! Be aware before you schedule!!!
