We cannot recommend Allison Cheng Photographer enough! Allison, whom we had met previously during our engagement shoot, was professional, sweet, fun, and put us completely as ease. Allison, and her second shooter, John, went above and beyond to capture all of the magical and sentimental moments of our wedding while at the same time making sure the pictures or their presence didn’t at all distract from the reason for our celebration. Allison and John navigated the unknowns of late-July weather in a way that assured us - rain or shine - we had nothing to worry about! While the clouds held off raining until our guests were seated in our reception tent, the sky cleared up enough for us to try and take some sunset-ish pictures - we didn’t have much sun but we were dry! While we were delighted even to have those, right as Allison was scheduled to leave the sky really cleared and gave us a gorgeous sunset including a rainbow. I’ll always be thankful that Allison stopped us and asked if we wanted to try another round of photos! The weather was such a big part of the dynamics of the day that even though she didn’t have to - she knew it was the ending we needed! Our photo previews arrived promptly and contained a great assortment of the day’s moments to delight us until our full-album could arrive. Allison’s editing accentuated the beauty of our venue, never competing with it. As a couple looking for natural light-style images, they were exactly what we wanted. Allison was communicative with us, reviewing inspiration and timelines in advance, and with our videographer, ensuring that all our deliverables from the day were incredible. We love our photos and will cherish them for years to come. We are so thrilled we booked Allison!
