Allison is an incredibly talented photographer, and one of my favorite humans to work with. She perfectly captured our wedding, us, and all the magic of the weekend. She was exceptional in her attention to detail and accommodating the vision we wanted for not only our wedding but our engagement and rehearsal photos. Allison checked in with us frequently leading up to our big day and was easy to work with. At each photoshoot, she took our instruction and then directed us to manifest absolute stunning photos. She was phenomenal with everything from our individual photos to our big crazy family images. Allison’s easy-going nature and wonderful personality made our wedding photos stress-free, while still capturing each smile and all the magic.

Allison was our wedding photographer, and to say she is talented is a massive understatement. It was the greatest gift to have Allison capture all of the love on our big day. She makes you feel so natural while you are taking the pictures, you sometimes forget she is there! There are truly no words to describe just how special it was to have Allison capture our wedding day. We told our planner we wanted lightly edited, timeless photos and Allison truly delivered. We haven’t even received all of our photos but between her blog post of our day and our engagement photos we have been receiving so many compliments of how she truly was able to capture the atmosphere and all of the love that was in the room at our wedding. My husband and I were so nervous about photos as we rarely take them but Allison made us feel so comfortable - she is fun, easy-going and the type of person that makes you feel like you have known her for years. Allison was our wedding photographer and she was absolutely amazing!! All of our pictures came out beautiful, capturing every moment both big and small. We really wanted to be able to enjoy our day and be with our guests, without spending too much time taking formal photos. Allison totally understood and worked with us to make sure we had the photos we wanted, but didn't feel like we missed any part of our wedding. Most of the time you never even noticed she was there, yet she was capturing everything. She is just so easy-going and great to work with. Could not recommend enough!

We won a giveaway that Allison was doing on social media for a free session. She did our engagement photos at Hampton Park and we LOVED them. It was a cloudy day and I'm obsessed with how they turned out. She was flexible and worked with me while trying to pick a date around all the rainy days that we had. Allison is so fun!! She's literally the sweetest and was so patient with our dog, Percy who joined us in the shoot.

We could not have asked for a better photographer! It’s been 3 months since my wedding and I STILL cannot stop staring at the photos. Allison has a particular talent for capturing the light so beautifully! That was the reason why we booked her originally, and she certainly delivered on our wedding under the oaks in Charleston! She was always very professional. I really appreciated her efficiency. We had a bit of a tight schedule and I was so impressed by how she kept us on schedule and made sure we got ALL of the photos we wanted. She's so receptive of requests for certain photo spots or poses, but she also has a keen eye for this herself, so if you're clueless about what you want, she'll handle that for you and it will be better than you could ever imagine! My husband and I are so incredibly thankful we found her and will cherish our photos for years to come.

Could not have imagined anyone else for our wedding day photographer. Allison is so talented and super sweet. I am in love with my wedding day photos and my bridal session! The morning of the wedding I completely forgot about getting the boutonnière and bouquet prior to our first look. Allison immediately offered to go to our venue and meet the florist and picked up everything we needed and brought it to our first look. I would recommend her to anyone and can’t wait to have more photos done next time we are in Charleston, SC. You will not regret hiring her as your photographer on your special day!

Allison is amazing!! We originally had a family member planned as our photographer for our wedding but had to change plans with COVID last minute. Allison was more than accommodating and made sure that we still had an amazing experience! She put us so at ease during both the engagement and wedding shoots - and it shows in the pictures! When my fiancé (now husband) and I began looking for a photographer, we quickly realized how hard it is to find someone who captures candid moments with true-to -life lighting. Allison has the PERFECT touch when it comes to both of these things. While I am picky, I knew she had an incredible eye from her Instagram and wedding blog posts, and had a good feeling about her. We met at a coffee shop and she was so down to earth, professional and easy to talk to! It felt like she really cared about who we were, our story, and how she could portray us through our pictures. At our engagement shoot, she made us feel SO relaxed and made it fun and goofy so we could shake off our nerves! She tells you how to position yourself in a way that doesn’t feel posed or awkward. When we received the pictures, we were blown away by how she captured our love and personalities in a way that seemed natural and true to who we are. The way she finds the right natural light is a dream. Her eye is incredible! Seeing all of this talent, made us super excited for our wedding day! Allison and her second shooter, Stephen, came to shoot our wedding, and they couldn’t have been better! On the wedding day, they made us feel calm and they helped the day to move along smoothly, in a way that wasn’t rushed. They both made taking pictures fun and exciting as we got lots of different shots, and Allison made sure that we got all the shots we wanted. The day after our wedding, she posted a sneak peak of about 70 beautiful pictures from our wedding! It was so fun to get to relive it right away and to see how GORGEOUS, joy-filled, and genuine the pictures were. Planning a wedding during a pandemic, there were a lot of things that were nerve wracking, but throughout the whole process, we were so confident and excited about our decision to hire Allison to capture our day! She is AMAZING!!!!

Allison was an amazing photographer! From the start working with her for our engagement shoot to the wedding day-of, she was easy and fun to work with! Due to the pandemic, we had to shift our wedding date back and opt for a smaller celebration. She was so helpful during our first meeting when we were just trying to decide what we wanted from our wedding photos - there are so many different ways you can go! Allison photographed our wedding at the Creek Club at I'on in May of 2019 and I can't recommend her enough! Allison was so easy to work with and is an amazing photographer. Leading up to our wedding she was responsive and organized and on the day of she made everything so fun and easy. We have gotten so many compliments of how beautiful all of the photos are!

Allison was amazing to work with! She did our engagement photos so we were able to get to know her a little bit before she photographed our big day. We've never had professional photos taken before and were a little uncomfortable in front of the camera but Allison guided us through the shoot and we wound up with a nice mix of posed and candid pictures that we loved! Our wedding day was just the same. Allison and her assistant, Tizzy, were super professional but so much fun at the same time! Allison shared a few photos from the wedding almost immediately afterwards while she worked on the rest and we loved that we had something to share on social media right away. It wasn't much longer that we received the rest of the photos! Couldn't be happier with everything!

Allison photographed my wedding at Middleton Place in the fall of 2018 and engagement pictures at Charles Towne Landing in February 2018. Her photos are beyond beautiful - she perfectly captures the moments, emotions, and expressions in natural, airy, and light photos. As soon as I saw examples of her work, I knew she was the photographer for us. Her photos are consistently breath taking. We basically told her right away that we'd love to have her work with us and we're so lucky she was able to! Our friends and family spent hours looking at the photos after the wedding and were so impressed. We're still getting compliments. Allison was quick to get the pictures to us too! She has the perfect eye for where we should stand for the best lighting and what poses to do. My husband and I aren't used to doing these things and Allison made it so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend doing an engagement shoot in advance to practice these poses. It'll be easy to remember which ones you like the most during the wedding! We selected Allison's longest package, ~9 hours, which was perfect for getting ready shots and the first look through the end of the wedding, when we had a sparklers exit. Allison is so talented and her photos are truly spectacular. She perfectly captured our wedding and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Allison was exactly who we needed with us on our special wedding day. We had a small group of just our immediate families and she fit right in and put everyone at ease while she captured the most amazing photos! She was extremely organzined and easy to deal with while planning and of course the day of. Her knowledge of photography gave us a perfect “Golden Hour” and we felt completely at ease behind her Lense. I got married October 4, 2014. We first contacted Allison about a year before the wedding and kept in touch via email periodically. When my husband and I were ready to select a photographer, Allison was one of the first we contacted. We met at a local Starbucks and connected immediately! She was so nice and had very reasonably priced packages (they've since changed but are still very reasonable). We knew right away that we wanted to work with her. Over the months leading up to the wedding, we emailed occasionally as needed (to ask/answer questions, etc.). Allison was always very responsive. On the day of our wedding Allison and her second photographer, Katie, showed up to my parents house on time and took a lot of great photos of us getting ready. They took so many amazing pictures throughout the ceremony and reception and we are SO happy with how they came out! Allison is super friendly, laid-back, and accommodating. Due to a delay in our schedule for the night, (the limo got pulled over on the way to the reception for a headlight that was out!) my husband and I had to step out of the reception for about 30 or so minutes to do some pictures of just us and we had a lot of fun working with Allison for those, too. She was so quick with getting our online album up (only about a week!) and then the coffee table book was delivered about 6 weeks after the wedding. (and all of this while she was moving from New Hampshire to South Carolina!) The only downside is that since she is now in South Carolina, I can't use her for future work! I highly recommend Allison to everyone so they can have as wonderful an experience as we did. Thanks so much Allison!

My husband and I were referred to Allison by a couple of friends who had recently worked with her. After looking at their photos we immediately fell in love with her work. We planned our wedding in less than 9 months and were so happy to hear Allison still had our wedding date available. We had a strict budget and she worked with us to accommodate our needs still ensuring we could do an engagement shoot, the wedding, and the photo booth. She provided sneak previews on her Facebook page just a few days after our wedding that our family were able to enjoy while we were on our honeymoon.
