My husband and I decided to elope and picking Allison as our photographer was the best decision! Even though our ceremony was just an hour, we still were able to get every shot that we requested and some! I knew from the second I looked through Allison’s pictures she was special and wow did she come through! She is simply the best! You will have the most beautiful pictures with Allison. I absolutely love pictures and it was important to me that we found a photographer that took good quality pictures. My now husband is not big on pictures and doesn’t love being in front of the camera. Allison is the best photographer ever! We hired her for our engagement and destination wedding in Colorado. She is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. For the wedding I wanted to surprise my husband since his father was no longer with us, so I asked if she could add him to one of the photos. We were both amazed at how she was able to make it look like he was actually there with us. Bonus points- she took the cutest photos of my dog who is the least photogenic dog there is.

I originally found Allison and her Associates when I was a Maid of Honor for my best friend, Samantha’s, wedding. I tagged along to the engagement session to watch the dog while she was not in the photos and I felt like I knew Allison, instantly. We thought we must have known each other from before, but we had never met. She has an infectious personality; she is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. During Samantha’s bridal portraits I met Aubrey, Allison’s second shooter, and felt the same instant connection. Sweet and bubbly and made the process more fun and less staged than a photoshoot. After my best friend’s wedding, we all stayed in contact through Instagram and would message and check-in occasionally. THE VERY FIRST person I messaged to share the news of my engagement (after my family and close friends) was Allison. I knew that I had to have her team as part of my special day. The light and airy style of her photos and the high-end feel of the portraits were exactly what I have always dreamed of. I had 6 months from the day we got engaged to plan my wedding and we were on a very tight budget. The full package was more than we could spend, but Allison has associates that work with her, and that package was more in our price range. It broke my heart to not have Allison, but I requested Aubrey and she was available!!! After not seeing each other in person for almost 2 years, it was like no time had passed and the sweet and bubbly girl was cheering me and my fiancé on as we took our engagement pictures. My fiancé was not so comfortable with taking posed photos but you would never had known from the images. Aubrey directs you and guides you in poses and where and how to stand. She finds the best locations for the best backdrops and even jumped into the river to take some playful water shots of us. The day of the wedding, it was so special to have Aubrey there (and Allison in spirit!) it was more than a vendor working for you, it was having another friend to share in the day with. Aubrey was calm and excited and helped me breathe through my nerves as we were about to do the “first look”. Our second shooter was Becca and I could not have asked for someone more sweet, focused, and organized. She kept us on track with the timeline and when it was family photo time, she had a list of shots and made sure we got all of the photos that we had wanted. At the end of the night, I was genuinely sad to see them leave. I am so grateful to them for creating such an amazing experience for me and my husband. We received our sneak peeks a few weeks after the wedding (our wedding was December 17, smack in the center of all the major holidays), I could not believe the images that I saw. They were beautiful, light and airy, everything that I had been seeing and asking for, but these were our photos, not just inspiration photos. This was everything I could ever dream of for my wedding photos. When the whole gallery came in (and holy moly almost 1,000 photos!) and we sat down to look through them, my husband and I were re-living our dream day all over again. All of the sweet attention to details that we want to remember forever, the embraces of family members that mean so much to us, the photos of our sheer excitement at being pronounced Mr. & Mrs. These photos are so beautifully done and something we will cherish for a lifetime. Amber with Allison Jeffers Associates is the BEST! You definitely want her sweet, kind, friendly, and funny personality in your corner for your big day! She took our engagement pictures and shot our wedding day, and she made us both feel so comfortable in front of the camera and what's more, we had fun (and my groom hates pics!)! We laughed so much we almost forgot there was a camera and we have Amber to thank! She captured our wedding day so perfectly and it was such a smooth experience for everyone involved. Where do I even start?! Hiring Allison was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The second I saw her reviews and photos, I knew I needed to reach out to see if she had our date available. Luckily she did, and she was so flexible with us- seeing that we live in Houston. Our engagement pictures were scheduled at Cibolo nature center and it just so happened to pour for hours before we showed up. Allison was still willing to meet us and take our pictures even though we were trucking through mud... Let me tell you it was an adventure but so much fun. Then we took my bridals she made me feel calm and so beautiful. Then came our wedding, it was the best day of my life and Allison captured it wonderfully. We we're running behind but instead of letting me stress she calmed me and let me know we would adjust things to still make the day work. She caught all the candid shots as well as posed ones. Theres only one problem- figuring out which ones to print!! I will always reach out to for major life events- she is truly one of a kind- so friendly, funny, and warm. If you hire her and her team, you will not regret a single thing, I know we sure didn't!

Hiring Allison as our wedding photographer was the BEST decision we made! We loved every minute of working with her and all of our photos turned out INCREDIBLE! As someone who had more anxiety about the photos than any other aspect of the wedding, I can't recommend Allison and her team enough! We opted for an engagement session with her to get comfortable with her and with being photographed, and I immediately knew we were in perfect hands. She is super easy to work with and has an unbelievable eye for gorgeous moments (Please do night portraits with her). My whole family commented to me about how wonderful she was during the wedding - professional, prepared, and super fun! Seriously - the investment is MORE than worth it. THE BEST DECISION WE MADE throughout the whole wedding process! Y’all… I might tear up as I write this. Allison is THAT sweet and THAT good. 1) her photos are stunning. Like… jaw droppingly stunning. 2) She is so professional and efficient. 3) The whole wedding party and family loved her and loved how easy she made it on everyone and now everyone wants to book her for their wedding. This was all on the official wedding day in 2021 — but my husband and I actually got married the year before. I was one of Allison’s Covid brides. Our original wedding date was 5/2/20 and my husband and I ended up cancelling/postponing and eloping just us two. It was emotional and sad and stressful and Allison was SO flexible and kind throughout the whole process and I can’t say the same about other vendors. She even came out to our elopement and shot it for us out of the kindness of her heart so we could share the moment with family and friends. (WHAT?!?!)
