We picked Allison Lauryn Photography based on their quality of work posted through their website + social media. While wedding photography can be expensive we knew that it was the one thing we would take with us for years to come and we wanted to make sure we received timeless quality photos and videos that would capture the memories of the day the best it could. We were pleased with the bundles they offered and felt we were getting a lot for our money. We received a ceremony, reception, and a highlight video, engagement photos, and well over 800 wedding photos for around $6,000. Not to mention Allison freely offered her expertise and was extremely kind, yet direct, in the whole process. If Allison felt that something wasn’t going to work as well on our timeline she presented other options or solutions while also respecting our final decisions. I felt reassured on the day of that Allison would take care of what she needed to. I didn’t need to remind her of certain photos that needed to be done or keep an eye on the time. As a bride who planned her whole wedding it was very important that I had people on the day of who knew what they were doing and I could just enjoy my day with my new husband. And Allison and her team did just that for me. Allison paid close attention to my Pinterest board and specific requests I had including drone footage, scenic backgrounds, candid moments, dreamy veil photos, and more. Allison did a wonderful job capturing who we are as a couple - our beliefs, our hearts, and our best angles! ;) While Allison’s turnover rate may seem longer than some it was well worth the wait. Every photo that came in felt like it was articulated with such intentionality and authenticity to who we are. The quality was incredible, easy to download, and captured not only us but every detail included in our wedding. We got married Sept 1 and received our photo gallery Dec 23. When we made a few requests to change things in our video Allison was quick to fix it and get the new footage back to us. Overall we enjoyed our experience with Allison Lauryn Photography - her team got the job done, provided beautiful high quality timeless work, and supported us through the whole process. If you’re looking for someone with the whole package she is it! Thanks Allison Lauryn Photography for capturing our day so beautifully!

Once we began, she was able to give us instructions for posing and provided us with prompts to create organic moments and reactions for many candid shots.
