Allison Tucker Photography is a wedding and portrait photography business located in Olympia, Washington.
Allison fell in love with taking photos when she was young and it is a love that has grown right along with her. She began her professional business in 2016 and has worked alongside talented vendors in Virginia, North Carolina, O'ahu, and now Washington state. She wants to share her passion and joy for photography with every person she works with. This business celebrates all forms of love, therefore, it strives to be an affordable, but professional, option for all walks of life, allowing anyone to receive gorgeous photos on their special day.
Allison Tucker Photography believes in natural, fun, and honest photography as well as capturing moments that are unique and true to each client. Be prepared for less posing and more snuggles and laughter.
When working with Allison Tucker Photography, you are opening yourself up to an experience. This business wants to make all clients feel comfortable in front of the camera and in their own skin, and just have an enjoyable time. Whether working together to capture everyday moments, engagements, elopements, or full-wedding days, they dedicate time to perfecting every detail and capturing the moments you'll want to relive again and again.
Allison is willing to climb mountains or just walk around the city with her clients, putting no limit to where photos can be taken. Whether it be a single session or wedding, each client will receive a private, digital gallery (that is shareable to family and friends). There is no cap on how many portraits the client will receive and no picking and choosing is required on their end! Clients also receive the print rights to their portraits at no extra charge, which means that they may print their portraits wherever and whenever. All portraits are edited in the unique style that Allison has created before going into your customized galleries.

My name is Allison and I am the owner of Allison Tucker Photography. I have been building onto my love for photography ever since I was little and have now turned that passion into a business.
I consider myself to be an honest, quirky, and fun person. Clients have told me before that I end up being more of a friend and guest at their wedding, while still keeping it professional. I will always know when to step in and when to let you have your moment in the sun. Weddings are about the couple getting married, and I am there to grant their wishes!

Where do I even begin! If you’re looking for a photographer in Washington, book Allison! She was so professional through the whole process. She made sure to stay in touch and offered help when needed. Taking photos with her the day of our wedding was stress free. Before the wedding day, she sent a timeline of photos which help keep everything on schedule. Within 24 hours we got previews and the images were breathtaking! I was so excited to get the entire gallery. She goes above and beyond to make sure the memories were captured from this special day! Not only that, her energy was amazing which made it all the better. Book her for sure!

Allison was so fun to work with on our wedding day, and the photos turned out BEAUTIFULLY. We even did a second location for pictures during the wedding day, and she scoped the place out the day before to find the best shots. She delivered above and beyond service, and I would love to work with her again in the future!

Allison was amazing to work with! She was available to help with coming up with clothing color schemes for my fiance and I, helped with making sure we knew where to meet her, showed up hours early to the location to scope out the best spots, and overall made it so comfortable to have a great shoot! She was laughing with us, encouraging us to pursue the pictures we wanted, brought umbrellas for us when it started raining (great photo opportunity too), and also waited out the rain for an extra 20 or so minutes so we could get amazing views of this lake and an a picturesque rainbow. She is your built in friend who also happens to take bomb pictures and not to mention she had our wonderfully edited photos to us in less than a week. What a gem. When I show others our engagement photos they are seriously shocked with the quality, setting, and abilities every single time.

Allison was incredible for our wedding day photography! She was very responsive, personable, and open about her style from the get-go, helping me build a vision for the day!
She kept things moving the day-of, kept us calm when we were worried about time and energized when we were flagging in the heat.
Her picture are gorgeous and just what I had hoped for. She even had the full gallery edited and ready only three days after the wedding. I can’t recommend her highly enough, she is a true gem!

Allison was hands down my favorite vendor we hired. There were a lot of unexpected changes the day of the wedding and she navigated them effortlessly. During the wedding, so many guests mentioned how friendly she was and how much fun they had posing for photos with her. Afterwards, we got countless compliments on how her photographs captured us and our outdoor venue perfectly.
My husband and I are rather awkward when it comes to posing for photos and usually do not like pictures of ourselves. She gave us great guidance and got all the candids we requested. The photos turned out perfectly and we could not be happier!
Allison is an incredibly talented photographer with an awesome personality to get you through an eventful day. I seriously cannot recommend her enough!

It was such a pleasure to work with Allison on our wedding day. She was friendly and easy to work with, and helped wrangle our massive families for photos. She was also flexible when it was needed, as weddings often can be chaotic. We received our photos within two weeks of our wedding, and they are such a joy to look at. We would definitely recommend Alison for anyone seeking a wedding photographer!

We are so lucky to have found Allison Tucker Photography to do our engagement and wedding photos last Fall. She met us on a potentially rainy day at a beautiful park and managed to keep us, introverted as we are, feeling comfortable and having fun even while posing for photos. She brought umbrellas to use just in case it did rain on us. She encouraged us to be ourselves while also offering us guidance, and she was able to capture our relationship beautifully. And she sent us well over 100 photos. Her turn-around time for photos really impressed us, and she had beautifully edited all of them in a way that looked very natural and retained the natural beauty of the surroundings as well as keeping us looking like ourselves. We were delighted with all the photos and with her friendly but bold, easy-going personality which made it so easy to spend an afternoon in the park with her, despite having barely met. We are so excited to be having Allison do our wedding photos soon!
Note: Allison is currently located in Olympia but is willing to travel for clients. She came to Seattle for our engagement photos and plans to do the same for our wedding next month.

WOW! We are so in love with our wedding day photos from Allison! She is immensely talented in her art. Everything from how she directed our poses, to her eye for composition and light, to her editing skills was just perfect. Actually, it was MORE than what I could have hoped for!! Not only that but she was sooo communicative before and after the shoot where I never had to worry. During the day she was really fun and bubbly to be around and was a good addition to our small group, and very go with the flow. She struck a perfect balance of being open to my ideas and getting me what I wanted, while also being honest about what will be successful or what might be too much. We're so satisfied with the end result, are so happy with how the day went, and so thankful we chose Allison to capture the day. I would absolutely hire her again for future shoots and recommend her to my friends!!

Allison captured our 2022 wedding on Oahu in beautiful pictures forever.
She was by our side from the get ready and is such a sweet and professional person. She never made us feel uncomfortable or unnatural with the pictures / poses and achieved exactly what we had hoped for - pictures that we look at over and over again and get tears of joy in our eyes. We heartily recommend her to anyone who wants naturally beautiful pictures with emotion.

The only thing left after our elopement are my dress and of course the photos. Because I knew so beforehand, I did some extensive research of my own to find a good photographer: one whose portfolio spoke to me - candid photos, soft lighting, with a talent to get the most out of the wedding location. In the end, Allison was the best I could find and did not disappoint: our wedding pictures turned out better than I could have ever hoped for. She was spontaneous and easy going to work with, responded to my mails quickly and really made the most of our time with her, getting as many different spots and poses in as we could. She also added a nice touch to our elopement crew by being her happy and outgoing self but at the same time making us feel extremely special. I’m so happy she made sure we will always be able to remember and share our special day with others.

I would hire Allison again in a heart beat. My husband and I eloped so our photos were an extremely important part of our ceremony to be able to share with friends and family after the fact. Allison captured everything beautifully. She had our 400 wedding photos finished in less than a week and each one was amazing. She was personable during photos and overall great to work with.

Allison was so great to work with from start to finish. She made us feel at ease for our destination wedding and checked on us to ensure we had and shared everything we wanted/needed in regards to photographs. Beyond being personable, her work is truly amazing. We got a sneek peak of photos delivered just a few days after our weddings and the rest just 2 weeks later! They are stunning. Allison was awesome! Our wedding was quite the experience with a last-minute venue change, but Allison took it like a champ! She met with us a few times over zoom to make sure that she had all the information she needed for getting exactly the shots we wanted. She took amazing photos of our ceremony and reception and was so personable and friendly. All of the guests were raving about our photographer before they even saw the pictures. We had a tiny wedding, so it was important for us to like our vendors as people as well as for their skills, which made Allison the perfect person for the job. We got our pictures back SO FAST! It was awesome because all of our family was still together by the time we got the entire photo gallery, so we got to go over it together. So special! The pictures turned out so magical, she got so many backdrops in such a small space so I have so much variety to choose from. My mom is stoked to finally have some family photos as well.
Overall, could not have asked for a better photography experience!

Allison is an incredible photographer! We did 2 sessions with her, one for engagement shoot and our wedding. The photos she took truly captured some beautiful moments in our wedding and stunning(makes me want to tear up!) couple photos. I've gotten so many compliments on the photos saying that they should be in a wedding magazine! She is very dedicated to her craft that she even came to the rehearsal of the wedding to make sure the lighting would be good for the actual wedding day. And on top of that she turned around the engagement photos in a couple days and all the wedding photos in less than a week! I came back from my destination wedding with these beautiful photos to share. Also love how she edits and filters the photos...all very natural.
She's fun , easy to work with, and friendly! Highly recommend her!

Allison was the best photographer I could have hoped to work with for my elopement. She is professional, friendly, funny, kind, and really knows how to make people feel comfortable in front of a camera. She also pays great attention to detail. She is incredibly good in directing you to make sure she gets gorgeous photos, and she will go above and beyond to set up the perfect shot. I just received the photos and I am just blown away. She truly captured the essence of our wedding through beautiful pictures of details and amazing candid shots. I will forever be grateful that Allison was the one taking pictures of that once-in-a-lifetime moment.

Wow! Allison totally blew my wedding photos out of the water! She was amazing at capturing details that I couldn’t see of the wedding day, which was very special to me! She made sure to get photos that I wanted, and we made time for those photos. She encouraged me to make the day about my husband and I, and not to focus on everyone else for a change. She did an amazing job! Did I mention her AMAZING turnaround time? I got ALL of my wedding photos back within a WEEK! After we returned from our honeymoon, I had an email with every photo already edited and ready for us to look at. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dependable, affordable, outstanding photographer! I’ve already recommended her to a couple engaged couples I know. When we first met with Allison, we knew almost immediately she would be the perfect fit for us. Allison did an amazing job on our wedding day and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, which is not easy to do! From the first point of contact she was consistent, reliable, professional, but also full of excitement over shooting our intimate winter ceremony. Allison is absolutely amazing at what she does!! She did an engagement photo session for my husband and I, and also photographed our wedding day. The photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined! She is very pleasant to work with and takes the time to get to know you to best suite your wants/ needs. She was open to any of our ideas and suggestions but when we weren't sure she knew exactly what to do! I didn't have to stress about how to pose or what to do because she had it covered! Working with Allison for our wedding pictures was a wonderful experience. She took away all the stress of getting the right pictures with the right people at the right times. She made sure beautiful pictures were taken before, during and after our wedding, including the reception. Her talent and prices are second to none. She was also extremely flexible with her time and patience, even as our schedule changed minute-to-minute on our wedding day. Even when we (and our wedding party) weren’t ready, she was. Allison captured all of the portraits and poses we wanted and when we needed suggestions, she provided excellent input.
Our final product has been a series of beautiful, high-quality photos that continue to be admired by us, our family and our friends. Thanks to Allison we will always be able to “look back” on the most wonderful day of our life!!!

Allison was awesome!! She did a wonderful bridal session with me at JC Raulston Arboretum; I had never had professional photos taken before and she made me feel totally at ease. She picked perfect spots and the pics were gorgeous. I felt so pretty! Her work on the day of the wedding was fabulous too. Everyone has raved about the photos. Allison is an amazing photographer! I hired her to do my wedding. Some of the reasons I loved her:
1) she had to travel a little further due to our location
2) she is very pleasant and friendly to be around
3) she met with us before doing the wedding to make sure we felt comfortable and didn't have any questions
4) she took her time with our friends and family
5) she had my pictures back to me in less than a week

Allison photographed our wedding last September. The pictures turned out absolutely beautiful. She captured all of the moments throughout the evening. Very punctual and professional, for an extremely reasonable price. She also did our engagement photos. She was willing to try any creative idea I had and also had some awesome posts to suggest.
