Stay far far away. Michael is the most unprofessional vendor we have ever come across and we honestly think he may have some serious mental issues. He came off nice in the beginning which is why we wanted to hire him plus his website has great videos, but he was barely reachable prior to the wedding and after the wedding was absolutely horrible to us. Our venue accused him of diffusing a handheld smoke device in their lake on our wedding day during a photoshoot to which he denied and originally agreed to complete an affidavit but then completely refused after back and forth arguing over payment. We had paid the full amount in two payments but after not receiving our footage and not being able to get ahold of him after multiple attempts for almost a month we disputed with the credit card company and retracted the second payment until we received our videos. Soon after that was done we received an e-mail stating that Michael was receiving medical care and went on a hiatus. We e-mailed that person back who also said Michael left him hanging and mentioned another friend this happened to on a different year. We also shortly heard back from Michael who went haywire on us. He was furious with us for retracting the payment despite our efforts to explain and insulted us in multiple ways via profanity, name calling, let downs and threats. On Thanksgiving weekend last year he blew up our phone with multiple calls demanding payment to which we had to block him because we were trying to spend time with family and tried to explain this to him but he didn't care. He also threatened to erase our videos and was extremely irrational. He then fought to get our money back with the cc company without delivering. We had multiple back and forth (and VERY uncomfortable) visits because we kept seeing the poor quality work he did on our videos (we kept asking him to re-do it because he literally just put whatever music to the footage). We finally accepted his mediocre work but after our last meeting as we were leaving we noticed he kept his son in the car while he was outside on the phone yelling at someone. You don't want to do business with him. It's just not worth it.

0 Stars. Completely unprofessional and did not fulfill the contract. We paid for 2 videographers and on the day on the wedding Michael was the only on there. Michael said we would have a highlight video the day after the wedding. Never received it. Kept reaching out to Michael over the next few weeks to check the status of our videos, and Michael ghosted us. Never responding. Over the course of 10 months from the wedding Michael was extremely hard to contact. He would not respond or only respond once every few months. I feel bad for those of you who have lost all contact with Michael, because the only way we we able to contact him and see what was going on is because he is literally family. Had to reach out to aunts, uncles, his siblings, and then his dad finally was the one to reach out to us. It's really a shame the way Michael has reacted with the whole situation. After getting some "answers" from Michael's dad, we were given dates on when we would see videos. And every date came and went. It wasn't until we threatened to take Michael to court (like another reviewer) that he responded and finally sent the videos. The videos were all raw footage, none of it was even touched. Like are you kidding me? You literally had no job during the pandemic because no one was having big weddings to video and you can't edit videos at home!!! When we asked Michael for a partial refund, he declined by saying "the contract has been fulfilled." And "nah we good" Michael is a scumbag, he's a scammer, unprofessional, a theif, and a liar. Do not trust him with your wedding day. Do not trust him with anything honestly. Again, Michael and I are blood related, and this is how he treated a family member. Just think how he will treat someone that isn't family.

Michael is incredibly unprofessional and after full payment NEVER delivered a final product for the package promised but kept over $1800 in payments. Over a 10 month period he stopped responding to email, text, and calls. No updates and endless excuses from people who weren’t him contacting the couple. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Don’t lose all the memories of your special day to this business.
