Allora Event Designs

ng pretty smoothly. She was always very responsive and supportive. We would not have been able to have such a beautiful wedding without her help, taking care of contacting every party involved, from music to catering. And during the day of the wedding, she was also taking care of every little detail, making sure that the party would move along as planned.

tting pressure on them to handle logistics, questions, and timing instead of being fully present with me. When I started meeting with wedding coordinators, everyone was lovely and kind, but Erin immediately stood out. Her calm, professional, and genuinely kind demeanor gave me complete reassurance that my wedding day would be in the best hands. I also knew I would be happy working with her during our monthly check-ins leading up to the wedding—she was incredibly easy to talk to and genuinely cared about me and my vision for the day. Our wedding was at Ruby Hill, and when I met Erin at the venue, every staff member greeted her with such excitement and immediately told me I was in great hands. Seeing how everyone lit up when they saw her spoke volumes about her reputation and the respect she has in the industry. Erin was also invaluable when it came to vendor recommendations. From florals to photo/video, DJ, hotel room blocks, and everything in between, she connected me with amazing vendors and worked seamlessly even with those she didn’t know personally. On the wedding day, everything felt perfect—on time, smooth, and stress-free. I genuinely enjoyed my wedding day and felt completely present. My entire family was impressed by Erin, and she effortlessly blended in while ensuring everything ran flawlessly. I chose her Ruby Hill planning package, which was uniquely comprehensive for a “month-of coordination” style package—far more than what other coordinators offered. This made me feel even more at ease and confident that we were in great hands. Her dedication never went unnoticed; she was consistently dependable and always (and I truly mean always) showed up for us, which meant so much to my husband and me. I highly recommend Erin and would choose her all over again. Thank you, Erin, for helping make our wedding day unforgettable! ❤️

warm, supportive, kind, and organized. We utilized her Partial Planning service and it was perfect for us. We met with her monthly, but even in between meetings, she made sure to let us know that she was available for any questions. Her clear and timely communication was greatly appreciated. She always responded to our emails promptly. Even when minor hiccups in the planning process came up that were out of her control, or when we made last minute requests, she remained positive and supportive. She truly brought our wedding vision to life, and we would highly recommend Erin and her team to anyone looking into planning a wedding!

ughout the planning process, she was knowledgeable, organized, and always willing to lend a helpful hand. Her detailed to-do lists and monthly check-ins made it easy to stay on track. Our wedding was a cross-cultural East African celebration, and Erin took the time to understand our traditions and carried out our itinerary beautifully. She is warm, approachable, and reassuring whenever any concerns come up. On the wedding day, she handled last-minute adjustments with ease and efficiency, keeping everything running seamlessly. We confidently recommend Allora Event Design and Erin’s team to anyone searching for a dedicated and professional wedding planner!

e right fit, discovering Erin was truly a blessing. From our very first interaction, she stood out with her attentiveness and her ability to immediately understand the vision we had for our special day. Erin is incredibly detail-oriented—nothing slipped past her. She anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had and made sure every element was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. Her exceptional organization kept everything on track, and her clear communication made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. What really made the difference, though, was Erin’s warm and welcoming personality. She has such a naturally happy, uplifting presence that instantly put us at ease. After meeting her, we finally felt like we could relax and trust someone with such an important day. Even in moments when we felt overwhelmed, she remained calm, reassuring, and ready with solutions. Because of Erin, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was in capable, caring hands. We are so grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. After looking for so long, we truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We highly, highly recommend Erin and Allora Events to anyone searching for an exceptional wedding planner!

small, with total calm and kindness. She was so helpful, so thoughtful, and truly made our entire wedding planning process (and the big day itself!) feel smooth, stress-free, and even fun. We are beyond grateful for everything she and her team did to bring our vision to life. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, she’s just the best!

a wedding in nearly 40 years, we quickly realized we needed help, and Erin was the best decision we made. She was our calm in the chaos, our steady voice of reason, and the light guiding us through every step of the planning process. Erin connected us with amazing vendors, gave Katie monthly “homework” to keep her and her fiancé on track, and held regular Zoom check-ins that kept everyone in the loop. She always reminded Katie she could call her anytime with questions or concerns—which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, Erin was everywhere—handling every detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure the dresses were fluffed, candles were lit, and even took my purse to my table just before I walked down the aisle. I’m sure there are countless other things she did that I’ll never even know about—but I felt completely taken care of. Because of Erin, I was able to focus on being the mother of the bride, and my daughter got to fully enjoy being the bride. I truly can’t imagine doing it without her—and now, I feel like I’ve gained a friend, too. Hiring Erin and her team was hands-down the best money we spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We weren't in town to do a wedding rehearsal and she was super awesome and helped put together a virtual one over the zoom. She made the whole wedding planning process so much easier especially as we were planning the wedding from Chicago. On the day of the wedding she did a wonderful job coordinating and managing the vendors so that the day went by smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy the wedding knowing she had a handle on all of the other things. I would highly recommend Erin if you are looking for a wedding planner!

at made the whole planning process smooth. Erin was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and coordinate with vendors. She is incredibly organized and created a month by month plan that was easy to follow and ensured that no detail was forgotten. We would often lean on her for advice and recommendations. Her wealth of experience and knowledge always made us feel like we were in good hands, that nothing was forgotten, and like our to-do list was manageable. Without her organization and planning, we would not have been able to enjoy the wedding as much as we did, and little details surely would have fallen through the cracks. She went above and beyond to make sure we were on top of everything, while making the process enjoyable. We truly miss our talks and think of her as a friend! Erin communicated seamlessly with our venue staff, making sure everything was coordinated perfectly. It was clear that she had a great working relationship with them. In addition, Erin provided us with amazing recommendations for vendors. From the florist, to the DJ, each vendor she suggested was top-notch and aligned with our preferences and budget. We were so happy with all of our choices. On our wedding day, Erin ensured everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for everything she did to make our day unforgettable. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is wonderfully kind, communicative, experienced, and organized, and who will ensure your dream wedding becomes a reality, we highly recommend Erin.

s absolutely fantastic. We had the best time working with her and truly miss her already! Erin was so communicative throughout our wedding process and made us feel so calm and ready for our big day leading up to the wedding, as well as on our actual wedding day. She kept our day running smoothly and was such a pleasure to work with. When planning a wedding, responsiveness is important, and Erin always responded very promptly and always communicated well regarding big and small details. She communicated well with our vendors and had a good rapport with them whether or not she worked with them before. We HIGHLY recommend Erin to any couple looking for a reliable and excellent wedding planner. Although she worked our wedding, I have no doubt she would do an amazing job at any other type of event.

n. One of the best features is how accessible she is. Although we booked her for her coordinating services (and not full planning), she was meeting with us every month, giving us small tasks to ensure we would be on track the whole way. Other coordinators said if we would book with them, we would only hear back when it was two-three months away to learn about the details! The fact that we met every month for a whole year allowed me to get to know her, trust her, and relax the entire wedding day. She also came in handy when I needed toothpicks! When you book Erin and her team, know that you are going to be well taken care of.

e parts about Allora Event Designs, is that even if you choose the partial planning service, Erin stays involved throughout your whole planning journey. Several of the other planners I spoke to would only get involved for the month of the wedding, unless you chose their full planning service or top tier of service. She also dedicates her full weekend to you, and is fully involved from day 1 (which again was unique to allora vs. others I spoke to). Thank you Erin for making our wedding weekend so special!!

ry step of the way, from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide through this incredibly special time in my life. What set Erin apart was her unwavering commitment to ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Her monthly check-ins, meticulous attention to detail, and remarkable organizational skills made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. I never once felt overwhelmed because she was always there to keep us on track and ensure that every task was completed in a timely manner. Erin's ability to handle the logistics of the wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. From seamlessly coordinating with vendors to managing the set-up and clean-up, I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. I was able to fully immerse myself in the joy of the moment, knowing that Erin and her team had everything under control. Erin's years of experience and expertise in the wedding industry truly shone throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, coupled with her exceptional problem-solving skills, meant that any hiccup or issue was swiftly and discreetly resolved. I can't emphasize enough how important this was in ensuring that our day went off perfectly. Erin is not just a wedding planner; she is a masterful communicator. Her ability to convey our vision to the vendors and ensure that everything was executed as we had imagined was remarkable. She listened to our ideas and preferences with patience and care, making sure that every detail was just right. Thanks to Erin and her incredible team, my wedding was nothing short of a fairytale. I felt like a guest at my own wedding, able to enjoy every moment without worrying about a single logistic. Her dedication, professionalism, and personal touch made her an absolute joy to work with. I can't recommend Erin highly enough, not only for wedding planning but for any event in life that requires impeccable organization and execution. She is a 10/10 wedding planner, and I am endlessly thankful for her and her team. Erin made our special day truly magical, and I will be forever grateful for her incredible talent and commitment to her craft. Thank you, Erin!

ited text messages/phone calls/emails exchange (if the Bride or Groom) had any questions through out wedding planning process. This was so great because we were able to reach Erin ANYTIME of the day. Erin was so lovely to work with and listen to her clients. We had so much fun in our meetings, sometimes we would all get sidetrack, talk about random things and joke and laughed the whole time, but was able to get things done in our hour meetings zoom. We got married at the Club at Rubyhill, the staff was so pleasing to work with. So, every couple has a budget and flowers are the top most expensive in weddings. We went through many meetings with Florist, couldn’t find the right Florist for us and they also had very high minimum. This is why you have you a wedding planner, Erin found a prefect florist for us. We had a great Team. Three weeks before our wedding, we did had troubles with our tight timeline. We did have to cut a few things out; therefore, Erin helped executive a plan of direction for us. We didn’t feel stressed. If you are looking for a wedding planner and feeling indecisive, we promise you Erin Russo and her Allora Team will make your wedding dream come true.

were on track. Nothing was ever missed! Planning a wedding is stressful and I can’t even begin to explain what a relief it was to have that much-needed peace of mind all year long. Erin was in constant contact with all of our vendors making sure everyone was always on the same page, aware of our wedding day timeline, and in the loop when any changes were made. Erin is also really easy to get a hold of. She was always quick to answer our calls and texts if any questions came up. A couple months out from the wedding, I started getting a little stressed and anxious about the big day, as any normal bride does, and Erin was always there to calm my nerves and there to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. And everything sure was! Our wedding was a huge success! Everything ran so smoothly, and if anything went wrong, my husband and I definitely weren’t aware of it! We could not have had the successful wedding we did without Erin’s help. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding - or any event. She is not only great at what she does but is also really fun, caring, and thoughtful. Thank you for everything this past year, Erin!

had great vendor suggestions, helped us know what to do next, and as we got closer to the wedding, we could rest assured that she was handling all the final details like confirming with vendors, creating and distributing schedules, etc. We truly don't even know if there were any hiccups on the day of because if there were, Erin handled them with such ease that no one even noticed! We cannot recommend Erin enough! Her expert guidance throughout the process and ability to execute the wedding we and our families were dreaming of were priceless!

e Erin and her team to thank for making it so seamless and perfect. I booked Erin about 8 months prior to the wedding. We had monthly meetings and at the beginning I didn't think I would need a meeting every month but every month I had questions and every month Erin had answers. Her knowledge is unparalleled. She really knows what she is talking about and also you can tell she really cares for her clients. I cannot thank her enough for everything. If you have your wedding at The Club at Ruby Hill, Erin and her team should be the obvious choice.

decision and helped guide us along the way. On the day of, there was a high chance of rain, so we had to change everything to inside. You would think the indoor ceremony was planned because of how well Erin adapted and communicated to the vendors. She is awesome, well organized, and friendly. Anyone looking into getting a wedding planner, hire Erin!

re to meet with us monthly to check in as our wedding day approached. She has tons of experience, is professional, and was always so easy to get in touch with - she is just a genuinely sweet person who is there to make sure your wedding day is special . She also gave us a TON of recommendations for vendors as we were planning our wedding. We got married in Lake Tahoe on 9/16/22 and ended up having the unfortunate situation of a forest fire being close by over our wedding weekend. Erin was so supportive during the week and helpful in getting in touch with our vendors about the last minute changes. On our wedding day my husband and I literally worried about nothing and had the most amazingly happy and smooth day -- and we have Erin to thank for that! We cant thank you enough :)

was positive, professional, and experienced from start to finish. We hired Erin as our "month-of" coordinator, and she was so much more than that - advising us monthly as we worked through the myriad of wedding planning tasks, providing vendor referrals, contacting our wedding team, and organizing a lot of the details towards the end of the process. It was so comforting to have her on our side throughout the process, and she pulled us out of a few pickles along the way. I am not a laid-back person, but I was super relaxed on our wedding day thanks to Erin and the team she helped coordinate - everything went off seamlessly and we were truly able to enjoy our perfect day. Thank you Erin!

nections, organization and people skills to make your event spectacular! If you want a wonderful wedding planner, hire Allora Events - you won’t be disappointed.

anxiety a lot! Erin is also great in terms of coordinating with vendors and making sure we're in the loop when need be. On our wedding day, everything went really smoothly thanks to Erin and we could not be happier! Thanks!

feel the stress in our wedding planning. Erin is always a phone call/email away, she's very accomodating and so patient with us. We would definitely recommend her and her team!!! She's actually a 10/5 stars!

rs to ensure a smooth transition. During the planning itself, Erin was genuinely happy to offer her honest opinions on what works well and what does not without being intrusive when we had to make a final decision. Erin is also very well connected with all sorts of local vendors such as rentals, cake/dessert, and entertainment. This connection she had allowed for her to promptly receive and forward updates to me and my wife. Erin even made time to visit a rental vendor with us to help us choose our linens and decor! As our wedding day got closer, we were impressed with how organized and diligent Erin was with keeping us on task. If there was something we were having trouble with, she would guide us through it so we felt comfortable with the end result. The regular meetings we had were easy and fun. Erin truly SHINED during the wedding. Our plan was to have our 6 month old daughter be our flower girl, but she was not in a good mood at all which threw off our whole plan. However, Erin was quick to keep us calm, offer suggestions, while again making us feel empowered to make our own decision which led to an amazing outcome (without throwing off the timeline!). Erin nailed the ambiance, flow, and vibe that we always dreamed of and we received unsolicited compliments from our guests on how fun and smooth the wedding was. Thank you Erin - Janelle and I will always look back fondly at our special day and you were a HUGE part of making that happen.

e months prior to the 2022 event, taking copious notes on every detail we discussed, providing her expertise, and thoroughly answering all questions we had. What we loved most about Erin was her professionalism and ability to set us at ease, both during the planning process as well as on the day of. She made sure to join every vendor call, respond to every communication she was tagged on in a timely manner, and keep all information and contracts organized. The entire day went off without a hitch and I can't tell you how many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything was executed. I am confident that was in large part due to Erin's coordination and attention to detail. We would work with Erin again in a heartbeat- her services were very much appreciated and she was definitely one of our favorite vendors! If you have the chance to work with her, take it!

unicative, prompt with her responses, and beyond efficient. My vision for our wedding was for us to just show up the day of and be present, and Erin and her team ensured that this happened. I was not at all stressed on my wedding day, and I know a huge part of that is because of Erin working hard behind the scenes. All of my family and bridal party commented on how kind and personable Erin is (and how rare this is when dealing with day of coordinators/planners), and my husband and I couldn’t agree more! I would recommend Erin to anyone with no reservations. We were so happy with how our wedding turned out, and our guests commented on it being one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to! 10/10 recommend! :)

dding because it would be so much work and too complicated to plan - that all changed after we met Erin. We wouldn't have been able to pull it all off without her. She is SO incredibly amazing at her job - super thorough, incredibly friendly, detail oriented, very responsive, experienced, but also very flexible and accommodating. I wanted to have control over a lot of the planning aspects but needed someone to help us stay organized and execute all the logistics, and ensure things would go smoothly the day-of. Erin was able to build out a customized plan for us and work with us the weeks before our wedding and really made us feel at ease and less stressed. I loved that she was able to offer her opinion and vision without being pushy, and supported what we wanted for our wedding. She had answers and solutions to literally ALL our concerns! We asked Erin a ton of questions on our ceremony details, reception schedule, party favors, floor plan, etc and she offered so many great tips and we really appreciated her expertise. There were things we never would've thought of but Erin was proactive in sharing tips and reminders so we wouldn't forget anything. Before the wedding, we gave Erin a laundry list of everything we needed set up and every little detail of our wedding and she was able to execute flawlessly and efficiently! Many of our guests were also impressed by Erin and complimented on how organized and on top of everything she was. We absolutely loved all our vendors but Erin was definitely the one who made the magic happen - you can really tell that she loves her job because she puts so much thought and love into everything and makes sure that her clients are happy. The whole time working with her, we felt like we were her only clients because she was so generous with her time and made sure we felt good about everything. We could not have chosen a better wedding planner for our big day - one of the best investments we made for our wedding (as so many others have also noted!) and we are just so, so happy with Erin's services! Thank you so much, Erin and team!!!

tech with a COVID puppy. After getting engaged, our priority was to minimize the stresses of planning a wedding during a pandemic, in less than 12 months. That meant hiring a planner! We interviewed 4 planners and landed on Erin because she was professional and fun, provided value to us during our consultation with ideas she thought would work well for our wedding, and her overall personality was a fit to work with us through the ups and downs of COVID wedding planning. --> Side note: We went with her middle package (more than day-of, but not full planning). In retrospect, we wish we'd paid for full planning! She's that good and it would've taken more off our plate. If your budget allows, we recommend this to all our friends now. Erin really proved to be a great hire! One very important contribution was vendor recommendations. There are SO MANY professionals out there it can be overwhelming on your own, but Erin has a great idea of which vendors suited our particular vision. Our contract included contract reviews and some vendor management, which also helped us a lot! Towards the end, we were able to tell her changes we wanted (example extra linens) and she'd work with our rental company for us, saving us extra calls. She has some good organization tools to support you (i.e. lists and trackers). I was really impressed when it came to the day-of coordination stuff as she uses good software to manage this important information. When it came to weekend of coordination, she really outdid herself. My maid of honor said it was the most organized and tightly run rehearsal she'd ever been to! And on the day of the wedding, we trusted her and her team to handle any of the things that pop up. In fact, the wind picked up as I walked down the aisle and my veil got caught on my shoe. Erin ran up and saved the day. There's no problem she can't solve! And lastly, when you work with someone for close to a year, it's hard not to feel they are friends! We got to bond over dogs and favorite wineries. If we ever have a party in the bay area that requires event planning, we'll reach out to our favorite planner!

t that the event would have been great mainly due to her work.  Even though our wedding was small, we knew that it would still take a lot of time and hassle to plan it, especially since we had no experience with parties or weddings.  Erin made the process so much easier and more fun, taking care of the nitty-gritty details and letting us really think about the kind of day we wanted to share with our family and friends.  We booked her partial planning package and felt that she went above and beyond throughout.  She provided us an overall timeline and had monthly check-in calls with us to help us ensure everything was on track.  She was extremely flexible in scheduling these calls and was also always available by email/text/phone if we had any questions between check-ins.  During the pandemic, we rescheduled our wedding multiple times; each time, Erin helped us contact all of our vendors and coordinate the complex logistics. We were very appreciative (and in awe) of how she easily adapted her work to exactly what we wanted.  Her recommendations for vendors (catering, photography, music, etc.) were always spot-on and saved us so much time in screening dozens of options for each (which we had done when choosing our wedding planner).  For decisions that were important to us (like food), she left everything fully up to us.  When we had trouble figuring out decor for the ceremony, she brainstormed a variety of ideas that worked with the overall atmosphere we had in mind and ultimately helped us figure out something we loved.  For items that weren't very important to us, she happily took the lead and ensured that those elements perfectly matched our overall style.  When other vendors would suggest upgrades or additional items, she helped give us realistic advice on what would really contribute to our event and what was unnecessary.  In short, my partner and I always felt that Erin worked in perfect attunement with our vision (despite some of our nontraditional choices), never pushing us towards a different style. Erin proved herself knowledgeable, organized, flexible, responsive, and reliable throughout our planning process, and we know she would have coordinated our wedding flawlessly.  Beyond that, she is truly a kind, warm, and lovely person, exactly who you and your partner would want on your wedding day.  We would absolutely recommend Erin and Allora for your wedding/event planning!

pen by text, call or email if you need a quick chat with her. She was awesome at creating a time line for our day that went seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everyone arrived on time and was where they needed to be. She’s easy to talk to, and makes you feel so at ease when planning such a big day! Definitely give her a call!

my friends weddings a few years ago, hiring Erin and her team was hands down one of the best decision I made when it came to planning my wedding. Erin helped make this one of the best experiences for my family, my husband and I. With frequent meetings every few months she helped me with my vendors, my checklists, my signs, music, my decorations/visions and everything in between come to life. There are so many details that you don't think about when planning a wedding, Erin made sure everything was taken care of. My wedding day was the best day of my life and its safe to say if Erin hadn't been there to help deal with the other vendors and little issues that had occured throughout the night, then I wouldn't have had the best night of my life. My mom and I have referred Allora Events to many of our friends even for last minute help for their weddings that she had less than a months notice and she did an outstanding job. We can't wait to use Allora Events for my sisters weddings in the future.

in and her team accomplished. We recently worked with them in SF on a wedding for a beautiful couple. There are so many moving parts to an event that you need a team with confidence, knowledge and hustle to pull it off. Job well done Allora! It was a pleasure to be a part of such an awesome event with you! You made the day that much better with your leadership. All I can say is HIRE THEM! You need them now!

ed services were perfect for us - she checked in with us every month, kept us on track, gave me advice when needed, and always eased my stress anytime it crept up (especially as we got closer to the wedding). The work she put in for us prior, and on the day-of, can never be thanked enough. Sent to Erin after our wedding: "TJ and I have basically been beaming over you, and the amazing work you did for us since the wedding. We cannot believe how perfect it was, and can't thank you enough. Everything went so smoothly, and if there were any issues, we had NO idea they were happening. I'm already referring you to people - even those that aren't engaged 😆 THANK YOU X A MILLION."

cater, lighting, DJ and rentals. All turned out to be just perfect for the reception. Not only is Erin amazing at what she does but she is just a very nice person. You can't go wrong using Allora!

ght up in the details and become bride/groom-zillas; I wanted the day to be easy and stress free, not have so many moving-parts that I wouldn't be able to enjoy it. Erin took everything we wanted to do and made it happen. She made the entire process seem just so... simple, that I never had to think twice about any of the wedding details that I otherwise would have loathed to do. She was the point-of-contact for all the vendors, took care of all the timing of events, and on the day-of, everything went off without a hitch-- to the point where I could just focus on the day and actually enjoy myself. We were able to do everything we wanted to do on our wedding day, and it was ultimately so much fun. I cannot recommend Allora enough, even for those folks like me who just want to have a nice day without any stress or BS. Do it right, do what you want, and have Allora take the helm on your wedding day. You won't regret it.

lanning our big day was probably the right way to go. So once we nailed down our date and booked our venue, we looked at wedding planners. We talked with a number of planners and Erin stood out as someone that was super easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very responsive and helpful. Even though we live in different parts of the Bay Area, she was happy to meet with us to go over her services and what we envisioned for our wedding. We decided to book her for partial planning. Your planner is the person that you will spend the most time with in the months coming up to your wedding, and we are so glad that we picked Erin. She was always super supportive of what we wanted, very organized, had great advice, and was realistic with us about what would and wouldn’t work well.. She went the extra mile meeting with us one-on-one as well as with some key vendors. She set up regular calls with us to go over how we were progressing and what our milestones should be. She helped make sure we were staying on track and encouraging us every step of the way. Her advice and recommendations aided us when making final decisions for other vendors. Erin ran our rehearsal and was the coordinator for our wedding day. She led the rehearsal smoothly, answering everyone’s questions, and making sure we all knew what would happen. And she handled our wedding day with an unmatched professionalism, running everything smoothly behind the scenes and checking in with us to make the night go smoothly and according to plan. Our ceremony was outside and dinner inside--and while we planned to have cocktail hour and cake cutting outside, she wisely suggested we move those parts of the night inside and made it happen with minimal interruptions to us. Erin is quick thinking on her feet, super organized, and had great ideas to make the night go really well. Erin is a professional, friendly, organized planner that you can’t go wrong booking. We really appreciate all that she did to make our wedding go smoothly and know she could do it for your big day too.

r control. But the groom and I never heard of anyone not being lead in the right direction. Erin kept my cake, gifts and decor while we were gone and then brought it to my house after the wedding weekend was done. I am so grateful for Erin and her team.
