From our initial conversations with Jeremy (owner) we knew we were in good hands! Jeremy was VERY knowledgeable and did a great job listening to us, making professional recommendations, walking us through the timeline/process, and being available for questions at anytime. Our DJ was DJ Anthony and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! As soon as we had our call with him to review the pre-wedding DJ forms and discuss our ceremony/reception we knew he was the right person to keep our party going and the beats flowing all night!! DJ Anthony provided music for both our Ceremony and Reception. He arrived at our venue early to make sure everything was set up correctly. He also made sure to coordinate with our officiant, get her mic'd up, and set up a mic for our family members doing readings. Dancing and music selection was VERY important for us and Anthony understood this; he exceeded our expectations for reading the crowd, playing the right music at the right time (mixing from song to song to keep it pumping), and keeping EVERYONE on the dance floor. DJ Anthony was very professional, easy to work with, and a world class MC!! We did have one minor hiccup with our formal songs being played out of order for the Mother/Groom dance & the God-Father/Bride dance. Our Up-lighting designer was Eric and he was AWESOME! We had a call with Eric a week before our wedding to talk about color schemes and what we wanted at the wedding. We didn't end up getting back to Eric until 2 days before the wedding...but he was able to put together a great color scheme based on our floral arrangements and wedding colors (thank you for being so accommodating). The ballroom looked amazing when we walked in!!! Once the dancing got started Eric kicked it into club mode and really gave us the party atmosphere!!! The Photobooth worked out great and was a huge hit! I forget our attendants name (sorry), but she was awesome and interactive with our guests to make sure they were getting into the spirit of fun photos! We already have our digital copies back...and boy there are some gems!! Overall we had the best experience with AllStar Entertainment and would recommend them!!

Jeremy was professional and reasonable and never made me feel unworthy of his services while we discussed budget. We were assigned Angel Alba as our DJ and from the start he was phenomenal. He emailed to introduce himself right away and we scheduled a time to talk at a later date when the wedding was closer. During all of our conversations, Angel was nothing short of amazing. He was professional, courteous, informative and lively. Our initial conversation around planning was just with myself as my husband had to work.. after we had our “rough draft” figured out Angel graciously scheduled another call around my husbands late work schedule that way he could be included and so he could go through it all again with him. During every phone call, email, or text message Angel eluded confidence and passion in his work and ensured us nothing but perfection. Perfection is exactly what he delivered on our day. He was entertaining, knew how to read the crowd to get everyone on the dance floor, and followed our lead in terms of timeframes and last minute changes . We had at least 20 of our guests come up to us to tell us how great the DJ was and how much fun they were having. Angel is seriously the best DJ we’ve had the pleasure of working with and he made our wedding perfect.

inuing to tell me how great he was a week and a half after the wedding! I cannot say enough great things about him. Leading up to the wedding he did great as well. Very professional, very clear on what he likes, said he was a real stickler on time with events during the wedding (which he was, and that made everything at the wedding run smooth), he was awesome! During the ceremony my sister played a song as I walked out. He made sure she was ready for that! We also had a slight hiccup of someone not telling us when to go out during the ceremony. He made sure to let the groomsmen/making sure they were ready and know that he was starting the music for them to walk out! He was fabulous! I am sure there is much more that he did for us that I don’t remember or was not aware of but I have heard no complaints and I don’t have any either. Hire DJ Thomas! Also when signing the contract with this company it was a very easy process as well. We worked with Jeremy and he was very easy to talk to, easy to understand what we were signing up for, very knowledgeable. Overall wonderful experience

My husband and I are most appreciative of his thoroughness and making sure our day was perfect, which it was!! He was able to fill in the gaps between our song requests with music that every generation from 1-90 enjoyed!! Remember, a DJ can make or break your party!! On a side note, our wedding was on top of a mountain and he was able to bring the required equipment with no issues as well as being able to provide a portable speaker outside on the deck when my husband surprised me with fireworks! Cant say enough positive things about AllStar Entertainment and Uplighting. Highly, Highly recommend! He helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives with all our family and friends.

Upon meeting him, Angel was exactly as we imagined: professional, always smiling, and incredibly helpful and supportive as we put our wedding music/events together. He even made some last second changes for us based on our last second requests. Angel also knew a few things to “confirm” with the venue that we never would have thought of and were super important (do they have outdoor outlets, etc). Perhaps the sweetest thing Angel did was text me in the morning of our wedding day to tell us happy wedding day. Really and truly above and beyond! On our wedding day, Angel was at our venue super early to set up and the entire ceremony and reception flowed perfectly from start to finish. We received so many compliments from guests about how fantastic he was and how smoothly the ceremony/reception ran with his music and MCing. He also played every single one of our “must plays” and even added in our favorite genre (country! ) over the night because he knew we loved it. Angel is a real professional and a truly wonderful person. We would recommend him to ANYONE for their wedding or any event! THANK YOU Angel!

just to see how our planning was going. It was such a nice touch and really made us feel like he cared about our day and that we weren’t just ‘another wedding’ to him. He was always super quick to respond and very easy to work with during the process of planning. On the day of, he was always upbeat and never hesitated to fit in a song request. He did an amazing job at really paying attention to our crowd and playing the type of songs they were responding to. Everyone had such a good time dancing the night away. Even my 4 year old nephew was out there break dancing and having a great time! I would 100% recommend him if you need a DJ! Harpist-We used Theresa Tafuri to play the harp during our ceremony and cocktail hour. She was the first vendor to reach out to me about the planning process once we were close to the big day. I appreciated her early planning! During the planning she had great suggestions and was very helpful with helping us figure out what type of music we wanted her to play. The music was absolutely beautiful on the big day. We had so many compliments from our guests on how different/unique the harp was. They really enjoyed it and thought it was a nice touch. If we ever want to add a special touch to another event in the future, we will definitely be working with Theresa again!

J Angel was amazing is an understatement. Be blended our Igbo and Punjabi cultures together seamlessly and mixed in some of our favorite old school R&B hits. Never have I seen a DJ get every single guest on the dance floor at the same time. Our guests raved about the music. Angel was so easy to work with. We met in person as well as had several phone conversations and exchanged numerous emails. He made every effort to get it all right, from the pronunciations of our wedding party's names, to which specific Igbo and Punjabi artists to play... he was as excited excited about our big day as we were. We could not have asked for a better DJ. We also had uplighting. It's amazing just how much the uplighting had an impact on the look and feel of our event. Dan did a fantastic job of setting it all up. He too was easy to work with and understood our vision.

In addition to a super fun party that struck the exact vibe we envisioned, Mac was incredibly easy to communicate with leading up to and during the event — easygoing, friendly, timely. any guests (212 guests to be exact) and THAT ALL WENT AWAY once we spoke with John and AllStar!!! My husband and I really had some very specific wants as far as how the flow of our wedding went and every time we spoke with John it felt like he was not just listening but really cared about make it happen. We got married at the manor on the water and I remember laughing to my husband when the photographer came to take us for sunset pictures and I jokingly said do we have to take more pictures because everyone was on the dance floor, it was literally packed! He played so many different styles of music as well, everyone was getting something they liked, it was amazing! John seriously thank you, I don't know if we can truly thank you enough for the party you gave us and we are forever appreciative for the time and effort you put into our day!!!

As I explained my vision for our day, Anthony completely understood where I was coming from and was so enthusiastic about bringing our ideas to life. We listened to all of our ceremony music to make sure it was the exactly right version/length. Our day went perfectly, the sound for our outdoor ceremony was excellent and he killed it during the dance. We had a small wedding (only 50 people) and he still managed to get everyone up dancing! We would highly recommend booking Anthony for your wedding!

t The Hops Company backyard brewery venue with yard games and Jeremy did an amazing job keeping all our guests entertained throughout the evening! All our back and forth communication was handled promptly, respectfully and super detailed! Put my mind at ease knowing everything would be good to go for the day of! My Wife is Dominican and I am African American so we had the difficult task of finding a dj who could spin Hip-Hop, R&B, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and Reggaeton. Angel was up to the challenge and somehow played all of the genres we requested making everyone satisfied at the reception. Most importantly, Angel listened to all of our song selections, actually listened to every song, and managed to play all of our song requests. Angel also worked with our saxophonist to make sure he was able to amplify his instrument. Overall, Angel did an excellent job and truly made our night special. We recommend him for any couple looking to have a LIVE wedding reception. Excellent work!

My cousin, who is getting married next year, was so disappointed he is already booked for her date with someone else because she didn't stop dancing all night, just like so many of our guest. From my grandfather down to our high school/college friends, the floor was packed from beginning to end. As the bride Sean made me feel like my feelings and ideas were so important to him and so I went into my wedding feeling at ease about everything, which for me meant a lot since I have a tendency to worry about everything! Simply put, it's been weeks since our wedding and we still have friends telling us how much fun they had, thank you Sean!!! We also used AllStar Uplighting and it really made our pictures and the mood something to remember, thank you all for everything!

ve for the Greater Boston area, their staff is experienced, and they offer a wide variety of services depending on your wedding needs. Our DJ was DJ Tom. I cannot give him higher praises. He was incredible! DJ Tom called us before our wedding day to walk through the timeline and discuss every detail of every part of the night. He remembered all of it on the wedding day and did not miss a beat! A few days before the wedding, we also asked DJ Tom for help editing and slowing down the track for our first dance song. It was not an easy task, but he did so happily and it turned out great! He even sent us a couple of different versions to chose from to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. On the wedding day, DJ Tom brought great energy to the room as our emcee, but followed our request to keep talking to a minimum. Instead, he made great music choices, read the crowd and took requests. My guests repeatedly came up to me throughout the night to tell me how amazing my DJ was. I am so grateful for the great work done by DJ Tom and I highly recommend him!! The uplighting package was one of the best quality packages I had seen. My reception venue was very white, so I needed lighting that would fill the room. AllStar Entertainment’s equipment filled it beautifully. They also did a fantastic job designing a custom monogram light that projected on the dance floor throughout the night and added a great touch to our space.

ng DJ equipment when I was concerned about getting married in the nightclub district, monogram when I was concerned about it looking cheesy, and he created an AMAZING countdown to be projected for my NYE wedding. Although Michael, the uplighting specialist was professional and excellent the night of the wedding, he caused my husband and I severe anxiety after a very unprofessional meeting with him two weeks prior to our wedding. Despite this, Jeremy reassured us that everything would work out, and it did. The real star of AllStar, though, is DJ Brian. If you are looking for a fun, down-to-earth guy who loves music and what he does for a living, pick Brian! I had zero doubts that he would be amazing, but he really outdid himself at our wedding. He took my suggestions that we had discussed in a meeting a month prior, but also trusted his gut. My only complaint would be that he mispronounced many of our bridal party's names during introductions, including my parents, who paid for the wedding. We did go over pronunciations at our meeting, so this was frustrating, but minimal compared to how amazing his music is!
