I was referred to Irv Jacobson to have a 1ct VS marquis diamond engagment ring resized that belonged to my mother. He kept asking me if I wouldn't prefer a lab made diamond versus ...
the natural diamond in the ring. I wasn't interested and I left the ring with him to be resized. and after about a week it was ready, I picked it up and it had to be redone because of the poor sizing job. . I just recently had the ring looked at by a professional and was told the marquis diamond was swapped for a lab diamond and the stone was not authentic. Obviously I will be contacting the authorities as well as the insurance company. Stay away from this crook.IRV SWITCHED THE REAL DIAMOND FOR A FAKE ONE!
