ended up being my wedding dress! They allowed me to order a detachable skirt to put on another dress to create a one of a kind piece. During my dress fittings Rita made sure it fit to me like a glove and ensured everything was perfect. On my wedding day, I felt comfortable and absolutely beautiful in this dress and I have that to thank Bonnie and Rita. This salon is personable, reliable, and you won’t be disappointed.

than the shortest length the manufacturer offers, but they insisted they never hemmed it. They even retook my measurements, which hadn't changed, trying to say I must have grown. They also scam people on alterations, making small changes over multiple appointments to rack up charges for minimal work. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I've never been treated or spoken to so poorly.

ate appointment - I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted! They later picked out the perfect cathedral length veil for me, and alterations went smoothly. On the day of the wedding, I had so many people complimenting my dress, and some even said it was the most beautiful dress they had ever seen! Thank you so much, Allure Bridal Salon!

short and fun, a little out of my price range but I was in a hurry as I get married tomorrow and the dress I from ordered somewhere else didn’t fit! They rushed the alterations on the dress for me which I was super grateful for but when I had a small problem with the dress (it started to rip when I took a deep breath because it was still too small.) the woman working on the dress got visibly upset and started yelling. I have no memory of their seamstress taking any measurements with an actual tape measure and when I asked if they needed any they told me she already had them so I guess that should have been my first red flag. I have anxiety so when she started yelling I got really uncomfortable and decided to just leave. Unfortunately, they make you pay for everything before doing any alterations and now I can’t get a refund. I have no money for a new dress now either because this was so out of my price range. I hoped when I asked for the cups to be smaller because I have a small chest they actually adjusted the dress because it had built in boning and it makes my tiny chest disappear completely. So disappointed.

Many bridal salons pressure you and do not let you be on your own. The wonderful women at Allure let you look without hounding you but are also there to help. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

rived, they said our appointment was an hour later than what they stated on the phone the day before. They told us someone would be with us shortly. After looking for ten minutes, we had to go up to them to ask for help. They looked for the dress we came in for and ended up telling us that it is no longer available, something they could have told us over the phone instead of our wasting our time. Very poor communication. Giving them three stars is being generous.

for the big day! Only reason I did not give five stars is that two days before the wedding, I was called saying they gave me the wrong viel and asked if they could get it from me. When I asked if they would bring the right one, they said I did not order one. After getting my receipt, they apologized for the confusion, that I did have the right viel (which was at a family members house, and had my name on it). A panic that no bride should have to deal with two days before the wedding! Also, a detail that was to be sewn onto the outside of my dress was sewn onto the inside, but was corrected when my mother went to get the dress. Aside from a little panic within the two days before the wedding, the ladies were helpful and the selection is great.

ce to look for wedding dresses. My mom and I went to look and could not believe their customer service. We got there about 10 minutes before my appointment and started looking around until someone was available to assist us. We found that prices looked very reasonable. The woman who was assigned to us was not attentive at all. She put me in a dressing room on my own with one dress at a time and told me to let her know if I needed help (which of course I would need because who can zip and fasten all the buttons on a dress themselves?) I kept having to wait forever for her to come back and clip the dress to help me see what it would look like if it actually fit. All of their dresses were huge on me and she did a terrible job clipping them compared to the other places I've visited. I could not visualize myself wearing any of the dresses because they all just looked like they fit all wrong. The sales lady just kept telling me they would look better/different when I got it in my size, and then kept offering to sell me the sample for a discount. My mom and I wanted to leave about 5 minutes into the appointment, it was such a waste of our time.

They were not at all intimidating or pushy like some other shops I tried. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress for me, and made the needed alterations in a timely manner. I am so happy I chose Allure Bridal Salon!

like at other salons I visited. Bonnie helped me select dresses and it was Bonnie who ultimately pulled the dress that ended up being "the one!" She even chose the perfect vail to match my dress. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had an appointment scheduled. She told me that someone would be with me shortly. My mom and I started looking around on our own. There were two other brides in the salon and their appointments had run over. 20 minus plus went by and no one came to help us pull dresses. It was pointless to make an appointment here because we never received any assistance from the staff. They were too focused on making a sale from the brides that were already there instead of servicing a potential customer as well.

f the first dresses she chose for me ended up being the one! I also chose a headpiece and a beaded belt for my dress from Allure that complemented my dress perfectly. The alterations appointments went well, I had my dress fitted 3 or 4 times before it was perfect, but it was all worth it. My dress was perfect for me and Allure made sure that it fit exactly right for my big day!

ss quickly! Dress shopping for me was kind of strange at first, because I am not your typical girly girl. But, coming in i kind of already knew what I was looking for and Bonnie was such a great help and made the experience fun for me and my crew! They was helpful in making sure I knew the prices of all the gowns (such a great range) and worked with me to make the gown and the price just right for me! I can't wait for my wedding in August 2016 and wish that it was sooner because I cannot wait to wear my dress!

zed -Staff absolutely was friendly, but it just felt like they were spread a little thin/unorganized. I would be in the fitting room putting a dress on and no one would be there to make sure I was getting helped with zipping dresses up/clipping it so I felt sort of awkward asking my family who came with me to come in and help. I'd like to think that it was just a one day thing. It's hard for me to give them a 3 because I felt like they had the potential for a 4-5.

I even considered finding a dress I liked elsewhere and asking them to order it (which I know they have been able to do for other brides!). They ladies were so sweet and really helpful. I loved my experience here. I ended up going with another shop, which I loved and who were equally helpful and professional. But I could not more highly recommend these ladies! And when you spend I think over $500 on a dress, they will give you a free veil! Great value and wonderful people :)

that day, but it happened! After trying out a few of the dresses I *thought* that I liked, I was down to the last one on the rack, and wasn't overly impressed with it either. My consultant Bonnie, knew what I wanted before I did. She pulled one last dress, and told me to try it and see what I thought. As soon as I stepped out of the dressing room, my mom burst into tears, my sisters were all crying, and I got a little misty eyed too. For being one who doesn't get overly emotional about things like that, I had to take that as a sign! Allure did all of my alterations, and that gown fit like a glove. I have NEVER felt that beautiful in my entire life! Thank you Allure!!

gave me one on one help in finding the dress I was looking for and I felt like they really listened to me in the process. I felt no pressure from them in choosing one of their dresses (unlike a few other stores I had previously been to). Once I decided on the dress I also had my alterations done there. The alterations were PERFECT!! I felt nervous along the way that it might not fit how I wanted but they were so detail oriented and continued to make changes here and there until the dress was exactly right! They also added a sash to the dress that I had bought from a different shop and they were so helpful in making sure the entire process went smoothly and done on time. I picked my dress up in plenty of time before our wedding and it was more than I could have ever asked for! I received SO many compliments and it was by far one of my most favorite parts of our day. I STRONGLY recommend Allure Bridal Salon and all the wonderful ladies that work so hard there!
