i made reservation for my big day with them a year in advance, and shortly after i learned about some work related circumstances th...
at would not allow us to proceed with the selected date, so i called David 10 days after putting a deposit down to reschedule the event, my request was rudely denied and i lost $2000 in the process, i have made every good effort in attempt to get my event rescheduled or recieve a refund but i was given the run around and promised to be called by ownership, but no one ever got back to me and now they completely avoid all communication with us. all we tried to do is get another date for our wedding almost immidiatly after the booking date, leaving them an entire year to re-book the date but we were disturbingly shut down and they took $2000 of our hard earned money while booking our original date with another event. DONT BE LURED INTO THEIR NICELY RENOVATED VENUE AND KNOW WHO YOUR DOING BUSINESS WITH!
This establishment did not provide us with any service and still took our money for no good or fair reason!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE, UNLESS IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!

it beautiful and elegant but the service is amazing. David and his team are amazing and very attentive, its like having our own team of wedding coordinators overlooking every detail and aspect of the event. The team at Allure were always available, responded quickly to our never ending questions, and recommended quality and professional vendors when we asked for. Through out the entire process, my wife and I felt like royalties.
The day before the wedding I made modifications to the seating chart for the 10th time and the did it without a worry. On the day of the wedding David made sure that we were comfortable and kept reminding us that this was our day and not to stress. He constantly checked in with us to ensure we had refreshments until our guests arrived.
Having this amazing venue made our wedding preparation so easy and the wedding day a dream come true. Thank you David and your entire team for all you have done for us.
