I wish I had read some reviews before wasting my thousands of dollars and screwing my engagement proposal. 1- I ordered an engagement ring online 3 month ago and left a 10% (500$) deposit, THEY cancelled it but I have never received back my deposit, in a world where processing a deposit takes a few minutes it has been almost 3 month and no response yet. I called a thousand times but the same response: WE ARE WORKING ON IT! Would you believe them? 2- I placed another order for my engagement ring and thy promised they will send it to me on-time for my engagement event, well they didn't and when I received that finally a week after IT WAS IN WRONG SIZE by FAR, I ordered 6.5, they sent me 5.25, what kind of jeweler makes such mistake? well an incompetent one, then they said they will resize it but I had to pay for mail and insurance, which cost me 220$, they did not accept any responsibility, which means they are IRRESPONSIBLE. They ruined my engagement proposal, you should not be the next. 3- I sent it back and they agreed to change the SETTING and not resize the current setting, but again they didn't and eventually weeks after when I received the ring it was missing a stone and they just simply don't accept any responsibility, 4- many more.... Friends, Allurez is just after your credit card, they just take that and they do not even care. Very poor customer service, fraudulent,.. I started getting suspicious whether the ring they said me is actual diamond, guys, never trust them, don't get fooled by cheaper prices they have, their cheaper prices are to fool you, it will cost you much higher, mentally and financially. folks, do yourself a favor and read the reviews, the top rank reviews are FAKE, their stones are fake! not real diamond! I filed a claim against them with BBB to get at least my deposit back (on the order that they cancelled, not me), if no luck I have no option to talk to my lawyer and claim financial and mental damages, message me at jay.sample2015@gmail.com if you'd like to file a claim together, if we do not take any action, they will scam more people and ruin more loving moments, we should stop them.

WARNING STAY AWAY. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at the end of 2022. He proposed to me on Christmas Eve. Just 2 months later my stone fell out and was lost. I was very careful with my ring and was distraught. When we called they said a lost stone was not covered in the warranty which I understood and they could replace the diamond for me if I purchased a new one. I decided to take my ring to a local jeweler who was shocked by my setting. That the setting that had been "custom" made to hold my oval diamond was for a square or rectangular diamond. This is when I became irritated. Not only did I have cleaning company's come out to search for the stone, but I had someone come out and take apart my washer just got the hope the stone would be in there. All this time thinking it was my fault. Then finding out the setting was wrong for holding my stone and that no way should my stone have fallen out after 2 months of having. I called the Allurez 1-800 number just to be told that everything from them was custom... apparently custom for a square diamond. That I could send my setting back to be evaluated, or I could pay to replace the stone. No thank you. I WOULD NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE STONE IF THE SETTING HAD BEEN CORRECT. At this point I have already purchased a stone and paid a reputable jeweler to fix my prongs to fit correctly around my shape diamond. Don't go through the same emotional rollercoaster I went through. Spend your money elsewhere.
