Sherry and Dora were incredible!!! They did a perfect job of capturing our special day! They have a way of getting every little details, even the ones I never thought of! From start to end, they were simply wonderful! and the finishing photos...don't even get me started!!! Is it acceptable to have over a thousand photos framed in my house? because I don't know how I will ever choose the best!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Allusion! The photos were gorgeous and Sherry and Mike could not be any nicer. I have a huge family (who can be a lot) and they were super polite with them as well. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, you will not be disappointed.

My reviews are a little late, my mom fell ill. All I can say is wow!! We had AMAZING engagement photos. Our photographer managed to get our photos in the snow and let me tell you, they are beyond gorgeous!! But the main event, our wedding photos were amazing. Sherry, the owner, her talent is indescribable. She does whatever necessary to get the shot. Literally. My photos I have from the photo shoot with her are magnificent. My husband is a man obviously and not into this kind of stuff, even he was thrilled with the way they look. Our photo is still his screen saver. Lol. She had a detailed list with what she wanted to accomplish, and she did it. It’s the little details that make photos and she nailed them. Can’t wait to get our pictures!!! Oh and the video, made me cry! Breathtaking!!! Pictures of me getting ready in a mirror with my mom. Our love photo in sparklers. And that’s just a couple, our ceremony photos, the ballroom. Amazing!!! This is something you can’t get back, so this is one vendor you don’t spare expense on. And you won’t regret using Sherry and her team!! I’d be happy to share photos so you can see. Overall, Allusion Photography did a good job when it came to the wedding party photos and keeping the day moving along. The photographers were punctual but 1 thing that I was surprised with was that 1 of the photographers had a cold when she showed up and didn't seem on her A game. This was actually something I had brought up during my initial meeting and was told that if a photographer was sick, there would be backup for my day. Another thing that was a bit disheartening was after the ceremony when we were taking photos with immediate family, some extended family wanted to come out onto the patio to see what was going on and they were told by 1 of the photographers that it was immediate family only. I wish I had spoken up so they could be a part of the action because there were definitely missed photo opportunities with them that could have been done after the immediate family photos. In fact, I didn't get any pictures with a lot of my extended family. I suppose I should have had a list prepared of everything I wanted but I assumed that given the price we had paid, the photographers would have reminded me of pictures or poses I might like to have. The pictures during the reception were mediocre and candid. They definitely would have turned out better if the people who the photographers were taking pictures of were given a heads up that they were trying to take a nice photo of them. If you're looking for a company that is more focused on the bride and bridal party and you want 2 photographers, then Allusion is definitely a great choice. Despite some of the regrets I have when it came to the photography, the photos that were taken with the bridal party were beautiful. If you do choose Allusion, make sure you have a list of all of the poses and people you want to take pictures with.

Allusion photography is amazing. Mike and Dora are truly professionals and it showed in our pictures. I felt absolutely comfortable with them and they really got some great shots. When we left to take our pictures which were supposed to be done outside it was literally a blizzard. Mike could see the pure panic on my face as I wasn't sure how my bridesmaids in their sleeveless dresses were going to take pictures in this weather. He assured me we had other options and that there would be no need to panic. Our pictures came out beautifully. Thanks for a job well done!

My wife and I are very happy that we decided to use Allusion for our big day. The staff is excellent in regards to communication, quickly responding to emails and texts, as well as solving any issues that arose. We ran into some scheduling conflicts and weather issues for our engagement session, and despite their tight schedule, Allusion made sure to accommodate us at a time and location that fit our wants and needs. When it came to the wedding, Allusion was very detail oriented and kept to their schedule. The day was planned out and the schedule was reviewed beforehand, yet the photographers were able to adjust on the fly. Mike and Kelly were our photographers for the wedding. Not only did they capture our happiest moments during the day, but they were also very friendly and fun to be around. Mike and Kelly seemed more like friends than vendors, which made the day much more enjoyable. Most couples wait a long time to get their wedding photos back, yet we received ours very quickly and haven't stopped looking at them! We love the pictures, and our friends and family have also commented on how beautiful the pictures turned out. My wife and I would definitely recommend using Allusion for your wedding day.

Sherry, Mike and the amazing cinematographers they have are the best of the best. I knew the second I saw their booth while visiting a bridal expo for my cousin's (not even my own yet) wedding that they were way better and more unique than the rest. I wrote down their name and the first thing I booked when it was time for my wedding was Allusion Photography. They did my engagement party, engagement pictures and wedding pictures. My cousin has used them now and my sister is going to use them in her wedding. I am a HUGE fan of getting incredible, creative, unique pictures for big moments in my life and Allusion does this time and time again. Having Allusion throughout my wedding process was one of the best decisions I made and I'm SO happy with the results. They are super accommodating, patient, kind, and talented. Allusion Photography was great to work with. Initial consultation was thorough to get an idea of the style of photography we were interested in. The timeline they provided was helpful in planning the day. Correspondence through the planning process was easy. Our photos turned out really well and there were plenty to choose from. We selected a package to include videography as well which turned out nicely. Looking forward to getting our photo book and prints to hang on the wall!

Our wedding was on May 20, 2018 and with all the craziness Mike was extremely patient and definitely had crowd control. Our pictures are beautiful!

We used Allusion for our Wedding in June. Originally our photographer was Katie who took some stunning Engagement Photos. However 2 weeks before the wedding when I contacted them I was informed she was no longer with the company. Our new Head Photographer was Mike and he was very nice and remained in contact with us before during and after the event. We also had a second photographer from them named Wyadia (sp?) she was also extremely amazing. On our wedding day both photographers showed up on time and professional looking. Mike followed my now wife for the wedding prep and pre-wedding get ready. Wyadia followed the Me the Groom. Both were very professional and listened to both my wifes and my opinions and requests and they were on top of it. We waited about a month to receive our event proofs, which was fine seeing how there was 1,306 of them. However, Mike was in constant contact and updating us as it went on. When we got the photos from them they were really quite good. Mike had amazing professional photos and the standard photos. Wyadia on the other hand, had the candid and crazy/funny photos which we all loved. One of the photos Wyadia took, made Me the groom and the groomsman look as if we were part of the Italian Mafia which was AWESOME!!! Now everyone at work thinks I'm a mobster. We had a few problems with the USB that we received but Mike was Very patient and extremely supportive in rectifying the problem. As for the price, You get what you pay for. They have a very basic package for pretty cheap, up to their world famous photographer Sherry whose packages run to 10,000. So you can literally get what ever you want from them. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a photographer to give them a call and at least have a sit down with them, they were awesome.

I hired them to do my wedding photography and videography. I was impressed by the (few) beautiful pictures they had displayed on their website and in their studio. Now, after having a little more experience with them, I realize that most of those photos were taken by their owner Sherry. However, if you don't pay top dollar for her services, the work you actually receive is quite sub par. We had Mike take our engagement photos and while he was a very nice guy to work with, it was very apparent that he was not worth the $4300 we had paid for the photo package. The poses we were put in were very boring average poses, not creative or documentary style. Really just boring and somewhat awkward. I knew immediately after the photo shoot that I wasn't happy with them and called Sherry and explained why and what I was looking for. She assured me that she would be there at the meeting when we went over the engagement pics so that we wouldn't have to be one on one with the photographer we weren't happy with explaining that we didn't want to use him for our wedding day. Well, this didn't happen. Sherry cancelled our meeting, had Mike call us (who was not very happy with us and showed it in his attitude on the phone) to schedule a time with him to view the photos. Needless to say, it was very uncomfortable and he was aware of the fact that we weren't happy with the pictures. We felt pressured into either choosing to upgrade to Sherry or using Mike. At this point, there had been other miscommunications on payment schedules etc. We just felt very uneasy trusting them. Sherry did attempt to offer a small concession to keep our business but when we didn't choose to accept it, she did not offer to refund any of our deposit back which we ended up losing $1000 just to get out of this contract. If you are Interested in using them I would suggest finding out who your photographer will be and asking to see their work before you pay $1000. I should have done that and really regret it.

The two photographers and videographers that came out for my wedding were amazing! The gentleman were very nice and very creative when it came to my picture poses. They were also very helpful and patient with the craziness of the before and during wedding day. All of my photos were great and the wedding video was amazing!

Sherry and her crew at Allusion were amazing. I had found them through my wedding venue and as soon as I sat down with Sherry I knew they were my kind of people! Sherry walked me through everything, answered all my questions, showed me multiple photos and books of clients and every photo was even more spectacular than the one before it! The package I picked included engagement photos and Sherry was great at helping me narrow down my site. Since my wedding was in the fall, I wanted Xmas photos and we decided on Lincoln Park Zoo lights. Mike was the photographer and we instantly clicked. He made my husband feel at ease in front of the camera and after seeing the final product, I was ecstatic with my choice. Some of the friends said that my engagement photos were better than their wedding photos! I asked that Mike be the lead photographer at my wedding and was so happy he could do it. My wedding was October 13, 2017. Mike and Charlene were my two photographers and I could not have been happier with them!! They have the best angles to get shots and made the whole process fun for my bridal party. They took care of everything and helped me stay on schedule. When I finally saw the final product, I was blown away. Not only were the pictures gorgeous, but Mike is a wiz at photoshopping backgrounds, skies, and even body parts (ex. arms : ) I forgot the sparklers I had purchased for my photos and he was able to add them in as well! I also decided a few months before hand to do my videophotographer with them and the video turned out amazing. I can't thank the whole team enough. While the pictures and video took up a good portion of my budget, one thing I have learned is that you get the quality that you pay for. I was willing to spend the money on pictures and video, knowing they would last a lifetime. Not only was a book, a jump drive, and a dvd included, but ALL edits to pictures are included in the price. That is not something you hear often! My wedding book also could be edited as many times as I wanted until I was happy with the project. Not only were they so personable and professional, but they respond back to you promptly and there is never a question too silly. The whole process and experience with them was amazing and if you want a team that make your day easier and have pictures that will blow you away, Allusion is your company!

Allusion photography is an amazing photography company and without a doubt the best in the Chicagoland area. Everyone says it but if there’s one thing that lasts from the wedding day, it’s the photos. If there is anything to spend up for it’s the photos. Allusion is a little expensive but the value is amazing and really at the end of it, we were so impressed and loved the work so much, the money seemed like pennies. Katie did a terrific job for our engagement session. She also shot our wedding as lead with Kelly as her secondary/background person. My husband said Kelly was amazing as she worked with the guys during the day. She even helped clean his pants when someone spilled on them and helped him remain calm. Kelly did great job working with a bunch of rowdy guys for hours! Katie did such a wondeful job working with us girls during the day. She had great poses and group shots for us. During the ceremony and reception, Katie took charge and got everyone organized and all of the photos in! When there’s 50-60 family members and bridal party combined to organize, it’s cant easy and she just crushed it. She is really incredible at her job. Her and Kelly didn’t miss one moment or shot during the whole night. My husband and I agreed, they were definately a highlight of the whole day and easily our best vendor. We seriously can’t thank them enough for how amazing of a job they did and all the beautiful moments they captured. Lastly, afterwords Mike was great to work with deisgning our album and DVD slideshow. His design was excellent and needed minimal revisions. He was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. Every second we worked with this company, it was a pleasure and their work is stunning. We will cherish our album for decades to come and will always love showing our family and future kids. Thanks so much, the Kent’s!

My husband and I were impressed with our photographer Katie at our June wedding Katie was upbeat, friendly, energetic, and caring. She kept a watchful eye to make sure the bridal party stayed hydrated during the outdoor photo sessions. At one point my elderly father wandered off during the reception. She stopped shooting the guests and even went to help look for him. Luckily we found him quickly, and she went right back to shooting without missing anything. Katie also helped with non-photography things, too. None of us knew how to do the handkerchiefs or boutonnieres, so she actually did it for us. Katie literally rolled up her pants, took off her shoes, and crouched in a small stream for some photos. When we went near some tall grass for another creative photo, she crouched down and accidentally bumped her elbow in poison ivy yet moved on without a hitch. I am very organized and like to have backup plans, so it was refreshing when I saw that Katie had her own emergency bag. It had back up equipment, which I expected, but she had other things like scissors, sewing kit, extra water, etc. to help out the bridal party. She stayed very focused and was able to get all of the shots we wanted. We opted to have just one photographer with overtime, so I was worried that we wouldn’t get pictures of everything. However, Katie moved so efficiently that we finished in time. She also was very good at using random materials laying around to improve photos. I told my husband that she was like a Wedding MacGyver. My husband and I want to mention some things about the company, too. I know that Allusion Photography has great reviews, which is how I originally found them online, but I was surprised that they are still so competitively priced even with their terrific reputation. Sherry, the owner, also gave us great suggestions on scheduling the entire day as well as made suggestions for outdoor photo locations, told us which places needed permits, etc. All of her photographers use top of the line equipment, and she makes sure she limits the number of weddings each day for the entire company so that she has people on call in case of an emergency. Our original photographer actually had a family emergency two days before the wedding, but with Sherry’s foresight, we still got an amazing photographer (Katie) and didn’t have to stress about the last minute change. Our photos came out wonderfully as well. There were formal shots and plenty of fun candid ones, which was great because we had bowling, bocce, and a fire pit at our wedding. Katie captured the fun well. Processing was pretty fast (one month for printed album), and their online proofing system was easy to use. We really only had two concerns. First, if you want Allusion to shoot your wedding and it’s a huge priority like it was for us, you need to book really early. We booked about 15 months in advance for a Friday night wedding in June, and we got the last spot for our wedding date. We actually booked before my husband officially proposed! Our other concern - and this might be due to our limited expertise with professional photographers- was our surprise at the cost of purchasing printing rights. We knew we had to pay extra for printing rights due to copyright laws, but it was more expensive than we expected (about $1000). If you know in advance, you can budget around it. We thought it was worth it!

Sherry (and her team) is so AMAZING. She was the first and only photographer we met with! We knew we wanted her. I'm awkward when it comes to taking photos, so the fact that she posed us and told us exactly what to do was AWESOME. And she had amazing ideas. We were originally only going to take indoor photos since December is usually cold, but we ended up with sunny 50 degree weather so we took many outside as well! And the photos came out so beautiful and there are so many (over 1200)! 10/10 would book again!

Sherry and the Allusion team was fantastic. We had a very large wedding party and she managed the entire group, plus parents, plus families very well to get me as many shots as I requested. I also appreciated the conversations leading up to the day that helped gage both our expectations. The picture came back 3 weeks later and they are stunning. I have friends waiting at least 3 to 6 months for their raw pictures... Sherry also struck that line very well of "no-nonsense" and friendliness when we were taking the pictures. I really appreciated that because you have to be like that with so many people. Would absolutely refer Allusion to friends.

Allusion Photography did an outstanding job at capturing the essence of our wedding day and engagement photos. Sherry was our photographer and it was so great to work with her. We told her the style we were going for was Hollywood Glam for both the engagement and wedding photos and she had the creative eye to bring our theme to life. Anyone who has seen our photos has said they look like pictures that should be in a magazine and we are amazed every time we look at them. When looking at your wedding photos, you should be able to remember the moment each photo was captured to really etch the memories from your special day in your mind and heart, and Allusion Photography gives you just that.

I really enjoyed working with Allusion on our wedding day. Our two photographers were so relaxed and very fun to deal with. They made the whole process easy. They were also there to save the day with dresses not fitting and getting me properly tied into my corset wedding dress. I love how our pictures turned out and they really captured our fun, happy relationship. I took away one star because there were no pictures taken of our flower girl.

Allusion has a great staff that is super fun to work with and the quality of the finished product can't be beat! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their photography needs for any occasion. My wife and I had a crazy wedding day schedule but their staff handled it all in stride while keeping us cool, calm, collected, while making the whole experience so much fun.

By far the best photographers and cinematographers!!! Not only where they very patient, helpful, pleasant, friendly but also had great people skills. All of our guests and bridal party were mesmerized at how awesome they were! And most important the quality of their work is amazing. Over all our experience working with Allusion from meeting them at the Bridal expo, to setting up a meeting at their office (by the way their office displays are amazing!), answering your questions (email or phone) and guiding you throughout the entire planning process was perfect. Definitely worth your money and would recommend or utilize them for any of our future events.

Allusion was an absolute joy to work with from the very beginning. The owner Sherry was very welcoming and accommodating to our every need. She wanted to make sure we felt as comfortable as possible. Our engagement shoot was lead by Katie and she is a guru with the camera. The pic was amazing and breath-taking. The pictures were so great we used her for our special day. Let me tell you, we do not regret it for a second! She took initiative and control when neither my wife or I was available, making sure everyone was where they needed to be. We absolutely needed that! As far as pictures, Katie and her partner Doug got multiple money shots expressing the love my wife and I have for each other and our family and friends. They were an extension to Sherry by being accommodating and understanding. It was a very long day but with Katie and Doug's picture taking, you could not tell. We highly recommend using Allusion photography for a wedding or any other special event you would like to capture the moment.

My wedding was on 7/14/17 and I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had mike and Charlene and they were amazing. My husband and groomsmen can get a little crazy and they navigated the day wonderfully. I had sooo many great pictures it's hard to pick for an album. They are such amazing pictures really captured the day wonderfully.

Allusion photography is amazing! they make you feel welcomed from the beginning and allow the entire process to be as easy as it can be. During the wedding they were so professional and made the day calm. They were so amazing that we did not even feel as though they were there during the entirety of the wedding and the pictures to follow were great. I strongly recommend them to any person in need of a photographer.

Allusion did an INCREDIBLE job. Our engagement photos were wonderful and Mike was excellent and very helpful in getting us through a cold Chicago winter shoot. As for our wedding day, Katie and Kelly couldn't have been more amazing. They orchestrated each shot flawlessly and I have wonderful posed and candid shots of not only myself and my husband, but also of our wedding party and guests. Allusion is highly professional and their ability to keep large groups of people focused and looking their best was perfect. I would give more stars if I could!

Allusion photographed our engagement pictures and did a wonderful job. We also used them for our Wedding Day photographers and Videographers. It was great having 2 photographers as the groom and groomsmans had their own and then the bride and bridesmaids. Details leading up to the wedding were captured well. The photographs in our creative session at our reception turned out amazing and had great filters. Not as many entire bridal party pictures as I hoped but the quality we have of them is great. If you chose to use them I would make a VERY explicit list of EVERYTHING you wish to have captured that day so nothing is missed :) Very prompt in posting photos online and getting USB back to us with photos. Looking forward to seeing the actual wedding album as I know it will be wonderful.

Allusion did a fantastic job with our wedding! We have had SO MANY people ask who did our photos. You get what you pay for when you book with them. They did a phenomenal job on photo effects and candids! Also, the photos were available 14 business days later (other couples we know had to wait WAY LONGER). Book Allusion if you want a worry free day :)

We are so happy we went with Allusion for our wedding photography! They were absolutely amazing to work with! Our photographers were beyond incredible! They went above and beyond for us. From sewing my dress after part of it ripped to literally carrying one bridesmaid with a broken foot back to the bus! They saw our vision and completely got us as a couple. Working with Allusion was a great experience. The photographers and staff were all very friendly and professional. They really worked with us to make some beautiful photos. They were always quick with answers for any of our questions and just made the process very fun. We received a great variety of photos as well. The hardest part of working with them was choosing what photos to put in our album!

My sister and I found Allusion Photography at a bridal expo. The table was so busy that we never had a chance to speak with anyone but we made sure to take card. I met with several photographers and never saw anything like Allusion Photography. I was so impressed with Sherry, the photography and album samples. Allusion Photography offers unique and beautiful photos. I especially love the photos with the graphic designer. We had Widia as our solo photographer and she was amazing! She was so quick and efficient. A true professional. We were so excited to receive our photos and will truly cherish them forever. She knew exactly how to pose everyone and had such a creative eye for unique backgrounds and shots. We could not be happier with our choice of Allusion Photography for our wedding and would highly recommend them for your wedding!

Allusion photography was our number 1 choice and great to work with for our wedding. Mike and Charlene were our photographers and they were amazing! They really took care of my husband and I during the day/night and made sure we were getting the pictures we wanted. They even coordinated with one another and my MOH to be sure my husband and I did not see each other before our ceremony. Some pictures did seem a bit rushed and some group shots could of been set up better but overall our wedding pictures are stunning. We are extremely happy with all 1,400 photos they took! They captured our day/night beautifully.

Being in 18 weddings, I knew I wanted our wedding to be something different and unique and booking with Allusion gave me just that. From start to finish, Sherry and Mike have been nothing but great. My photos came out ABSOLUTELY Beautiful, so much so that I still have people asking me who my photographer was and how can they get a hold of them. We couldn't be happier with our decision and I strongly recommend Allusion!

Allusion photography was very professional. Our pictures turned out great for both the engagement and wedding photos. Katie was great photographer and really easy to work with. Our second shooter was training so we actually got Sherry as our second shooter and all of our photos turned out so nice. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the wedding. We had a large bridal party and they kept everyone on tract and on time. They were definitely worth the price we paid. Thanks again for all your hard work! Katie even helped with getting my dad in and out of his wheelchair for our father daughter dance. They went over and beyond.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. We met with several photographers, all who were fine, but when we met Sherry we were floored! Her office space is beautiful and professional, her staff is very friendly and she had such a warmth and kindness to her! She didn't have to do any convincing because her beautiful work spoke for itself. She was hands down the only photographer that we met with that was genuinely interested in our story as a couple. Her knowledge in photography is amazing and we wouldn't have done it any other way! Thank you so much Sherry!!

My husband and I loved Allusion photography. They worked so well with our family and we received a ton of compliments on our photos. Katie was our main photographer but we also had the pleasure of working with Sherry. They were amazing from day one, always willing to answer any questions and takes the time to learn about us and what we needed/wanted for the wedding.

For $4,000 dollars, I expected to be blown away by my pictures. Some of them were out of focus, the "creative" pictures were so basic. Some of our best poses were requested by my husband and I. Everything seemed rushed. I honestly felt like I could've gotten the same quality work for half the price. If I were to have known, I would've chose different. The day my husband and I walked in to their office, we were amazed by their pictures and albums; quality work no doubt, but unfortunately none of my pictures resembled a "wow." I appreciate the fact that the photographers were always on the look out and very friendly, but I've seen better coming from them.

Sherry and her crew were absolutely amazing ! Sherry made sure we were running in time while making sure we got out most important shots! Our photos are amazing and we have so many too chose from for our album!! By far the best customer service and photos in the business !!!

Your wedding photos are still in your hand, walking you through one of the biggest and most important days of your lives, and for the rest of your lives! Working with The Allusion team for our engagement photos and our wedding photos has been a seamless and enjoyable experience. They are prompt with answering questions, organized when getting all family members to co-operate during he formal pictures, and getting our proofs back by their scheduled time, even in the midst of moving offices! Sherry and her team are extremely talented. They produce phenemonal focal points and put their extraordinary, one of kind artistic touch on our photos. Having 2 photographers, from Allusion was the best decision we made. Both my husband and I were able to relive our day through each other's perspective. Also having 2 different angles and points of view, captured every detail, from the look on my husbands face, during our 'first look' session, to the floral arrangements and smaller details, we might have otherwise forgotten. After a 2 year engagement, seeing the vision of our wedding come together was perfect..... but the day goes so fast, having Allusion there to capture our special moments, will be with us for a lifetime!

Sherry and her team at Allusion were wonderful to work with! From the start we were able to meet with Sherry and work directly with her throughout the process. We had a very large wedding party and Sherry was able to maintain composure, keep attention, and take the most beautiful pictures while staying in control of a large crowd. As wedding days can move quickly, Sherry never once made me feel rushed or short of time and always made me feel comfortable. She reminded me that this was our day and helped in any way she could. My husband and I wanted large family pictures and Sherry arranged this efficiently and what appeared to be easily as well so we could get back to the dance floor. Whenever I asked for another picture or suggested an idea she was always reception and never once made me feel as though I was interrupting their schedule. Sherry and her team acted in a professional manner and gave us more than we could ask for with our pictures and video. They have been a pleasure to work it!

After carefully searching for wedding photographers, my fiance and I eventually came across Allusion Photography. We met them and were immediately in awe. Right off the bat, you could tell they were professionals and they knew what they were doing; and how to do it well. From our initial meeting to receiving our wedding photos, the service and experience was incredible and unforgettable. Our photographer Katie was extremely friendly, social and personable. She knew exactly what to do at every moment throughout the day. From posing to the next set up, she was efficient and timely. Katie also had a great sense of humor; a personality to calm the nerves on our big day. If you're looking for top-of-the-line professionals, look no further than Allusion Photography. The first time I saw Allusion's photo album I absolutely fell in love with it. They are a bit pricier but you get a lot more with your package than you do with other vendors. My husband was hesitant but after meeting with Sherry and seeing the albums there was no question that we wanted Allusion to photograph our wedding. They were very easy to work with before and during the wedding. There are a few things I think other brides should be aware of though. Be very specific about what pictures of your guests you want. I simply told Jason and Katie to walk around and get candid shots of our guests. We got some but we also got a lot of full-room shots which I did not care for since everyone is either far away or the same tables of people are close up while others remain a blur in the background. I was hoping for more close-up shots of some of my guests and with these far shots I missed pictures of most of my guests entirely. Also, my flashdrive with all my pictures was not formatted correctly so I could not access my pictures after picking up the drive. Mike was very apologetic and quickly handled the issue. Depending on where you live, not a huge issue. However, I live 40 minutes away from Allusion so this meant 2 trips in order to retrieve a new one that did work. Overall a great experience, just a few glitches.
