t even know where to begin. Finding a photographer my husband and I both liked was a challenge to say the least. My husband is a landscape photographer, so we have lots of opinions, and on top of that we needed to find a photographer willing to travel to a place that has no cell phone signal. I called around and talked to a few photographers, but no one seemed like a good fit, or they weren’t willing to work with our situation. When I talked to Alma, we instantly hit it off on the phone and decided to meet in-person to go over expectations and details. My husband and I walked out of her studio and instantly knew she was the one we wanted to photograph our wedding. Fast forward to our big day. Alma and her team showed up on-time and ready to get to work, even with a very long drive. Despite being a SUPER windy and cold day, and forgetting some important things at home – 6 hours away – if you look at our wonderful photos you would think it was a perfect day and nothing went wrong. Alma and her team were amazing the whole day, they kept us on schedule, walked up and down the venue’s stairs a million times (there were a ton), and when something came up, they adjusted like it was no big deal. She truly made our wedding day way more extraordinary than I thought it would be. When we received our sneak peek, I cried. The photos were gorgeous, and I craved more! I cried again when I received our full gallery. Alma was great with communication, she frequently checked in with us and was quick to reply to messages. Thinking back to our wedding day, what I remember most was taking photos with Alma and her team and it makes me smile every time. Her thoughtfulness throughout the day will always stick with me. Alma is a true artist and an amazing person.
