Aloha Beach Weddings is a full-service wedding company based in Kailua-Kona on Hawaiʻi’s Big Island. Since 2019, we’ve helped couples from around the world celebrate their love with heartfelt ceremonies, expert coordination, and seamless planning support.
Founded and led by licensed officiant Margarita, Aloha Beach Weddings is rooted in her passion for creating ceremonies that honor Hawaiian traditions. Over the years, Margarita has become known for her all-inclusive beach elopements, complete with conch shell blowing, lei exchanges, Ti leaf and lava rock blessings, and live ukulele music. Many couples also choose to add tropical flower circles, photography, and videography to capture their day in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
In addition to officiant-led ceremonies, our team also offers wedding planning and coordination for larger celebrations at resorts and private venues. Alina, our lead planner and coordinator, brings over a decade of experience in project management, offering couples calm guidance and detailed support throughout the planning process. Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a full wedding weekend, we’re here to make the journey joyful and stress-free.

from the very beginning. She stepped in and transformed what felt like chaos into a perfectly coordinated day. Trust me when I say this, a wedding coordinator is an absolute necessity.
Despite the extremely short timeline in front of Alina, she went through all our contracts with a fine-toothed comb, anticipating issues before they even became problems and smoothing everything out with ease. She even advocated for us on some verbal agreements that weren’t originally in writing, all while keeping everything friendly and professional.
Throughout the process, she was always just a call, text, or email away and made sure we felt totally on top of what was happening. Once the big day arrived, she was like a calm presence working quietly behind the scenes, making sure everything was flawless. Honestly, she made it feel like we could just relax and enjoy our day while she worked her magic. We’re beyond grateful for her help and only wish we’d found her sooner!

Margarita was amazing. She was delightful, patient, and so kind. Our ceremony went smoothly with her coordination. She was flexible and accommodating so that I could have my dream wedding.
Prior to our arrival, she answered all my questions in a timely manner and explained the wedding process very well so that I felt calm and comfortable on my actual wedding day.
She also had a wonderful and kind photographer with her named Kara. Together, they were an awesome team and they were able to make our special occasion a day to remember.

we opted not to write our own vows, and she had something really lovely prepared. we added photography and a small, tropical bouquet to our ceremony, and are so happy we did; the bouquet was gorgeous (i only regret i couldn't preserve and keep it forever), and the photographer accompanying her, Tetiana, was also wonderful. Margarita connected with my sister to share with us the videos and photos she took herself while Tetiana worked, and Tetiana provided us with a handful of beautiful pictures later that evening so we had some images to admire and share with others. they both asked my permission before sharing our images on their social media pages (instagram: @alohabeachwedding and @tetiana__me_photography), which we appreciated. (and importantly, Margarita filed our paperwork with the state in a timely manner.)
