Aloha Beach Weddings is a full-service wedding company based in Kailua-Kona on Hawaiʻi’s Big Island. Since 2019, we’ve helped couples from around the world celebrate their love with heartfelt ceremonies, expert coordination, and seamless planning support.
Founded and led by licensed officiant Margarita, Aloha Beach Weddings is rooted in her passion for creating ceremonies that honor Hawaiian traditions. Over the years, Margarita has become known for her all-inclusive beach elopements, complete with conch shell blowing, lei exchanges, Ti leaf and lava rock blessings, and live ukulele music. Many couples also choose to add tropical flower circles, photography, and videography to capture their day in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
In addition to officiant-led ceremonies, our team also offers wedding planning and coordination for larger celebrations at resorts and private venues. Alina, our lead planner and coordinator, brings over a decade of experience in project management, offering couples calm guidance and detailed support throughout the planning process. Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a full wedding weekend, we’re here to make the journey joyful and stress-free.

She orchestrated a beautifully intimate sunset ceremony for us and our daughter at Kukio Beach. We booked the Picture Perfect package, and the natural setting exceeded all expectations. The visual backdrop of the dark lava rocks, palm trees, and the orange and purple sunset sky over the water was absolutely stunning.
Margarita managed every small detail so we could just be present in the moment. She even went out of her way to print our personalized vows for us to read to one another. The tropical bouquet she provided featuring pink ginger, white orchids, and plumerias was gorgeous, perfectly complementing the relaxed yet elegant tone of our evening. From the quiet beachside vows at 5:35 PM to the twilight moments captured on the beach for the perfect hawaiian sunset everything was perfectly executed.

Planning an elopement far away from home is something that could cause a lot of stress and anxiety. Margarita at Aloha Beach Weddings took that away for us. Everything we needed ...
was taken care of only needing our preferences. This included the permit to be married on the beach, the photographer, the flowers (leis, bouquet, and boutonniere), and filing the marriage license afterwards. There are many more things she will take care of if you choose those packages. We didn't know anything about which beach we should use for our location or what time would be best. She gave us several suggestions to choose from. She was also quick to suggest locations for our post-nuptial dinner. Anything we needed was just an email away.
Our ceremony was beautiful, memorable, intimate, and everything we dreamed of. We would not hesitate to recommend Margarita's services to anyone wanting a wedding/elopement/vow renewal on the Big Island. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Despite the extremely short timeline in front of Alina, she went through all our contracts with a fine-toothed comb, anticipating issues before they even became problems and smoothing everything out with ease. She even advocated for us on some verbal agreements that weren’t originally in writing, all while keeping everything friendly and professional.
Throughout the process, she was always just a call, text, or email away and made sure we felt totally on top of what was happening. Once the big day arrived, she was like a calm presence working quietly behind the scenes, making sure everything was flawless. Honestly, she made it feel like we could just relax and enjoy our day while she worked her magic. We’re beyond grateful for her help and only wish we’d found her sooner!
