Since 2019, the business has been helping couples host unforgettable celebrations throughout Hawaii's Big Island. The company is proud to offer couples affordable, seamless planning experiences and specializes in micro weddings. Margarita Ogarkova is the founder and creative director of Aloha Beach Weddings. Passionate about everything wedding-related, this planner delights in sharing her creative and organizational talents to bring her clients' visions to life. Margarita specializes in curating romantic, all-inclusive wedding ceremonies and is also a licensed wedding officiant. When working with Aloha Beach Weddings, couples will be able to seamlessly incorporate traditional Hawaiian elements into their special celebrations. They can choose to include tropical flower circles, lava rock ceremonies, backdrops of ukulele music, and more into their milestone events. To meet her clients' diverse needs, Margarita has thoughtfully designed several package options ranging from minimalist to all-inclusive. Each package features the services of a wedding officiant, a lei exchange ceremony, conch shell blowing, and a Hawaii-themed certificate. For ceremonies taking place on the sandy shoreline, a Hawaii beach permit will also be provided. Whether you're planning a beach gathering, an intimate elopement, or a vow renewal ceremony, Margarita would be happy to help.

so happy that I made the right decision. Our experience with Aloha Beach Weddings was a 10 out of 10. Margarita was amazing. She was delightful, patient, and so kind. Our ceremony went smoothly with her coordination. She was flexible and accommodating so that I could have my dream wedding. Prior to our arrival, she answered all my questions in a timely manner and explained the wedding process very well so that I felt calm and comfortable on my actual wedding day. She also had a wonderful and kind photographer with her named Kara. Together, they were an awesome team and they were able to make our special occasion a day to remember.

eally lovely prepared. we added photography and a small, tropical bouquet to our ceremony, and are so happy we did; the bouquet was gorgeous (i only regret i couldn't preserve and keep it forever), and the photographer accompanying her, Tetiana, was also wonderful. Margarita connected with my sister to share with us the videos and photos she took herself while Tetiana worked, and Tetiana provided us with a handful of beautiful pictures later that evening so we had some images to admire and share with others. they both asked my permission before sharing our images on their social media pages (instagram: @alohabeachwedding and @tetiana__me_photography), which we appreciated. t they cater to more typically sized ceremonies. We were looking for someone who could plan an intimate, fun, and stress-free wedding and Aloha Beach Weddings was the perfect fit for that task. Margarita was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. When we needed recommendations she had the perfect ones for us. She presented us with a list of venues and took care of the required permit. She is normally the officiant but we already had someone in mind and it was no problem at all. The day of the ceremony we were presented with a gorgeous flower circle as our altar, beautiful flower leis, a lovely hula dancer, and a talented ukulele player. Everyone had a vibrant energy, including the photographer who kept us laughing as we did our post-ceremony shoot. Our special day was exactly what we sought: beautiful, intimate, and stress-free.
