My husband and I got married in Kauai three months ago, and hiring Alina two weeks before our wedding was the best decision we could have made. If we could go back, we’d hire her from the very beginning. She stepped in and transformed what felt like chaos into a perfectly coordinated day. Trust me when I say this, a wedding coordinator is an absolute necessity. Despite the extremely short timeline in front of Alina, she went through all our contracts with a fine-toothed comb, anticipating issues before they even became problems and smoothing everything out with ease. She even advocated for us on some verbal agreements that weren’t originally in writing, all while keeping everything friendly and professional. Throughout the process, she was always just a call, text, or email away and made sure we felt totally on top of what was happening. Once the big day arrived, she was like a calm presence working quietly behind the scenes, making sure everything was flawless. Honestly, she made it feel like we could just relax and enjoy our day while she worked her magic. We’re beyond grateful for her help and only wish we’d found her sooner!
