Based in West Oahu, we are a locally grown, family-owned business passionate about sharing the flavors of Hawaii with couples from near and far.
Every pie, tart and bite we make is a labor of love — blending island flavors, buttery handmade crusts, and locally sourced ingredients, including 100% Hawaiian macadamia nuts. Our desserts are perfect for destination weddings, intimate celebrations, and local island gatherings that deserve something uniquely Hawaiian.

*Macadamia Nut Pies (7” & 9”) – Perfect for slicing and serving during your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or dessert table.
* Pie Tarts – Bite-sized perfection, customizable and beautifully packaged, ideal as wedding favors, welcome gifts, or dessert bar additions.
* Pie Bites – A larger version of our tarts, individually wrapped so every guest can enjoy their own “mini pie.”
*Pie Flight – Share aloha with your guests through curated gift bags of assorted pie tarts or bites — a heartfelt thank-you they’ll truly savor.
Each creation is made in Hawaii with aloha — handcrafted, homemade, and baked fresh from our West Oahu production spot at the Hawaii Country Club in Kunia. We take pride in offering desserts that are unique, creative, and full of island flavor, standing apart from traditional wedding cakes.

Scarlett and Marshall are a locally grown, family-owned couple from O‘ahu, Hawaii, who have been together since their sophomore year in high school. Grounded in faith, love, and a shared passion for creating memorable experiences, they turned their lifelong dream into AlohaMade Bites, a small-batch pie shop dedicated to handcrafted Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Pies, Tarts, and Bites.
For Scarlett and Marshall, every dessert is more than just a treat—it’s a way to share aloha, celebrate love, and bring people together. Their purpose is simple: to use the blessings in their lives to create something meaningful for others. Each pie, tart, and bite is carefully crafted with premium ingredients, small-batch attention, and a sprinkle of love and faith, reflecting the values that guide their family and business.
Living and working in Hawaii, Scarlett and Marshall feel blessed to be able to share the flavors of the islands with couples and families from near and far.
