DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! My mother wanted to surprised me with flowers. She ordered them the night prior & got a notification the next day that they were delivered at my doorstep. She waited patiently for 2 hours for me to give her a call back to thank her. When she finally decided to call me I had no idea what she was talking about. Turns out the flowers were left outside on the street!! I live on a major slanted street & the winds today were 20mph. There was no knock, no call, no actually delivery of the flowers just a drop off- on the side of the road!! Anyone could have grabbed them, it could have blown over in the wind & who would be at fault?!? Me???! They were not at all protected from the wind but rather sat outside on the street for 2 fucking hours!!! They had my phone number & could have easily called to say they have a delivery but they did not!! The flowers are starting to wilt & my poor mother cried after she found out what happened as they were supposed to be a gift to ease one of the most painfully hard days in my life. What's worst is she spent $75 to have these flowers delivered!! $75 dollars!!! This is a $25 arrangement at most. I called Alondra 4x & during business hours & they did not answer. I am incredibly disappointed & completed frustrated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "FLORIST". They are unprofessional, a complete rip off, & have HORRIBLE customer service!! $75 dollars for this bullshit! What should have been an incredibly sweet, caring & thoughtful gesture, has completely been ruin by these incompetent idiots. What a complete waste. Thanks for ruining our day.
