I can't say enough about Stephanie and her team at Alpenglow Events in planning and executing my daughter's wedding. Stephanie used online tools to keep the wedding planning on track, and as a reminder of our tasks. She scheduled regular phone conferences to discuss the timeline and the wedding elements. As we got closer to the wedding, Stephanie communicated with all the vendors and kept everyone in the loop on timeline expectations.
As a destination wedding, it was challenging to know the right vendors, the area, etc. Stephanie walked me through the whole process and on wedding day, it was seamless! We had some difficulties with last minute changes, and the weather wasn't cooperating until just before the ceremony, but Stephanie was the vision of calm and reassurance. And she always had a smile on her face (which kept me calm.) Our vision was an elegant wedding, and Stephanie delivered!

She was so much fun to work with and made our night more magical than we could have imagined!!!! Stephanie and the Aplenglow Events team went above and beyond to make our day the best day of our lives! From the start, Stephanie was organized and was able to truly capture the essence of how we wanted the day to go and the feel for the decor. What really stood out was how they handled themselves on the day of the wedding. Stephanie was so relaxed and adaptable which led to me not having one ounce of stress. If anything didn't go as planned I would have no idea because her and her team were able to handle it so gracefully. I would recommend Aplenglow for any bride looking to have their wedding in the Crested Butte area.

Stephanie and her team are top notch! Stephanie was so thorough leading up to our wedding day, she helped me through every step of the way, giving me advise and great recommendations. Alpenglow really shined the day of our wedding day, every details was meticulously taken care of just the way I had imagined if not better. They were so easy to work with and allowed us to enjoy our day without worrying about all the details. Our backyard wedding went off without a hitch and it truly was because of Stephanie and her amazing team! I would recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding or an event!

Fast and friendly communication. I was indecisive, and Stephanie was understanding and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The tent we chose (Sailcloth) really made the day - I’m so happy with how everything turned out. It exceeded my expectations. I did not have to worry about anything leading up the wedding - their entire team is awesome. If you’re planning a wedding in CB - trust me that you want to hire a local company! They know the event areas and all the vendors, which makes everything run smoothly.
