I felt like I was working with my best friend when working with Cassandra! She is so helpful, organized, proactive, and she made my vision come true and for that I am SO thankful to her! My wedding was magical and she helped the day run so smoothly with literally nothing going wrong

I was a bridesmaid at one of the weddings Cassandra was coordinating. She made everything run smoothly and without a problem. She was attentive to all vendors and especially the bride and groom. She was energetic and extremely organized for the day of. I would highly recommend!

Cassandra perfectly executed the planning of my wedding! From one-on-one planning meetings, to meeting at the venue itself for decor and set-up planning. She attended my rehearsal dinner where we were able to set everything up and she made everything run smoothly. She even got a compliment from our officiant who has done hundreds of weddings saying she was the best coordinator he had ever worked with. The wedding day went by seamlessly and perfectly. I cannot recommend Cassandra enough!!

Cassandra was our day of coordinator for our wedding in June ‘24 and I truly could not have done it without her! Not only was she so detailed in making sure to ask all the right questions in the months leading up to our wedding, which helped me make sure I was checking off all the boxes on my to do list, she was so willing to help (or find us help) with jobs that I never would have expected or even thought to have asked her, or her team, to do! She made our cocktail hour grazing table absolutely gorgeous, as well as our dessert table, and I owe her many thanks for helping fill an obscene number of water carafes on our reception tables. The day of the wedding, she was such a grounding presence that really helped me feel completely at ease. I was fully confident that she wouldn’t miss a detail, and she didn’t. I could not recommend her enough. She is such a sweet soul, truly a bundle of sunshine that you will not regret being your right hand lady on one of the most special days of your life! If I did it all over, I’d choose her every single time.

We used Cassandra as our planner in January and now 6 months later when you talk about our wedding we still talk about how grateful we are for her, she was so easy to work with, communicated well and was a joy to be around every time we met! On the day of our wedding I was calm and confident in everything turning out the way I wanted because I know she was there to make sure it was all done well! I truly don’t know what I would have done without her keeping my head on straight during the planning process and especially the day of the wedding. She made little details of our day feel so special like finding tiny forks and little plates for us to use when we cut our mini cupcake! We will always be grateful for her allowing us to have the best day without having to worry about a single thing!! She’s the best and you should hire her!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Cassandra. She is kind, encouraging, supportive, and was such an advocate for us on our big day (with vendor communication, family dynamics, making sure we were well-fed, you name it). We are so grateful for the freedom her services as day-of coordinator gave us on our wedding day to be present and relatively stress-free. She is a great communicator, I was scattered and procrastinated a lot of wedding planning but she was so reassuring and helped me piece together and execute a wedding day that was special, fun, and felt so “us” without any major hiccups (or at least any I found out about)! It’s such a gift to not be worried about any of the little things once you arrive at your rehearsal and that’s what we got with Cassandra. On the way to our honeymoon my husband asked if it would be weird to be friends after because we liked her THAT much!

She solved every problem, had an answer for every question, and made everything go by with absolutely no hiccups. If I could have had her when I got married, I 100% would have!

I cannot recommend Cassandra enough! From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, and truly made us feel like our wedding was as important to them as it was to us.
She handled every detail with such grace and attention, from coordinating vendors to managing the timeline, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We had a couple of unexpected challenges, but Cassandra handled them effortlessly—keeping us calm and ensuring everything went off without a hitch. Whether it was resolving a last-minute vendor issue or adding special touches to our decor, they went above and beyond.
