Ceremony Package, they aim to provide you with an elevated alternative to the classic city hall wedding. With this collection, they can organize a two-hour event at the location of your choice complete with a ceremony performed by a licensed officiant. The package also includes day-of coordination, a bouquet and a boutonniere, photography, videography, and more. If you desire a larger celebration, their ALT. Union Packages feature comprehensive services at select venues in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and North Fork. Depending on the location you choose, you can receive a custom ceremony, food, beverages, photography, videography, and more. From your initial inquiry to the day you say “I do,” ALT. Weddings strives to bring your wedding dreams to life.

initially went down a rabbit hole looking at various NYC options. By the time I realised the task was too huge for me alone there was only a few weeks to the big day. That’s when I started chatting with Lara, passing control of the budget and the day to her was the best decision I made and resulted in the day of my dreams with minimal stress. Lara took care of everything-liaising with the venue for a longer time hire period, selecting the vendors, maximising the budget. We achieved more in the day that we could have hoped for, the selection of vendors was exactly the right fit for our day and it all went without a hitch. I felt like Lara and the team really got involved in the day and allowed us the space to hold our party. It was so important to me that my loved ones had a great time and Lara took that onboard and ensured they did. Considering the whole thing came together by e-mail I could not thank her enough!

Lara and Alt.Weddings planned our micro-wedding at the Bowery Hotel in October 2020. We were originally planning to have our large formal wedding in November, but with COVID had to...
postpone. She was comforting during the entire process. With her micro-wedding package, we were able to put everything together in only a few weeks. Lara took care of everything, from coordination with the vendors to writing the ceremony and day-of logistics and officiating. She made sure everything was done in a responsible and pandemic-safe fashion, making full use of the terraces in the suites available to us.
Lara was very easy to work with, accommodating, and comforting in what was a very stressful time. She was organized, responsive, and thorough. Her vendor recommendations were excellent - some we had previously contracted and others from her set microwedding package. She used her experience to shape our vague ideas for this new intimate event into something concrete and beautiful which exceeded our expectations. The evening went smoothly, and it ended up being a magical occasion - a fall wedding on an outdoor terrace overlooking the NYC skyline - that everyone will remember.

We worked together in tandem to create something that made sense for my husband and I. In a time when we were so low, and we felt like all of the happy moments were being taken away from us, Lara gave us everything. She gave us everything that night that we didn't think we would have. She was reliable, thoughtful, considerate, patient and kind. She was smart and worked quickly. She paid attention to every detail and informed us what would be important and sentimental throughout the night. She reminded us of what love was about but also reminded us how we deserved something great. She made our mini ceremony special. I would recommend Lara and her work to any bride or groom who is need of not only a planner, but a friend. I can't recommend her enough!
