The videographers they sent to our wedding were great! They were very kind and professional and were lovely to work with. They came right when we expected them and followed the lead of the photographer. It was so easy to work with this company because of how efficiently they communicated. We were able to chat with Holly about what we wanted from the wedding video in terms of style and music. I was able to outline all the important events that I wanted captured so the videographers that were sent that day could record them and even choose the songs we wanted to capture the essence of our wedding. We can’t wait to receive recordings of the ceremony, speeches, and video from them soon!

Hired Altar and Aster after finding the via the Knot. The team was incredibly responsive, and quick to answer any questions I had. They have a client portal which made communication easy and a lot less hard to keep track of. On the day of the actually wedding, the team was very sociable, kind, and personable! The only critique I’d have is that after watching the ceremony video, a few key moments were missed, but that might’ve also been due to the wedding planner, and that the lighting in some videos were off (not sure if that was because of the church’s lighting). Otherwise they did a great job with the high light video!!!

Altar and Aster's team brought a unique flair to our wedding film that we couldn't have found anywhere else. Their ability to capture the essence of our emotions and the joyful atmosphere was simply incredible. The way they used natural light reminded us of sunny days in our favorite city.
