Biscotti Brewers LLC is a gluten-free bakery based in Rochester, NY that offers catering services for weddings and other special occasions. As a full-service catering company, they specialize in allergen-friendly dishes, ensuring every guest has a delicious meal no matter their dietary restrictions. They are happy to travel to weddings all across Western New York. Biscotti Brewers is owned by Kayla Sandoval, an engineer turned pastry chef. She's had a passion for baking since her childhood and loves pushing herself to keep improving. Kayla is especially enthusiastic about creating gluten-free treats, like biscotti and shortcrust pastry, and her celiac husband is happy to test out her latest creations. Biscotti Brewers has a number of pre-designed packages for you to choose from, but the team is also happy to create a custom menu that is uniquely yours. It can include everything from delivery to clean up, while Kayla can also arrange serving staff as well. Your food can be served as passed appetizers, family-style, or plated. A classic buffet is available, too.
