Took my wedding dress in for 6 bustle points July 9th, was told it would be done on the 31st. Went to pick it up the 31st, they were closed for the holiday until the 4th. Went back...
the 4th, it was not completed. They finished it on the 5th. Might not have been such a big deal but I leave for Tenessee at 3am on the 8th.
Alterations & More did an exceptional job altering my wedding dress. All of the staff members at the few appointments I went to were very friendly & helpful. The woman who fitted m...
y dress used to be a seamstress at Atlas Bridal, which is where my dress was purchased from, and words cannot describe how perfectly she tailored it to fit me. All in all this shop exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be going back for any future alterations.
I had a last minute disaster with my wedding dress alterations done at another shop and had to find someone to fix it a week before my wedding! Alterations and More saved the day b...
y coming in on a Sunday and fixing my dress so I would be able to walk down the aisle looking great! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work and their willingness to help in a pressure situation. I highly recommend!
I would stay away. I ended up picking my dress up and taking it somewhere else. The owner seemed annoyed with me when I told her I didn’t want Main details removed from my dress. I...
told her parts of my dress that were too big and needed altered and her response was “that’s too hard” she kept trying to suggest what was easiest for her and not what would make me feel comfortable. The chest area was way too big and her solution was to just sew two extra padded cups into the dress, which would have looked unnatural on me. It was an awful experience. They were extremely unprofessional and when my mom went to pic up my dress the owner referred to me as a bridezilla! Also, the owners dog was there and kept coming into the room while I was in my dress.
I have used their services before when I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed. They did an amazing job then. The work they did on my wedding dress was exquisite, it was difficult to he...
m with the lace but they did an amazing job for an incredible price. They were timely, communicated clearly and super friendly. I will going back to them with any alteration needs I may have in the future!
I highly recommend this company. The quality of work was outstanding, very professional. Ms. Suki and staff were wonderful to work with- kind, fast, efficient, and did a wonderf...
ul job altering my wedding dress. Ms. Suki added a 3 point bustle to my dress, adjusted the shoulder straps (by several inches), hemmed the front & sides, added a satin & embroidered belt that was purchased separately, and incorporated a bra so I would not need a bustier (very low back on dress). I had three separate fittings and Ms. Suki was very patient and easy to work with. All my questions were answered and they did an amazing job preparing my dress for the big day!
I needed my dress brought up to my knees. David's bridal would not do this for me. For only 20$ and a weeks wait I had the dress of my dreams
