The absolute worst experience of my life. The GM at this store verbally assaulted me in front of my children, got in my face, physically tried shutting the dressing room door on me while I was trying to hold it open. They ruined my daughter's flower girl dress and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she began getting extremely defensive and screaming in my face to the point I felt her spit on my face. This is not a place to take children to. My children were frightened by her behavior.

Have you tired on your suit or wedding dress? In a time crunch? Avoid this service. My suit was delivered today, tried it on, and it didn't fit correctly. In a panic, I thought this company was my saving grace. I took off the jacket and drove 5 mins to the Mayfield Heights location (i live very close) thinking I'd show them what I was seeing. I was turned away before I could even talk about it. Bc the suit was on my body (I put on the jacket on at the location) they wanted to dry clean it first adding 2 days to my already short timeline. The suit was CLEARLY clean and NEW (tag still on). They sited an OSHA reg that apparently says that you have to change at their location or they must dry clean. I haven't been able to verify, but they sold it as a health and safety reg to protect workers from dirty clothes. I explained that I just put it on, that it was for my wedding, and the time crunch to no avail. Instead of working with me and working in good faith, I was given the old "I'm sorry". Idk if that rule is real or if it's to drive sales by moving you to a higher price point on your alterations (it artificially shortens an already short timeline, AE's price goes up as that timeline shortens). I wish this was policy that they put on their website, so I could have avoided the hassle, or at least put the suit back on the hanger. If it's really something you need quickly and you have tried on your suit or wedding dress, either AVOID this shop and look for another option or learn from my mistake, lie and act like you're weren't excited to try on your wedding day tux.

I used Alterations Express to alter my wedding dress and the results were great! My dress bodice was quite detailed but Irena at Alterations Express did an amazing job on getting it to fit my bust correctly. To make things even more complicated, I live out of state but my wedding (and wedding dress) were in Ohio, so I was only able to get alterations done when I was in town. Alterations Express was very accommodating to my schedule and budget too. If you need a wedding dress or special occasion dress altered, I would recommend Alterations Express.

Tara at the Warrendale Location is amazing. She is so kind and is an expert at fixing zippers. She took the time out to help me right away when I came in with my only warm coat zipper issue so that I could leave with a warm coat to put on. Thank you so much Tara
