rt table for my bridal shower was what I like to call, a "Pinterest Dream Come True." Needless to say, not one bite was left behind. To top it off, she's super sweet & extremely professional with her work. She really distinguishes herself from other's that are in her profession; I cannot say enough good things about her!

e sweet table. Vanessa came through on all accounts. I am beyond grateful and lucky to have found her. Our cake was incredible. The sweet table was nothing short of perfection. Vanessa was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond when I reached out to her. She offered her support and suggestions when I needed it. I recommend Altissima to any bride out there looking for their wedding cake and/or sweet table. You will NOT be disappointed

Vanessa is an absolute artist! What a miracle to have found he!
She was the lead wedding pastry designer at a VERY famous bakery in Chicago for a number of years, who she still ...
collaborated with from time to time. For our amazing luck, Vanessa had JUST ventured out and started her own company and we hear about her through another vendor by happy chance. Knowing she worked with that company—and reading all the reviews from that bakery that named Vanessa by name—I knew she was going to be very talented!
From the tasting, to the big day, Vanessa was helpful and caring, and her skills in baking are unparalleled. She was a joy to work with for so many reasons. She knew it was important for us to keep cultural elements in our wedding and weave them into her design, which she did successfully, beautifully, and seamlessly.
Our guests are still telling us how they have never seen a sweets table like the one Vanessa design. It looked like treasure!
As for her cakes and pastries—OMG! DELICIOUS! Everyone was raving!! (FYI We currently have our top tier frozen for our 1st anniversary, and we are looking forward to this tradition bc of just how yummy everything was!).
Vanessa we wish you all the success in the world! You are a genius.
Anyone who is considering a baker for their wedding, Vanessa is your girl. Give her your vision, let her run with it and then sit back and relax—Vanessa will have it covered!

he assured me the cake would be the vision I had dreamed of. Throughout the entire process, Vanessa offered suggestions such as our cake topper to make sure it fit the look I wanted & was extremely easy to work with! When I saw my wedding cake on the day of the wedding, I instantly ran to my photographer to make sure they took tons of pictures & looked for my husband to tell him how perfect it looked! They had put my precise vision into something absolutely perfect! I should also mention besides the design it was absolutely delicious! My friends are still telling me how awesome my cake is. I would HIGHLY recommend Altissima cake for an incredible wedding or special occasion cake!
