t even have a picture of myself alone in my wedding dress. The picture I have of my wedding dress is horrible. My dress is not on the hanger properly and the top part is just hanging. I am so upset. I have contacted Alton numerous times and still have not received my video or a refund. Alton was contacted by me on October 4th, 12th, 26th, December 3rd, and 13th. On December 13th I received a 3 minute video teaser that no matter what device or TV I watched it on was still blurry! I have not heard from Alton since December 13th and I still have no video. It is now February 22,2022 5 months after my wedding and I have no refund or video of my wedding. I am beyond heartbroken. This is literally my worst nightmare. I really wished I would have booked a different vendor.

n booked for our return we opted for the memory card to take away with us so we could show our family a slideshow and the pictures are amazing! Shevel met us at the City Clerks office she was on time and introduced herself to us, she was our Witness as well as photographer. On arrival she explained how it was all going to pan out and put us at ease, Shevel managed to capture the whole day in the time she was with us without us feeling like she was intruding, she was able to make us feel at ease having our photos taken and knew how to capture the best shots and poses as well as some pictures of us just being us. We honestly feel we made the right choice and the quality of the service we received was far above what we expected for the price we paid! Job well done guys! Officiant and photographer for 4 hours. After searching around for a few weeks we figured that the budget was not going to work as most photographers with good rating was well over $500 an hour and the ones who were willing to do everything for our tiny budget had horrible pictures on their website and mostly shitty reviews. We ran into Alton as he was shooting our friend wedding, we admired how he fixed her dress. I hesitantly approach him because I know this must have cost my friends a big bank. He gave me a business card as he was too busy to talk, he told me to look around on the website and read a few reviews before making any decision and I did just that. He was not crazily expensive but immediately I noticed that quality and cheap does not belong in the same sentence. To make this short Alton shot our wedding at $200 an hour and he had his wife Shevel who is a NYC Officiant to marry us free, that was his gift to us. We ended up spending twice our budget but it was money well worth spending. These guys are a great couple, they are a great team and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who needs a professional team to hire for their wedding day.
