Ramada the day before and come in to have it all set up for us - it looked gorgeous and I was very pleased with how everything at the reception looked. Karen, the event coordinator, was easy to work with and checked with me several times at the reception to make sure I was happy with how things were going. The only complaints I would have about the venue are that the food was just okay, and that the bar leaked all over the carpet in the foyer - so when I went to get a drink at the reception, the bottom of my dress got soaked! Overall we were pleased with the value compared to other local venues and the service was very good.

n, and efficient. What totally turned me off was the staff. There was a lovely lady I had met with when I put a deposit down the year before my reception, and sadly she had left a month before my wedding. I got stuck working with the sales director. Boy, was she RUDE! She was condiscending, and I think she tried to upet me. She made me feel as if everything I wanted was wrong or strange, and she tried to upsell things to me which I was not comfortable with. I feel I am a fairly easy person to work with, and she was rude to my mother, mother in law, the lady that made my cake, my grooms aunt, basically anyone in my family she had to deal with. All in all, my advice would be...use this venue if she is no longer the Events Coordinator!!
