id they catch all the big moments (I do, the first dance, the speeches, etc.), they captured all the little moments that you experience on your wedding day but are so hard to capture in pictures. Our friends and family came from all over, and the videos they made for us are just the best reminder of all the laughs, kindness, and love we experienced throughout the day. I cannot recommend this company enough, not only for the fact that their videography work is beyond outstanding, but because they do what so many videos struggle to do in capturing the spirit of everything that happened throughout the day. They made it so that any folks that couldn’t make the wedding for any reason can feel like they were there in person, and so that in the future we can go back and remember the best day of our lives like it’s happening live!

nt and her entire walk was from the backside. She missed the Rose presentation to the mothers entirely. She was completely absent for the signing of the license so that isn’t on video. They never met with us prior to the wedding, so there are no getting ready or 1st look videos. We were very upset with the wedding video and when I called the owner, Devin Long, he referred me to his young office manager. She attempted to improve the video, but the bottom line is that there just is nothing to put on the video except everyone’s rear end views and video taken from the balcony that was so tiny you couldn’t recognize anyone. I sent a certified letter asking for partial refund, but Devin Long never even bothered to respond. Terrible company, terrible customer service, and terrible video of our most memorable moment! I recommend going with a better more professional company so you don’t have the heartbreak of ending up with no videoed memories of your special time. This owner and company could care less once they get your full payment, which is required prior to the wedding. Horrible company!! Please make a better choice than we did. We relied on the company’s 5 star ratings, but what we didn’t realize was that the company was under new ownership as of 9/19. The prior ownership was reportedly great but the current owner, Devin Long, is horrible!! He also owns M & M DJ Co, so I’d steer clear of them too. Luckily, we didn’t use that DJ Co and I’m soooo thankful!! I hope this helps you as you plan your amazing wedding. All the other venders we used were over the top amazing!!

One day we will be able to show our kids and grandchildren. Plus I can tell you the day goes so fast you have pictures that capture so much but the video captures so much more. You won't regret it!

tly for us. The highlight video they compiled completely blew us away! They reached out to us prior to the wedding with a questionnaire about our likes/dislikes/requests and truly took them to heart when filming and editing. One of the videographers, Johnny, filmed alongside our photographer during our portraits and took just a couple extra minutes after the portraits to capture some seriously beautiful shots. We were so grateful they captured all our favorite moments throughout the reception in just a 10 minute video. We did not pay for extra time, so the videographers were present from 3:30pm (30 min before our ceremony) to 8:30pm. While we're sure they would've had even more amazing footage had we paid for extra hours, we did not feel like anything was missing from our videos.

surprisingly very quick turn around time too! Pictures are so important, but a wedding video let’s you relive your wedding day over and over again! You remember what the day was like down to every detail. I highly recommend having a videographer, and I highly recommend Alumni Productions! It’s worth every penny.
