t to go over details. The first appointment I guess they just forgot. After sitting outside for 30 min I called and they were not even in town! Second time they called me 10 min before our appointment (which I was already half way there) to reschedule... The third time I called them 4 times before I was able to get someone on the phone to let me know they would make it but they would be 30 min late... For a very busy bride this was toooooo much! On that note the reception was great we also did the photo booth and the guest had so much fun! Just beware of the poor communication before hand!

lights included in our package that were not there on the day of the wedding, so the wedding cake didn't really stand out like we had hoped. Other than that, they were incredibly reasonable as far as pricing and options. Alma and Edward were very kind and available to answer questions and made us feel like our DJ would not be a worry. Would recommend to other brides looking for all inclusive DJ packages!

hey came out to our venue to work out a way to meet our sound system needs outdoors next to a waterfall! They were so attentive and kind in making our wedding day run smoothly and stress free. We truly thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their time and commitment to excellent service. We would recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

In all Alusstra Events was the best value overall for all the services I signed up for. Their people are very professional in how they handle everything from the venue walk through to the finalization of details.

I also had Alma has my 'day of event coordinator' for the reception site, and I honestly could not have done it without her. She was so helpful, even days prior to the event. Alma knew all my vendors and was obviously good at what she does. My wedding was behind schedule due to a family situation at the ceremony, and as I got to the reception site, Alma was on top of everything and got every part of the reception done in an organized way. People did not even notice we were behind schedule. It was stressful to think we were behind, but Alma kept me calm and reminded me to have a good time. My family loved the music and they danced the night away. Allustra knew exactly how to read my family and knew what music to play to keep them dancing. I highly recommend them. n. Alma goes over a music request sheet you turn in to her before the wedding and passes it along to the dj who will be working your event. Our dj played music from the request sheet and kept the floor packed! All I wanted was music that would keep folks dancing and having a great time and the dj delivered! We danced until the last song was played and still wanted to keep the party going. Great value, great service, great time. You will not go wrong with Allustra!!!!

em and there was miscommunication about the date of our first meeting. Keeping track of our questions/decisions via email after that helped. They ask detailed questions to make sure everything is the way you want it and make time to meet with you as often as you want (even at the venue). Alma especially works really hard to try to make sure everything looks good and that you enjoy your night. Allustra was definitely the best quality for what we paid.
