Orenda winery is the most gorgeous, homey and romantic venue ever. It looked amazing on our wedding day. We had our ceremony outside and the reception in the new pavilion. The vast acreage on the venue gave our 60 odd guests enough space to roam around and yet mingle with each other. Perfect for covid times! Samantha and Xander were a delight to work with. They kept us posted about all the logistics and gave us creative suggestions about decor and seating. Thank you Orenda for making our big day so special. I recommend this venue for all PNW couples looking to create a cozy and romantic feel for their wedding.

5/15/2021 was our best day ever and I know it wouldn't have turned out as perfect as it did if we didn't have Samantha, Xander and Tressa. My now husband and I got engaged right before the pandemic hit. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough but planning during a pandemic is a whole other level of stress. Samantha, Xander, and Tressa were with us EVERY. STEP. of the planning process. They were always in contact and always made time to meet with us to ease our mind with planning. The venue was perfect, the food (made by Tressa) was delicious, Tressa was so easy to work with, I wanted a specific menu for our wedding and she was willing to work with whatever I wanted to have. I can't thank them enough for how perfect our day turned out. I was even able to stay with my bridesmaids in the guest house on site the night before our wedding, Tressa even made us breakfast! The morning of our wedding they let me have a sneak peek of how everything was set up to make sure I approved. Walking into the venue I was in tears at how incredible everything turned out! I am still getting compliments from our guests at how incredibly beautiful our wedding was. My husband and I are so happy we went with Orenda Winery for our wedding. Not only do we have these amazing memories to look back on but it's a place we can return to (and enjoy a glass of wine) to relive the memories

Mine and my now Husband’s wedding was this past Saturday, and I am so glad we found Orenda- it’s truly a hidden gem! As soon as my then-fiancee and I toured the venue, we knew it was the one. Samantha, the owner, was amazing to us. She and her staff were extremely accommodating and communicative even as our vision of what we wanted changed during the planning process. We had the option of using them just as a venue, or do the full-service package. We went with full-service (everything from catering to hair and makeup to pianist to DJ to officiant etc) which made our lives so much easier, and we loved all of our vendors who were equally great to work with. Tressa, one of the coordinators and also the caterer with Orenda, did an incredible job organizing everything while Samantha was on holiday vacation, and the food was delicious! Sarah, another coordinator, executed everything perfectly day-of. My bridesmaids and I stayed in the guest house the night before the wedding, and the entire bridal party used it to get ready day of (bride and bridesmaids upstairs, groom and groomsmen downstairs). The guest house was comfortable and spacious with a vintage-historical vibe (much like the venue as a whole) which was perfect for us. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. Because we chose a winter wedding, they even converted the wine cellar into a beautiful procession area so we could be inside. The reception area was also gorgeous and easily accessible. And did I mention that as a winery, the wine was delicious? One of their red wines even won an award for best red in the PNW last year. So many of our guests asked how we found Orenda because while the buildings are historic and the winery has been functional for a while, it is a newer wedding venue when Samantha and her husband bought it just last year. I never hesitated about it being a newer venue because as soon as I met Samantha I knew she was a professional and we were in good hands. Everyone commented on how beautiful and charming everything was, and how we picked a perfect place. I agree! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day and thanks to Orenda and staff we will have those memories to cherish forever. I would highly recommend Orenda to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

When searching for the perfect wedding venue, we considered a lot of places around the beautiful state of Washington, until we landed on exactly the right spot. The Orenda Winery, located in Carnation, in the Snoqualmie Valley, is a family owned and operated business that will always have a special place in our hearts. With the help of the owner, Samantha Kent, who provided the venue, and the thoughtful teamwork of the Watanabe family, Tressa- the caterer, Dawn-the florist, Sarah-the wedding coordinator, and Hunter and Leia- the bartenders, we were able host our eldest daughter’s wedding here. The grounds are absolutely stunning and together we were able to create a truly unforgettable evening. The barrel room provided a magical and intimate setting for a vintage, winter wedding that awed our family and guests. Thank you all, for the effort you put in. The antique furnishings and china dinnerware really helped to set the mood and went so well with the rustic woodwork throughout the banquet room and the authentic wine barrels. The evening before the wedding, the bride and bridesmaids stayed together in the beautifully decorated guest house which served as the perfect location for the hair-makeup-and dress preparations. In the morning, Tressa prepared a delicious breakfast a fruit and baked goods to start the festivities. Throughout the day, our guests raved about the fantastic, award-winning wine and the beautiful scenery. We really cannot say enough good things about the Orenda Winery.
